This is the "Weekly Neutrino Forecast for September
4th to September 10th 2016."
On September
4th we have the Sun in Virgo, and also in the 64th hexagram. The Sun in the 64th hexagram is mapped to an opening in
an energy channel called a gate, which is the 64th
gate of "Confusion (Before Completion);
Transition, like birth, requires a determined strength for the passage through." Located on the Head center in a collective
abstract energy path in the Sensing Circuit, called the "Channel of Abstraction: A design of Mental Activity mixed with Clarity" that connects to its harmonic, the 47th gate of "Realizing
(Oppression); A restrictive and adverse state as a result of internal weakness or
external strength or both." I have found HD to be amazingly accurate in describing the
person, that I use it as my primary tool when I provide readings. We have the
following activated gates on September 4th; the Sun in the 64th gate, the Earth in the 63rd gate, North node in the 64th gate and the South Node in the 63, Mercury retrograde in the 6th gate, Venus in the 18th gate, Mars in the 5, Jupiter in the 46th, Saturn in the 9th, Uranus retrograde in the 42, Neptune retrograde in the 37, and Pluto retrograde
in the 38th gate.
Obviously not every gate activation forms a channel, but this information can
be very helpful if you know your own Human Design chart, because some of these
transits will form channels with potentials in your personal body graph.
The neutrino forecast is just a weather
report, no matter what the weather an individual's strategy and authority is
the correct choice to have an authentic experience regardless of the program.
As Ra Uru Hu said "Whatever the weather is going to be, you have your
neutrino umbrella. As long as you are experimenting with your strategy and
authority, the weather is for your pleasure."
We begin the week with no channel definitions
due to the transit field.
We are going to look at the Sun's Rave I'Ching
line values daily because 70% of the neutrinos we receive come from the Sun and
as Ra said in "Living with the Program: The Lines of the Day" when
talking about these daily shifts of line values, he said "We can always
take advantage of the themes of the day." If your strategy and authority
does not lead you in that direction, you can always notice how the program is
affecting others in your environment. So let's get started.
September 4th begins with the Sun in the 64.1 of "Conditions: exalted: In
penetrating to the center, the understanding that instills the necessary
harmony to survive disorder. Amongst the confusion, the difficulty in finding
the point. detrimented: The powerful temptation when having transition in
sight, to hasty action. An urge to act when you think you have made sense of
confusion." The first line is the
investigator. When the Sun is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days people look
inward and are absorbed with their own process. Lower trigram is a personal
process. The theme of a first line day is a fear or anxiety that needs to be
investigated. A day to study, not to act. Day to look into things, not jump.
Good day to deal with things you don't understand, can't make sense of or don't
know. Later on the 4th the Sun moves into the 2nd line of the 64th
hexagram at 6:21 am EDT (10:21 UT). The Sun in the 64.2 is described
as "Qualification: exalted: The
inner development which recognizes what qualities are essential for
transcendence and the awareness that without them, action will fail. Inner
development that can end confusion over what makes sense. detrimented: Constantly
in action, it wastes the very qualities and resources that it will need.
Getting lost in the confusion and burdening the psyche." The second line is the Hermit. Second line
days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their
natural talents. People are stuck in their own trip. Not a great day to have a
party because no one will want to come.
On the 5th the Sun moves into the 3rd line of the 64th hexagram, at 5:33 am
EDT (9:33 UT). The
Sun in the 64.3 is "Overextension: exalted: The wisdom to recognize when
one has not the necessary resources to complete transition. Such timely
awareness may give it a chance to seek assistance. The wisdom to accept
confusion as a temporary state, that will be resolved in time or through
others. detrimented: The risks of a superficially confident personality that
when transition collapses, there is no one to turn to. Overconfidence that the
Fates will be kind on demand." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and error process,
bonds made and broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out what doesn’t
work. Things bump into you on a third line day, so be careful on the roads. Be
careful of swinging doors or swinging elbows. This is a day where we might have
bonds made or broken, or feel like we’re on trial. It's a good material day. A
good day to do business and work on the material plane, but you also have to be
careful because things can go wrong. Things that lead to discovery.
On the 6th the Sun moves into the 4th line of the 64th hexagram at 4:45 am EDT (8:45 UT). The Sun in the 64.4
is described as "Conviction:
exalted: Symbolized by its phases, the Moon is assured of transition, convinced
by its very process that it will triumph. The assuredness that confusion is a
process that results in realization. detrimented: Where force and energy alone
cannot overcome doubt. Where the confusion is so energized, assuredness brings
no relief." Fourth line days are
the Opportunist and change from inward perspective to looking outward, from
personal to trans-personal, with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of
networking. Fourth line days are great for social interaction. Also on the 6th Venus moves from the 18, to
the 48 and Mars moves from the 5th hexagram, into the 26th. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood
according to Ra. Venus is about values, morality, natural
law in which we deal with the other and the consequences of the world around
us. What disturbs you at a moral level? Your
design and personality Venuses tell you the moral dilemma you're going to work
with in your life. If you do not act with moral clarity, Venus can be unkind in
its retribution. Venus in 48th gate of "Depth (The Well): The necessary and qualitative
foundation that is a prerequisite to establish the common good." Venus in
the 48.1 is "Insignificance: exalted: An instinctive recognition of
what is practical and deserves attention. A taste for recognizing what is
practical and deserves attention. detrimented: An ego tendency to apply
energy to trivial considerations. A taste for trivia." In the program, Venus is about control through
maintaining the status quo, in the way in which we operate with each other. We experience the
transiting planets through the Maia. We are not here to avoid the Maia, but to
embrace it, as yourself, through following your Strategy and Authority. Also on the 6th Mars moves from
the 5th hexagram, into the 26th. Mars in the gate of "The Egoist (The taming power of the great); The
maximization of the power of memory applied to the nurturing of continuity."
Mars is detrimented in the 1st line of the 26 hexagram, which is "A
bird in hand:
detrimented: Accomplishment as a
license for foolhardy risk taking. The refusal of the ego to be
satisfied." Mars represents the warrior archetype. By following our
strategy and authority we slowly refine the energy of our design and
personality Mars from immaturity to wisdom. Mars in the program is about expression through a mutation. This plays
out in the mundane plane as change. These are changes that take hold in the
homogenized world as fads or trends. This is an illusion, because the
population is ready for the same changes at the same time because of transiting
Mars.
On the 7th the Sun moves into the 5th line of the 64th hexagram at 3:56 am
EDT (7:56 UT). Sun in the 64.5 is described as "Promise:
exalted: The values promised in any new order are demonstrated through the
harmonic interactions with others. This strengthens the justification for
struggle. Confusion over which values and relationships can bring harmony. detrimented:
A tendency in trying to justify the struggle by focusing exclusively on the
failure of the old order that cannot demonstrate the quality of the new.
Focusing on the past confusions about values and relationships." The Fifth line is about projection, first
positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic. Positive projection being
“they could do this…”, “they’re the perfect person to do…” whatever is the
projection, and if the person does not do it, can’t do it, does not want to do
it, they do not meet the expectation, then the projection changes from positive
to negative, the person gets punished, the heretic gets tied to the stake. The
fifth line day is heretical, a day of suspicion, also a day of
universalization. Something can leak out and spread very rapidly like a virus.
YouTube video where suddenly there's millions of viewings or a facebook post
that goes viral. But there is a great deal of suspicion and paranoia on a 5th
line day, which impacts the nature of relationships. Of course if they are
projecting on you and you are not meeting their expectations, and they want to
punish you, that’s not paranoia. Seduction is also a theme of a fifth line day.
On the 8th the Sun moves into the 6th line of the 64th
hexagram at 3:06 am EDT (7:06 UT). Sun in the 64.6 is "Victory: exalted: The mental assuredness, that knew
that victory was inevitable, thus making triumph sweet but not a reason for
excess. The mental gift of enjoying the confusion and its diversity of data.
detrimented: Like the story of the Trojan Horse, it can be dangerous to get
carried away in celebration, least one loses vigilance and perspective. With
all the diversity of data, it is easy to lose perspective." The sixth
line is on the roof of the hexagram. It’s the Role Model. When I think about
being on the roof of a building, I don’t tend to look at the building, rather
what’s around the building, what’s in the neighborhood, what’s down the road,
what’s on the horizon… Ra said sixth line days are about
"not to get stuck with your head in the clouds because you'll end up
having something bang into your kneecaps." A day
where there is a real lack of focus of what's going on around you, because
folks are looking beyond their immediate environment. Like a 3rd line day there
are certain dangers. Not seeing the car coming. Not seeing a bill coming.
On the 9th the Sun moves from the 64th, leaving
the North Node, to the 47th and Earth moves from the 63rd Hexagram, leaving the South Node, to
the 22nd and
the Gate of "Openness (Grace); a quality of behavior best suited in
handling mundane and trivial situations." This shift happens at 2:16 am EDT (6:16 UT),
with the Sun in the 47th gate of "Realizing (Oppression); A restrictive
and adverse state as a result of internal weakness or external strength or
both." The Sun is in the 47.1 of "Taking stock: exalted: The ability
in times of hardship to concentrating on eradicating the negative factors that
have led to oppression. Realizing that negative thoughts have to be eradicated.
detrimented: The delusion of seeing oppression as an exclusively external
phenomenon with disastrous results. The sense that the world is against
you." As
we move from the 64 to the 47, we enter a gate of sharing a sense of the past.
This is a collective abstract gate of integrating mental chaos. This brings the
potential realization that life is never exactly what we want, that it isn't
always favorable, and that brings wisdom and maturity. This is an Ajna center
gate, so it's important to realize how futile it is to want to determine how to
live your life based on a mental conclusion. There is no certainty. Instead we
can make sense out of our past experience. It's about relationships, in the
quarter of duality. Oppression is about a relationship with another... self
oppression is a relationship were you are the other as well. The 47 is about
sharing subjective perceptions of the past. It's harmonic gate, the gate it
forms a channel with, is the 64. I believe this is the only place in the wheel
where a gate immediately follows its harmonic. The 64 in the Head center brings
pressure to make sense of the past. The channel of abstraction is about
reviewing of memories, reviewing experiences, and being collective, sharing
those past events with others. It's polarity is the solar plexus gate 22, Grace,
bringing a wave of balanced behavior or not. This brings us to the third
variation of the cross of rulership. Looking for inspiration in past
experience. Establishing rulership by aligning with what is popular from the
past and pledging to correct what was wrong in the past. Oppression is here to
challenge us to deal with what we don't like, when the Sun is in the 47. The first line is the investigator. When the Sun
is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days people look inward and are absorbed with

the 64 and the Sun in the 47 brings us the Channel of
Abstraction: A design of Mental Activity mixed with Clarity until September
16th. The energy of this channel is about creating something new out of
something old. This is about abstract thought being brought into the collective
consciousness through the arts, philosophy, history and culture. This is
wonderful energy for telling stories about our experiences that inspire others,
but brings confusion when used to resolve our own issues. The defined Ajna center can influence people to believe they are
mentally certain even when they are not, and the defined Head center brings
pressure to think about things that don’t matter.
On the 10th the Sun
moves into the 2nd line
of the 47th hexagram at 1:25 am EDT (5:25 UT ). The Sun in the 47.2 is
described as "Ambition: exalted: The
ambition and drive to overcome personal oppression in order to achieve
security. Realizing that to be busy is mentally healthy. detrimented: An
indecisiveness in times of personal oppression, whether to apply intelligence
to recovery or accept its weight to take advantage of other prevailing
conditions that may only be temporary. The inability to sense when and which
activity is healthy." The second line is the Hermit. Second line days everyone is
waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their natural talents.
People are stuck in their own trip. Not a great day to have a party because no
one will want to come. Also
on the 10th retrograde Mercury backs from the 6th
into the 47th, joining the Sun. Mercury, the
Messenger of the Gods, is communication, expansion of human consciousness
through communication not just as words but also music. What do you need to communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design
Mercury through the medium of the personality Mercury. This is the gate of "Realizing (Oppression); A restrictive and
adverse state as a result of internal weakness or external strength or
both," and
retrograde Mercury in the 47.6, where
it is detrimented in the 6th line due to the Sun also being in the 47, in
the line of "Futility: A difficult position
for which there is no exaltation. detrimented: The Sun in detriment, where the
strength of will alone may find a way to adapt and survive, but without hope of
ever overcoming the oppression. Life as an ordeal stripped of
realization." In the program, Mercury is about expression
through communication. It influences the homogenized population to communicate
about the themes of the gate and line that transiting Mercury inhabits. It's
primary impact is psychological. It impacts the not-self mind. It distorts the
way we look at things in a way that leads to action. This conditions people to
think and communicate about the same things. In the 47th gate, I expect people
talk about having oppressive experiences.
So no matter what energies
are conditioning you during the week, remember this experience is about being a
passenger riding in a vehicle driven by the magnetic monopole. So enjoy the
scenery, and let the vehicle take you where you need to go, through using your
strategy and authority. Every day is a blessing no matter what dramas beckon to
distract us. We are all giving the performance of a life time on this world
stage, just take some time to observe the play as well as act your part.
