This is the "Weekly Neutrino Forecast for May
29th to June 4th 2016."
On May
29th we have the Sun
in Gemini and also in the 16th hexagram. The
Sun in the 16th hexagram is mapped to an opening in an energy channel called a
gate, which is the 16th gate of "Skills (Enthusiasm); The great art of
enriching life by the harmonic channeling of energy.” Located on the Throat center in a Collective Logic energy
path in the Understanding Circuit, called the "Channel of
the Wavelength: a
design of talent" that connects to its harmonic, the
48th gate of "Depth (the
well): the necessary and qualitative foundation that is a prerequisite to establish
the common good." I have found HD to be
amazingly accurate in describing the person, that I use it as my primary tool
when I provide readings. We have the following activated gates on May 29th; the
Sun in the 16th gate, the Earth in the 9th gate, North node in the 47th gate and the South Node in the 22, Mercury newly
direct, in the 2nd gate, Venus in the 16, Mars retrograde in the 14, Jupiter in the 64th, Saturn retrograde in the 5th, Uranus in the 42, Neptune in the 63, and Pluto retrograde in the 54th gate. Obviously not every
gate activation forms a channel, but this information can be very helpful if
you know your own Human Design chart, because some of these transits will form
channels with potentials in your personal body graph.
The neutrino forecast is just a weather
report, no matter what the weather an individual's strategy and authority is
the correct choice to have an authentic experience regardless of the program.
As Ra Uru Hu said "Whatever the weather is going to be, you have your
neutrino umbrella. As long as you are experimenting with your strategy and
authority, the weather is for your pleasure."
We begin the week with two
channel definitions due to the transit field. With Jupiter in the 64 and the North
Node in the 47 brings us the Channel of Abstraction: A design of Mental Activity mixed
with Clarity until
June 7th. The energy of this channel is about creating something new out of
something old. This is about abstract thought being brought into the collective
consciousness through the arts, philosophy, history and culture. This is
wonderful energy for telling stories about our experiences that inspire others,
but brings confusion when used to resolve our own issues. The defined head
center brings the pressure to think about things that don't matter, to those
without. The defined Ajna center can influence people to believe they are
certain of something, when they are not. With Mars in the 14th gate and Mercury
in the 2nd gate, giving us the Channel of the Beat:
A design of being the Keeper of the Keys until June 2nd. This adds the energy
to follow our own direction in life and through experiences that empower others
either directly or indirectly. This will be a time when folks may feel the need
to follow their inner mission in life. People will surrender more to the rhythm
of life rather than making decisions through thinking. Folks with this channel
have the skill to manipulate change in the direction they wish, as long as they
are waiting to respond to life. The defined G center
could influence folks without, to obsess about where they are headed and where
they will find love. The defined Sacral center affects non-Generator
types in feeling busy and having the endurance to work, but don't get used to
it. They may also think they know when "enough is enough" which could
lead to a premature or abrupt end to something that needs more time. As individual circuitry, this definition brings
melancholy that is best used in creative activities.
We are going to look at the Sun's Rave I'Ching
line values daily because 70% of the neutrinos we receive come from the Sun and
as Ra said in "Living with the Program: The Lines of the Day" when
talking about these daily shifts of line values, he said "We can always take
advantage of the themes of the day." If your strategy and authority does
not lead you in that direction, you can always notice how the program is
affecting others in your environment. So let's get started.
May 29th begins with the Sun in the 3rd line of the 16th hexagram. The Sun in the 16.3 is "Independence:
Self-generating and sustaining enthusiasm. exalted: The proper timing to
maintain rhythm and avoid deflation. The independent skill and possible talent
to express proper timing and rhythm. detrimented: The child whose
overconfidence may lead to frustration and ensuing dependence on others to
regenerate enthusiasm, thus creating an unnecessary reliance. The need to have
others confirm one's skills or talent." The third line is the
Martyr, with a trial and error process, bonds made and broken, and a system of
discovery by figuring out what doesn’t work. Things bump into you on a third
line day, so be careful on the roads. Be careful of swinging doors or swinging
elbows. This is a day where we might have bonds made or broken, or feel like
we’re on trial. It's a good material day. A good day to do business and work on
the material plane, but you also have to be careful because things can go
wrong. Things that lead to discovery. Later on the 29th the Sun moves into the 4th
line of the 16th hexagram at 8:35 am EDT (12:35 UT), and in the 16.4 is
"The leader: Genuine and sincere support and recognition of others.
exalted: Enthusiasm for/and service to higher goals. The skill to recognize and
support the talents of others. detrimented: The demagogue. The refusal to
support or recognize the talents of others." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change
from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal,
with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line
days are great for social interaction.
On the 30th the Sun moves into the 5th line of the 16th hexagram at 8:03 am EDT (12:03 UT). The Sun in the 16.5
is described as "The Grinch: The refusal to share enthusiasm. exalted: The
power to avoid enthusiasm for the sole purpose of being converted. As with
Dickens' Scrooge, eventual conversion leads to greater and more enduring
enthusiasm. A lack of confidence in the expression of skills that needs the
encouragement of others. detrimented: The perverse feeling that sharing in
enthusiasm hampers individual development. Why should I be happy when... etc. A
lack of confidence in the value of encouraging others." The Fifth line is about projection, first
positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic. Positive projection being
“they could do this…”, “they’re the perfect person to do…” whatever is the
projection, and if the person does not do it, can’t do it, does not want to do
it, they do not meet the expectation, then the projection changes from positive
to negative, the person gets punished, the heretic gets tied to the stake. The
fifth line day is heretical, a day of suspicion, also a day of
universalization. Something can leak out and spread very rapidly like a virus.
YouTube video where suddenly there's millions of viewings or a facebook post
that goes viral. But there is a great deal of suspicion and paranoia on a 5th
line day, which impacts the nature of relationships. Of course if they are
projecting on you and you are not meeting their expectations, and they want to
punish you, that’s not paranoia. Seduction is also a theme of a fifth line day.
On the 31st the Sun moves into the
6th line of the 16th hexagram at 7:31 am EDT (11:31 UT). The Sun in the 16.6
is "Gullibility: The susceptibility to propaganda. exalted: The ability to
experience, examine and then reject misleading enthusiasm. The talent to access
the expression of others. detrimented: The same principle as the exaltation,
but to painfully withdraw. Its enthusiasm for social structures permanently
prejudiced. The failure to assess the expression of others." The sixth line is on the roof
of the hexagram. It’s the Role Model. When I think about being on the roof of a
building, I don’t tend to look at the building, rather what’s around the
building, what’s in the neighborhood, what’s down the road, what’s on the
horizon… Ra said sixth line days are about "not to
get stuck with your head in the clouds because you'll end up having something
bang into your kneecaps." A day where there is a
real lack of focus of what's going on around you, because folks are looking
beyond their immediate environment. Like a 3rd line day there are certain
dangers. Not seeing the car coming. Not seeing a bill coming.
June 1st the Sun moves from the 16th, leaving Venus, to the 35th, and
Earth moves from the 9th Hexagram, to the 5th Hexagram, joining Saturn and the
Gate of "Fixed
Rhythms (Waiting); The fundamental attunement to natural rhythms. Waiting as an
active state of awareness." This shift happens at 6:59 am EDT (10:59 UT), with the Sun in the
35th gate of "Change
(Progress); By design, progress cannot exist in a vacuum and is dependent on
interaction,” and the Sun in the 35.1 is
described as "Humility: The ability to accept rejection. exalted: The
artist that accepts rejection as part of the process. Acceptance of change and
rejection as part of the process. detrimented: A self destructive reaction to
rejection. Loss of worth. Change and rejection as humiliation." As we move from the 16 to the 35, we enter
the gate of progress. This is an abstract collective throat gate that says
"I feel like making a change or not." This is the manifesting gate of
the human experiential way. Beginning with the 41
to the 30 to the 36 to reach the throat in the 35. This is about having many different experiences in the
channel of the "Jack of all trades." The manifesting gate of desire. This
is about sharing experiences with the collective, and to fully mature from
having had those experiences. Its harmonic, the 36 is the gate of crisis. The
Chinese character for crisis is made up of the characters for
"danger" and "opportunity." There is always danger and
opportunity in crisis and change, that has the potential to lead to progress. The
polarity of gate 35 is gate 5 of fixed rhythms. Change that repeats, that is
experienced on deeper levels through repetition. The not-self on the 35 can get
caught in looking for the ideal experience, the experience that it wants to
repeat, looking for the destination, but the 35 is about the journey. The
not-self of the 35 can become exhausted looking for the end, which being a
manifesting gate, can lead to anger. This is the quarter of civilization
variation of the cross of consciousness. The 35 is rooted in desire. The desire
to have experiences. Needing to have varied experiences, to have more
experiences, with the voice of the 35 expressing "I feel like a
change," but also "It doesn't mean I need the change now." The first line is the investigator. When the Sun
is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days people look inward and are absorbed with
their own process. Lower trigram is a personal process. The theme of a first
line day is a fear or anxiety that needs to be investigated. A day to study,
not to act. Day to look into things, not jump. Good day to deal with things you
don't understand, can't make sense of or don't know.
On the 2nd the Sun
moves into the 2nd line
of the 35th hexagram at 6:28 am EDT (10:28 UT). The Sun in the 35.2 is described as
"Creative block: Lack of inspiration which stops progress. exalted:
Attunement with the vagaries of the muse and the recognition, creativity is
energy that ebbs and flows. Creativity and the muse will always come and go.
detrimented: The need to take action, however mundane, to overcome the feeling
of emptiness. The actions being uninspired do not further progress. The need
for change and the fear of stasis." The second line is the
Hermit. Second line days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called.
Called for their natural talents. People are stuck in their own trip. Not a
great day to have a party because no one will want to come. Also on the 2nd Mercury moves from 2nd Hexagram,
to the 23rd Hexagram and Venus moves from the
16, to the 35 joining the Sun. Mercury, the
Messenger of the Gods, is communication, expansion of human consciousness
through communication not just as words but also music. What do you need to communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design
Mercury through the medium of the personality Mercury. What
might to be communicated with Mercury in the 23? I expect to hear people say “I
know (whether they do or not).” This is the gate of "Assimilation (Splitting
Apart); Amorality. The awareness and understanding which leads to acceptance of
diversity", and Mercury in the 23.1 is "Proselytization: The attempt
to undermine one set of values for another. exalted: The sage, who in the
extreme can defend evil as part of the greater good. The powerful expression of
an insight which will undermine established values. detrimented: The missionary
whose very light will bring darkness. The powerful expression of an insight
which will produce negative effects." Also
on the 2nd Venus moves from the 16, to the 35 joining
the Sun. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood
according to Ra. Venus is about values, morality, natural
law in which we deal with the other and the consequences of the world around
us. What disturbs you at a moral level? Your
design and personality Venuses tell you the moral dilemma you're going to work
with in your life. If you do not act with moral clarity, Venus can be unkind in
its retribution. Venus is in the 35th gate of "Change
(Progress); By design, progress cannot exist in a vacuum and is dependent on
interaction,” and Venus is exalted in the
35.1 is "Humility: The ability to accept rejection. exalted: The artist

On the 3rd the Sun moves into the 3rd line of the 35th
hexagram, at 5:57 am EDT (9:57 UT). The Sun is detrimented in the 35.3 which is
"Collaboration: The whole greater than the sum of the parts. detrimented:
The need to be the center that ignores the importance of others. The need to be
the center of progress." The
third line is the Martyr, with a trial and error process, bonds made and
broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out what doesn’t work. Things
bump into you on a third line day, so be careful on the roads. Be careful of

drive may be obsessive when the moon is full, but like the fading of the moon,
the obsession abates. Change for change sake. The drive lessens with age.
detrimented: The abuse of position to accumulate perks with the inevitable
retribution from those unfairly deprived. The drive for progress that will
ultimately step on toes and lead to recrimination." Fourth
line days are the Opportunist and change from inward perspective to looking
outward, from personal to trans-personal, with the themes of friendship, of
companionship, of networking. Fourth line days are great for social interaction.
So
no matter what energies are conditioning you during the week, remember this
experience is about being a passenger riding in a vehicle driven by the magnetic
monopole. So enjoy the scenery, and let the vehicle take you where you need to
go, through using your strategy and authority. Every day is a blessing no
matter what dramas beckon to distract us. We are all giving the performance of
a life time on this world stage, just take some time to observe the play as
well as act your part. Remember you are a spiritual being having a human
experience.
