This is the "Weekly Neutrino Forecast for August
7th to August 13th 2016."
On August
7th we have the Sun
in Leo and also in the 7th hexagram. The Sun
in the 7th hexagram is mapped to an opening in an energy channel called a gate,
which is the 7th gate
of "the Role of the
Self (The Army); The point of convergence. by design, the need for leadership
to guide and order society that
engenders transference and thus influence.” Located on the G
center in an collective logic
energy path in the Understanding Circuit, called the "The Channel of the Alpha: A design of a Leadership for
'good' or 'bad'" that connects to its harmonic, the
31st gate of "Leading (Influence); The law of friction,
whether active or passive." I have found HD to be amazingly
accurate in describing the person, that I use it as my primary tool when I
provide readings. We have the following activated gates on August 7th; the Sun in the 7th gate, the Earth in the 13th gate, North node in the 64th gate and the South
Node in the 63,
Mercury in the 40th gate, Venus in the 59th gate, Mars in the 34, Jupiter in the 6th, Saturn retrograde in the 9th, Uranus retrograde in the 42, Neptune retrograde in the 37, and Pluto retrograde
in the 54th gate.
Obviously not every gate activation forms a channel, but this information can
be very helpful if you know your own Human Design chart, because some of these
transits will form channels with potentials in your personal body graph.
The neutrino forecast is just a weather
report, no matter what the weather an individual's strategy and authority is
the correct choice to have an authentic experience regardless of the program.
As Ra Uru Hu said "Whatever the weather is going to be, you have your neutrino
umbrella. As long as you are experimenting with your strategy and authority,
the weather is for your pleasure."
We begin the week with two channel definitions
due to the transit field. With the Neptune in the 37, and Mercury in the 40 we have
the Channel of Community until the 7th. This
definition brings the energy where people will wonder where they belong in the
scheme of things and then try to live that out. It will be a time of thinking
about marriage and family as the foundation of community. Fairness becomes more
important under the influence of the Channel of Community. Balance becomes
important in all aspects of life. People will explore how they fit into their
community and on a mystical level, where they fit in the universe and what
their true purpose is. This impacts people as they think they need to be
supportive of those beings around them and they get pulled into things related
to community. With the defined Ego center, people
without a defined heart center may feel as if they have something to prove or
want to improve, and make promises or commitments that are not correct for
them, and the defined Solar Plexus, for those who do not have emotional
definition this channel, can bring the unfamiliar wave of emotions and perhaps
lead to acting confrontational. With
the Jupiter in the 6 and Venus in the 59, we have the Channel of Mating: a
design focused on reproduction, until the 10th. This definition brings the
energy where people will find it easier to be
intimate with almost anyone, which can happen quickly, but may also be
misunderstood. This is the channel of pure fertile power, as in making babies,
but also birthing creative projects and processes. I’d expect this to be a time
period where people may consciously or unconsciously break down barriers to
intimacy and new endeavors. Using your strategy and authority will be the only
way to determine if an intimate encounter is correct for you or not. With the
defined Sacral center, this
also affects non-Generator types in feeling busy and having the endurance to
work, but don't get used to it. They may also think they know when "enough
is enough" which could lead to a premature or abrupt end to something that
needs more time, and the defined Solar Plexus,
for those who do not have emotional definition this channel, can bring the
unfamiliar wave of emotions and perhaps lead to acting confrontational.
We are going to look at the Sun's Rave I'Ching
line values daily because 70% of the neutrinos we receive come from the Sun and
as Ra said in "Living with the Program: The Lines of the Day" when
talking about these daily shifts of line values, he said "We can always
take advantage of the themes of the day." If your strategy and authority
does not lead you in that direction, you can always notice how the program is
affecting others in your environment. So let's get started.
August 7th begins with the Sun in the 2nd line of the 7th hexagram. Sun in the 7.2 is
described as "The democrat: The ability to lead
by serving the will of the majority. exalted: The application of universally
accepted systems. When connected through the Alpha channel to Gate 31
Influence, the potential for widespread and revolutionary effect on society. The
capacity of the Self to lead when chosen. detrimented: Elitism and denegation
by the democrats of democracy. The capacity of the Self once chosen to feel
superior to those who chose them." The second line is the Hermit. Second line days everyone is
waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their natural talents.
People are stuck in their own trip. Not a great day to have a party because no
one will want to come. Later on the 7th the Sun moves into the 3rd line of the 7th
hexagram, at 1:00 am EDT (5:00 UT). The Sun in the 7.3 is "The anarchist: The rejection of any institutionalized
order. exalted: The constant need for change no matter what the
prevailing conditions. The drive of the Self to express many roles. detrimented: The nihilist. The capacity of the Self to deny
value in any role." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and error process,
bonds made and broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out what doesn’t
work. Things bump into you on a third line day, so be careful on the roads. Be
careful of swinging doors or swinging elbows. This is a day where we might have
bonds made or broken, or feel like we’re on trial. It's a good material day. A
good day to do business and work on the material plane, but you also have to be
careful because things can go wrong. Things that lead to discovery. Also on the 7th
Mercury moves from 40th Hexagram to the 64th
Hexagram, joining the North Node. Mercury, the
Messenger of the Gods, is communication, expansion of human consciousness
through communication not just as words but also music. What do you need to communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design
Mercury through the medium of the personality Mercury. This is the gate of "Confusion (Before Completion); Transition,
like birth, requires a determined strength for the passage through," and Mercury in the 64.1 is "Conditions: exalted: In penetrating to the
center, the understanding that instills the necessary harmony to survive
disorder. Amongst the confusion, the difficulty in finding the point.
detrimented: The powerful temptation when having transition in sight, to hasty
action. An urge to act when you think you have made sense of confusion." In the program, Mercury is about expression through
communication. It influences the homogenized population to communicate about
the themes of the gate and line that transiting Mercury inhabits. It's primary
impact is psychological. It impacts the not-self mind. It distorts the way we
look at things in a way that leads to action. This conditions people to think
and communicate about the same things. In the 64th gate, I expect people to talk about inspiring past
experiences.
On the 8th the Sun moves into the 4th line of the 7th hexagram at 12:29 am EDT (4:29 UT). Sun in the
4th line of the 7th hexagram is exalted and described as "The
abdicator: The willingness at accept the judgment of the people and/or the
rules of law. exalted: The grace and wisdom to step down for the benefit of the
whole. The capacity of the Self to accept the judgment of others." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change
from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal,
with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line
days are great for social interaction. Later on the 8th the Sun moves into the
5th line of the 7th hexagram at 11:56 pm EDT (3:56 UT on the 9th). The Sun in the 7.5
is described as "The general: Leadership whose
authority must be absolute and is sanctioned by society in times of crisis.
exalted: The gift of attracting loyalty necessary in harmonizing the potential
of society. The capacity of the Self through its role to attract loyalty.
detrimented: The commander isolated from his troops and obsessed with victory
at any price. The lack of loyalty when the Self insists on isolation.” The Fifth line is about projection, first
positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic. Positive projection being
“they could do this…”, “they’re the perfect person to do…” whatever is the
projection, and if the person does not do it, can’t do it, does not want to do
it, they do not meet the expectation, then the projection changes from positive
to negative, the person gets punished, the heretic gets tied to the stake. The
fifth line day is heretical, a day of suspicion, also a day of
universalization. Something can leak out and spread very rapidly like a virus.
YouTube video where suddenly there's millions of viewings or a facebook post
that goes viral. But there is a great deal of suspicion and paranoia on a 5th
line day, which impacts the nature of relationships. Of course if they are
projecting on you and you are not meeting their expectations, and they want to
punish you, that’s not paranoia. Seduction is also a theme of a fifth line day.
On the 9th the Sun moves into the 6th line of the 7th
hexagram at 11:24 pm EDT (3:24 UT on the 10th). The Sun in the 7.6 as "The
administrator: the ability to share and justify apportion power. exalted: The
power to communicate the frameworks of responsibility. The capacity of the Self
through its role to communicate responsibility. detrimented: The bureaucrat
whose lust for power eventually destabilizes the organization. The role of the
Self to seek power through the communication of responsibility." The sixth line is on
the roof of the hexagram. It’s the Role Model. When I think about being on the
roof of a building, I don’t tend to look at the building, rather what’s around
the building, what’s in the neighborhood, what’s down the road, what’s on the
horizon… Ra said sixth line days are about
"not to get stuck with your head in the clouds because you'll end up
having something bang into your kneecaps." A day
where there is a real lack of focus of what's going on around you, because
folks are looking beyond their immediate environment. Like a 3rd line day there
are certain dangers. Not seeing the car coming. Not seeing a bill coming.
On the 10th the Sun moves from the 7th
to the 4th, and
Earth moves from the 13th Hexagram, to the 49th Hexagram, and
the Gate of "Principles (Revolution); Ideally the transformation of
forms based on the highest principles and not simply for power." This shift happens at 10:51 pm EDT (2:51 UT on
the 11th), with the Sun in the 4th gate of "Formulization (Youthful
folly); The energy to beguile and succeed despite ignorance. Freedom from
retribution," and the Sun in the 4.1 and described as "Pleasure: Ultimate pleasure cannot be achieved without
perfect timing. exalted: The instinct to know the right moment and
circumstances where pleasure is rewarded and not punished. The potential to
recognize that there is a natural timing to the understanding process.
detrimented: Timing is not a product of discipline. Exaggerated self-discipline
leads to the abuse of pleasure. The potential to recognize, but the urge to
force the timing." As we move from the 7 to
the 4, we enter a gate of sharing collective answers. The 4 is a collective
logic gate in the Ajna center that looks at patterns that can be projected into
the future to create formulas and explanations that need to be tested. It forms
the channel of logic with gate 63's pressure to understand which brings doubt. The
4 looks for explanations. Explanations about why life is difficult and how it
can be made better. It's polarity is the 49th gate of revolution, which is
about rejection of an oppressive power structure to redistribute resources to
the tribe. This bring us to the 3rd variation of the cross of explanation, in
the quarter of duality. With the Sun in Youthful folly, the collective process
translates images into language. It comes up with answers. It doesn't mean that
the answers are correct. To know that, it will need to be tested. The 4 leads
to the 17, so the answer becomes an opinion, with the 62's details that support
the opinion or not. If it is supported in detail, it can become an experiment
which then can be verified or not. Formulization takes inspiration and turns it
into thought. The first line is the
investigator. When the Sun is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days people look
inward and are absorbed with their own process. Lower trigram is a personal
process. The theme of a first line day is a fear or anxiety that needs to be
investigated. A day to study, not to act. Day to look into things, not jump.
Good day to deal with things you don't understand, can't make sense of or don't
know. Also
on the 10th Venus moves from the 59, to the 40. In HD, Venus is very powerful
and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. Venus is about values,
morality, natural law in which we deal with the other and the consequences of
the world around us. What disturbs you at a
moral level? Your design and personality Venuses tell you the moral dilemma
you're going to work with in your life. If you do not act with moral clarity,
Venus can be unkind in its retribution. Venus
in 40th gate of "Aloneness (Deliverance); The point of transition between
struggle and liberation." Venus in the 40.1 of "Recuperation: exalted: The
ability to relax and enjoy the fruits of one's behavior. The ego strength to
enjoy being alone. detrimented: The ego uncomfortable with being alone to
long." In the program, Venus is about control
through maintaining the status quo, in the way in which we operate with each
other. We
experience the transiting planets through the Maia. We are not here to avoid
the Maia, but to embrace it, as yourself, through following your Strategy and
Authority. With the Sun in the 4 connected to the South Node in the
63, we have the Channel of Logic until the August
16th. Which is about mental ease mixed with
doubt. None of us is designed to make decisions based on our minds, and this
channel brings mental gifts that should be used in the service of others,
rather than trying to understand our own lives. When your strategy and authority
presents you with someone who needs your clarity and inspiration this transit
can support the process. This is scientific thinking through being skeptical
and questioning whether the logic or patterns are valid. It brings mental
pressure to people without a defined head center, which intern can bring doubt
when trying to analyze your own life. The definition is future oriented through
looking at mental patterns and projecting them into what lies ahead. This can
bring worry, as any answers revealed by this process will need to be tested and
proved to determine if they have practical applications. The best use of this
definition is for research purposes and testing of hypotheses, then recognizing
that the results need to be invited before they can be shared. The defined Head
center brings the pressure to think about things that don't matter, to those
without. The defined Ajna center can influence people to believe they are
certain of something, when they are not. With the Neptune in the 37, and Venus in the
40 we have the Channel of Community until the
14th. This definition brings the energy where people will wonder where they

UT on the 12th). Sun
in the 4.2 is described as "Acceptance: The recognition of limitation in
oneself and others leads to tolerance and the suspension of judgment. exalted:
The glorification of feelings. The mother which always pardons the errant child.
The potential to recognize that not everyone can understand. detrimented: The
assertion of the ego at the expense of others' failures. The potential to take
advantage of the lack of understanding in others." The second line is the Hermit. Second line

formulas with no regard to their practical application. detrimented: The rationalization
of irresponsibility as an act of refocalization. The potential to justify such
a process in order to maintain it." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and

might to be communicated with Mercury in the 47? I expect to hear people to

adverse state as a result of internal weakness or external strength or
both," and Mercury in the 47.1 is "Taking stock: exalted: The ability
in times of hardship to concentrating on eradicating the negative factors that
have led to oppression. Realizing that negative thoughts have to be eradicated.
detrimented: The delusion of seeing oppression as an exclusively external
phenomenon with disastrous results. The sense that the world is against
you." With
the North Node in the 64 and Mercury in the 47 brings us the Channel of Abstraction: A design of Mental Activity mixed
with Clarity until
August 17th. The energy of this channel is about creating something new out of
something old. This is about abstract thought being brought into the collective
consciousness through the arts, philosophy, history and culture. This is
wonderful energy for telling stories about our experiences that inspire others,
but brings confusion when used to resolve our own issues. The defined Ajna center can influence people to
believe they are mentally certain even when they are not, and the defined Head
center brings pressure to think about things that don’t matter.
On the 13th the Sun moves into the 4th line of the 4th hexagram at 9:11 pm EDT (1:11 UT on the 14th).
The Sun
is exalted in the 4.4 and described as "The
liar: Role playing as an art form. The actor. exalted: Fantasy protects and
nurtures a sense of purpose and reason no matter how misguided. The potential
to find or illustrate the formulas through fantasy." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change
from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal,
with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line
days are great for social interaction.
So no matter what energies
are conditioning you during the week, remember this experience is about being a
passenger riding in a vehicle driven by the magnetic monopole. So enjoy the
scenery, and let the vehicle take you where you need to go, through using your
strategy and authority. Every day is a blessing no matter what dramas beckon to
distract us. We are all giving the performance of a life time on this world
stage, just take some time to observe the play as well as act your part.
