Astrology and Mayan Tzolkin for April 13th to April 25th 2014

This is the "Care and feeding of a New World Age" report for Gregorian date of April 13th 2014 for 1 - Etznab "etz-nob" or Flint in the Mayan Tzolkin calendar, with Pluto turning retrograde, the Libra Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse, the Sun moving into Taurus, followed by Mercury moving into Taurus and the Cardinal Grand Cross.
April 13th 2014 for 1 - Etznab "etz-nob" or Flint carries the themes of introspection and reflection, sparks of insight, the self-sacrificing healer, the archetype of Chiron, the spiritual warrior, the knife that can be used to heal or harm, duality… right or wrong, good or evil, fear or faith, east or west, feasting or fasting, woman or man, us or them, leaders or followers, left or right mindedness. It reminds me of the story of Chiron, the wounded healer, giving up his immortality so that Prometheus could be freed from his eternal bondage of being chained to a rock and having vultures devour his liver by day and then having it regenerated by night, which was his punishment for bringing fire to humans. The spark that comes from flint. Flint makes us aware of the illusion of our separateness so we can transcend duality. To realize our minds tell us we are this and that, and our hearts tell us that we just are. Boundaries are a construct of the mind… I am another you!
Before I get into the daily energy for 1 - Etznab "etz-nob" or Flint, on the 13th all the planets appear to move forward from our vantage point on Earth except Mars and Saturn, which appear to move retrograde or in reverse motion.  Mars turned retrograde on March 1st and will turn direct May 19th. During this report period Mars, representing drive and aggression, is in Libra. Mars is in its detriment in Libra because it is opposite Aries, the sign of Martian rulership, and is traditionally considered to have difficulty operating positively in Libra. Because of its retrograde cycle Mars will spend 8 months in the sign of the scales. Typically Mars spends two months in a sign so this placement for most of the year is uncomfortable and monotonous. Mars agitates and in Libra it's about relationships and can lead to social anger. This may cause us to see an increase in passive aggression. Mars is about drive and wanting to take action, but in Libra it's likely to be the drive to make someone else take action. Mars has been in Libra for several months and I've already seen folks competing for love. They are willing to fight for a partner. People are becoming aggressive in their quest for romantic love. Mars is also about sexuality, so retrograde Mars periods are contraindicated for beginning a satisfying sexual relationship. As much as Mars is unhappy in Libra, it's also very unhappy retrograde. This is a really difficult time to access our drive and aggressive energy. Saturn turned retrograde on March 2nd and turns direct on July 20th. Themes of Saturn in Scorpio are loss, depression, failure, fear, the shadow, betrayal, the stuff that goes deep. Superficial just won't cut it with Saturn in Scorpio. Saturn retrograde is a task master that demands we take responsibility to review the scorpionic themes such as motives, ethics, and intensions. If we have not been clear on these subjects, we are likely to feel our burden is heavier than the load we had previously agreed to carry.

The big change for Flint trecena is that Pluto turns retrograde on the 14th and engages in the 5th Uranus Pluto square on the 21st which is also a Cardinal Grand Cross with Mars and Jupiter peaking from the 20th to the 23rd. When Pluto, the planet of transformation through a death and rebirth cycle, turns retrograde, which is about reviewing the past, April will require releasing anything from the past that is a burden to our new path. We can choose to let go or we can have it ripped from our hands, we have a choice about how we want to react, but Pluto will take our baggage regardless of our attachment, if it doesn't have a purpose in our rebirth. What I find interesting about the astrology of April is Pluto in Capricorn slows to a stop and begins its reverse or retrograde motion on the 14th. Planets are said to be at the peak of their power when they are stopped. Pluto represents death, completion, and in Capricorn, the breakdown of structures, to bring about transformation. Pluto moved into Capricorn in 2008 which was the point when the overly optimistic investments of Pluto in Sagittarius started to crash. Pluto in Capricorn is determined in exposing the darkness, destroying the old order, so that we can rise up like the Phoenix from the ashes to soar again. Pluto will be in Capricorn until 2024, and early in its transit through a sign there is a breakdown phase, where something that no longer serves us is dismantled to create space for something new. Capricorn is about large structures which includes banks, governments, corporations, and religions. This is a time of a cosmic course correction for the entire planet. We cannot continue to harm Mother Earth for the economic gain of a few. Pluto is about power and empowerment which I believe is about our spiritual evolution from being conditioned to live in fear of not getting our needs met, like too many rats in a maze, to realizing there is enough for all, we don't need to fight each other. We have been sold, and at a high price I might add, the concept of "manufactured lack". It is the resistance to Pluto's lesson of letting go of the past, that brings tragedy and pain. Capricorn is about building and achievement and as an earth sign it's rooted in the material world. The goat climbing the highest mountains is its symbol. Pluto rules the underworld so look for events from underground such as earthquakes, volcanoes, and giant sink holes, and events involving tunnels or subways, and infrastructures in general, but also battles for underground resources, such as oil and fracking. Here in Maine we are battling the Nestle corporation as their subsidiary Poland Springs is taking legal action against the locals over water rights, as they drain the aquifer for profit, while people's wells are going dry. Capricorn is also about the elderly and in the U.S. we have a political battle over social security, which was paid for by people's payroll deductions and has nothing to do with the national debt, but because our government borrowed from social security and has no way to pay it back, they want to dismantle this life line for our seniors.
Pluto was last in Capricorn from 1762 to 1778 where it transformed political and economic structures all over the world, from the end of the Seven Years War when France ceded Canada to Britain, to political unrest in Europe and her Colonies which brought changes to many nations. Catherine the Great came to power after the murder of her husband and went to war with the Ottoman Empire which yielded Russian control of Turkish territories. Poland was divided into three sections owned by Austria, Prussia, and Russia. British Parliament passed the Stamp Act to pay for the cost to quell the Colonial rebellion which then escalated into the American Revolution. That sounds familiar, increasing taxes to maintain control of an oppressed population, resulting in the overthrow of the oppressor. It couldn't happen again... or could it with Pluto in Capricorn. The previous Pluto in Capricorn time period was 1516 to 1533 which was the time period when exploration of the New World yielded the colonies, but also the anti-Catholic movement with Martin Luther nailing his thesis to the church door in 1517.
This time of Pluto moving in reverse, has it moving aggressively towards its fifth challenging square to Uranus in Aries, which will be exact on April 21st at 13 degrees. These challenging angles between Uranus, the planet of disruption, revolution and unexpected change in Aries, the sign of the individual, challenging Pluto the planet of death and destruction but also rebirth, in the sign of Capricorn representing structures including governments and corporations, is the most powerful transit of our time. These two titans have exact confrontations an amazing seven times between 2012 and 2015. Usually this type of transit occurs three or five times. Seven times is unusual and very intense. The world will be a very different place by the end of 2015. With Pluto retrograde and Uranus direct, I think this time period will favor individuals in their challenging of the oppressive structures, with sudden unexpected results.
The Cardinal Grand Cross this month is very powerful in challenging the status quo. Here is the chart of the 5th Uranus Pluto square, with Jupiter in Cancer and Mars in Libra filling out the Grand Cross. This will be particularly potent for anyone who has planets at 13 degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra, or Capricorn. Or Nations with heavenly bodies like the United States' Sun being at 13 degrees Cancer or Russia's Uranus at 13 degrees Capricorn, or China's Mercury at 13 degrees Libra. This is a truly pivotal alignment and a very rare astrological event, with Pluto opposite Jupiter and Uranus opposite Mars and those two axis's at 90 degree angles to each other, occurring between the total lunar eclipse on April 15th and the solar eclipse on April 29th. We've been talking about the Uranus Pluto squares for a few years since they began in 2012 and continue until 2015, but the addition of two planets filling out the cross amplifies the energy for change, transformation, revolution, death and rebirth. As we discussed earlier Pluto in Capricorn, at a virtual standstill and at the peak of its power all month, is about transforming hierarchical structures of governments, banks, corporations, and those in power, which has been in a challenging square to Uranus in Aries which is about rebellion, unexpected change, and the revolt of individuals. With the addition of Jupiter in Cancer we feel the overlay of nurturing and protecting our homes and families during the collapse of the world's elite power infrastructure. In the big picture this is our home on Earth and our family that inhabits this planet, which the power elite seems hell-bent to destroy through corporate environmental disasters that poison land, water, air and living beings, our Earth family. Mars in Libra is about taking action to restore balance, justice, and equality through aggression and violence if need be. Mars is retrograde so this might be a period of reviewing past incidences of police state repression and opposing tactics to understand what might be the best use of force when Mars is direct next month. No matter how you look at this chart it screams of tension, confrontation, frustration, anger, and resentment. This feels like a pressure cooker whose intensity has no release valve and could turn explosive. This is not meant to be an "end of the world apocalypse" scenario. The planets only destroy what needs to go to restore balance, in the world or in our personal lives. Of course there are things about this world and some people's individual lives that are terribly out of balance and those instances may seem very dramatic as we deal with climate change globally or our own emotional weather personally. Overall this seems like a clash between the old and the new, as systems fail, structures change, revolution erupts, family patterns transform, ideas and belief systems change, fears are faced, relationships mutate, and motivations are confronted leading to some folks breaking down while others find their power. The best way to weather this extreme energy which will impact us during April and beyond, is to be willing to release what no longer serves and is departing, and join with people whose goals are compatible with your own. Basically we have these four planets acting like spokes on the "Wheel of Fortune", some are on their way up, others are on their way down, but they will bring a shift in the environment, people, situations, and events for years to come. This is followed by the Sun conjunct Mercury on the 25th which may signal a commitment to the new direction revealed in the days prior, and the Taurus Solar Eclipse and New Moon may offer new purpose, new people, a new script, and a new stage to more forward after being rousted out of our previous somewhat unconscious state.
Over a year ago when I looked at the future Uranus Pluto squares I realized that the April 21st 2014 square would have Pluto exactly opposing and Uranus exactly squaring the USA's Cancer Sun, and the final square on March 17th 2015 would have Uranus exactly opposing and Pluto exactly squaring the USA's Saturn in Libra. As difficult as the transits will be globally, the United States has the front row seat on this rollercoaster ride of death and rebirth, transformation through revolution. Which I believe will lead to the complete collapse of the US's economy when Pluto moves into its 2nd house of resources in 2016. With Uranus conjunct the US's Chiron June 25 2015, August 26 2015, and April 5 2016, we can expect those time periods to bring intense events of unexpected wounding and healing. I think Nero can rosin up his bow and tune up his fiddle because another empire is about to burn to the ground, at least metaphorically.
Ok let's look at the daily vibrational energy for this trecena. April 13th 2014 for 1 - Etznab "etz-nob" or Flint: unity experienced through being introspective, with Moon in Virgo makes no angles and is void of course until moving into Libra at 4:33 am EDT, which does not favor major decisions or purchases, but is good to use for resting to assimilate this latest round of energy and experiences. The 14th is 2 - Cauac "cow-ack" or Storm: duality experienced through recognizing the gifts in adversity, with Pluto, the planet of transformation through a death and rebirth cycle, turning retrograde, which is about reviewing the past and will require releasing anything from the past that is a burden to our new path. Pluto is affecting many of us as it changes directions at 13 degrees of Capricorn to spend about six months appearing to move in reverse from our vantage point on Earth. This is a time of increasing intensity and force, when superficiality will not be enough. This will be particularly intense for people with personal planets at 13 degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra, or Capricorn, as it moves head long towards its fifth confrontation with Uranus on the 21st, which will be a dramatic time as the resistance of the old forms continues to collapse in its conflict with those seeking individual liberty. Also on the 14th Mercury squares Jupiter and conjuncts Uranus which brings the fleet footed messenger of the gods to activate the Cardinal T-Square as it builds toward the Grand Cross a week later. Mercury square Jupiter usually brings feelings of optimism and positive perspective regarding life. People are inclined to set long range plans and goals for the future, from a place of seeing the big picture. This is also favorable for business deals and commercial transactions. If you are unaware of this transit you could overlook details that are important to the creation of your overall grand vision. Also be careful about communicating to others in a way that may be seen as arrogant or self righteous in tone. Awareness is key to working with this energy. Don't let this much optimism lead to sloppiness and overlooking important details. Mercury conjoins Uranus which continues the interaction between planets and their higher octave planet. Here we have Mercury mind and Uranus higher mind, which can be very exciting as our personal awareness is expanded into the larger consciousness of the Universal Mind. It's very fast energy in thinking and communications which could lead to quantum leaps of faith or on the other side people getting overwhelmed by all the new information. People may also be more prone to accidents as they are moving too fast to be cautious. Also on the 14th the Libra Moon is opposed by Mercury and Uranus, challenged by Jupiter and Pluto, and merges with Mars, which brings an emotional energetic that moves from some feeling a real conflict between feelings and reason and others having fruitful expressions of their deeper awareness either internally or with another, to benevolent and generous feelings for those in our immediate environment, then folks are emotionally excitable and impulsive, later having the compulsion to act in ways that may not be good for us in the long run, and finally experiencing irritable moods and critical communications. April 15th is 3 - Ahau "ah-how" or Sun: taking action through honoring the wisdom and memory of our ancestors, while we have the Libra Full Moon and full lunar eclipse with the moon at 25 degrees Libra, unaspected except for being opposed by the Sun. This is about finding balance between our personal needs with the Sun in Aries and our sensitivity to the needs of those we have emotional relationships with the Moon in Libra. Throughout history eclipses have been seen as bringing challenges particularly in the part of the globe where they can be viewed. This lunar eclipse is the first of four over the next year and a half that will be visible across North America, followed by October 8th 2014, April 4th 2015, and another on September 28 2015. Longtime NASA eclipse expert Fred Espenak said "The most unique thing about the 2014-2015 tetrad is that all of them are visible for all or parts of the USA." Which of course correlates to the time period of the last 3 of 7 Uranus Pluto squares. The last Tetrad of four consecutive lunar eclipses was in 1967 to 1968, and before that 1949 to 1950, with none occurring between 1600 and 1900. This is also getting attention from the Judaic and Christian communities because the eclipses all occur on Jewish holidays. This puts additional emphasis on the Cardinal signs with Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, and Pluto is signs that initiate new seasons. I've already been feeling this with the Sun engaging in the Cardinal T-square at the beginning of the month, which I referred to as the "shot across the bow", as we move toward the Cardinal Grand Cross. Here in the United States we had a shooting at the Fort Hood military base in Texas, which killed four people including the gunman and injured 16. Full moons can certainly be a time of tension, and this one is between Aries and Libra, so its energy is between love and war, which may expose hidden enemies and allies. Keeping aware of this energetic could help keep you safe, because social rage is certainly a possibility under this influence. Included in the Full Moon chart we have Mercury square Pluto folks can be obsessing about some thought or idea, so it's important in conversations to be open to others' view points and not be forceful in getting others to agree with our beliefs. This may be a time when we experience one thought that dominates the day and leaves little room for anything else. This energy can easily provoke arguments over things that won't seem important in a few days. If you use this energy to explore your inner world, it can bring light to something that was hidden in the depths of our psyches. Great energy for studying subjects that deal with covert or hidden aspects, such as psychology, magic, or the occult, as well as meditation or yoga, to unveil other possibilities of human potential. The 16th is 4 - Imix "e-meesh" or Crocodile: stability through nurturing new beginnings, with Mercury opposed Mars, a time to use caution because the influence of aggressive and irritable Mars on our speech and behavior (Mercury) can be very forthright where folks tell each other exactly what they think of them with little or no editing or filtering. People can be very combative in word and action under this influence. Being conscious of what you are projecting into your environment is one way to avoid conflicts, and of course the other is to realize that others may not be acting as consciously and treat them with compassion and forgiveness. Ultimately this transit is about releasing ego energies that aren't usually so obvious. You might want to keep your opinions to yourself if you wish to avoid arguments. Also avoiding rash or impulsive behaviors is recommended as this energetic is also associated with accidents. Also on the 16th the Scorpio Moon finds support from Neptune, Venus, and Jupiter, and in harmony with Pluto, which moves from fantasies and daydreams distracting us from accomplishing routine tasks, to enjoying social interactions with others, then feelings of inner and outer equanimity, to finally experiencing deep emotions on a profound level. April 17th is 5 - Ik "eek" or Wind: empowerment through communication, with Venus trine Jupiter which is one of the best transits except for its short duration, as it brings ease, grace, and pleasant social interactions. As with any Jupiter Venus transit, this can bring laziness and self indulgent behavior. Most will experience this as a needed break from the "daily grind". This is great energy for social interactions, entertainment, and amusements. Romance and financial interests are favored under this transit, along with traveling or taking a vacation that begins at this time as it indicates that the journey will be fun, enlightening, and rewarding. Due to the low energy of this transit, this is not the best time to start any enterprise that requires a great deal of energy. Also on the 17th the Moon in Scorpio merges with Saturn which has folks wanting to be alone in their thoughts and feelings. The 18th is 6 - Akbal "awk-bol" or Night: being in the flow through contemplating the stars, while Venus in Pisces sextiles Pluto in Capricorn bringing an atmosphere of passion, intensity, and expression with less filtering, be careful not say things you will regret later. Folks may seek the advice of older people (Capricorn) regarding relationships or money (Venus). Venus in harmony with Pluto combines love and death, so this could be a time when we hear from an ex-lover or have the desire to contact a partner from our past. This transit deepens our emotions and brings more focus on our friendships. It also intensifies love relationships and can take sexual experiences to a whole new level. A new relationship may feel "fated" but that could be an illusion (Pisces) that accompanies this transit. Also on the 18th the Sagittarius Moon is challenged by Neptune and Venus, supported by Uranus, and in harmony with Mars which moves from daydreams and fantasies feeling more important than reality, to having the impulse to engage in activities that make us feel more alive, then having pleasant energy to be with friends and loved ones, to finally Mars brings the desire to work independently from others. April 19th is 7 - Kan "con" or Seed or Lizard: reflection through planting seeds and making new connections, the Sun enters Taurus which illuminates purposeful determination and becoming efficient in practical matters for a month. This brings a grounded earth quality as many are working the soil in hopes of a harvest. This also may bring more of a focus on security, both emotionally and materially, along with having the resources needed to live comfortably. Also on the 19th the Moon in Sagittarius finds support from Mercury and the Sun which moves from feeling in touch with our emotions and expressing them to others, to later feeling a sense of inner harmony which is mirrored in the outside world. The 20th is 8 - Chicchan "chee-chan" or Serpent: balance through being flexible, with Jupiter square Uranus which continues the ramping up of the infamous Uranus Pluto square into the Cardinal Grand Cross of April. Which has a wide swath of possibilities from an unexpected "out of nowhere" lucky change of fortune to a major disruption in life that brings sudden restlessness and the impatience that leads to effort to become free. Whatever the scenario we find in our path, change is the only option. Freedom is the overall theme to this transit, so we should consider the direction we want to take, rather than just make a change to relieve some form of pressure. If we avoid acting impulsively, we are likely to experience some opportunity that leads to freedom from something that has caused us to feel restricted. This alignment will have some folks feeling impatient and frustrated as both planets seek freedom, but from different perspectives. And Jupiter is opposed by Pluto which continues Jupiter's interaction with the Uranus Pluto square to exactitude for the fifth time and the Grand Cross. This can seem like the completion of a long drive towards success or power, but it brings an important caution, because there is resistance from unseen and powerful forces. This is a time to follow your strategy and authority very closely if you've had a Human Design reading, to move through this time with relative ease, as opposed to folks who will try to think their way through something the mind can't grasp and only detriments. People can become ruthless in their desire to get ahead, under this Jupiter Pluto tug of war. The influence will last a few days before and particularly after the 20th. This is a time when there are difficulties with the law and even arrests, so this will be important to watch local and world events as people will provoke authorities with very unfavorable consequences. This also indicates the possibility of fanatical or obsessive behavior, where folks are certain they are right and unwilling to consider another point of view. Self righteousness will abound. This day can go either way from making a power play or being the victim of one. The best way to navigate this energy is to work for the best interest of others, for the highest good, but recognize that beliefs can change so be open to considering other opinions. Venus conjunct Chiron on the 20th blends wounding and healing with romantic love and money. Issues of these flavors my rise up from the depths of your memory to consciously allow their release, to ultimately heal the past. Also on the 20th the Capricorn Moon harmonizes with Neptune, is challenged by Uranus and Mars, merges with Pluto, and is opposed by Jupiter, which moves from folks being very sensitive to the moods of others, to people are likely to act hasty and jump to conclusions, with having more intense moods rising to the surface from deep in our psyches, and feelings of generosity, and finally people feeling irritable which could lead to needless disputes. April 21st is 9 - Cimi "key-mee" or Transformation: patience experienced through releasing what no longer serves us, with Uranus square Pluto on the 21st bringing the fifth exact square between Uranus and Pluto. The themes of revolution, transformation, tension between the material and spiritual worlds, upheaval, along with death and rebirth are particularly potent at this time. Acceleration of transformation related to revolution and evolution is increasing exponentially. This is the peak of the energy for unexpected change as old ways, old structures are crumbling to prepare us for transformation. This is one of the undercurrents that will be most powerful during the continuing challenging square between Uranus in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn at 13 degrees. As I've said before the world will be a very different place by the end of 2015. Also on the 21st the Moon in Capricorn harmonizes with Venus and Saturn, and is challenged by Mercury which moves from having pleasant energy to be with friends and loved ones, to later having realistic expectations through being calm and reflective, and finally folks being critical in their communications particularly with the people they have intimate relationships with. The 22nd is 10 - Manik "man-eek" or Deer: manifestation through being of service to others, with Mars square Jupiter, which brings energy for successful activities and furthering new projects, with a caution against being reckless during this surge of unbridled desire. Folks will be tempted to shoot first and ask questions later, acting quickly without considering all the factors. Unjustified optimism that our efforts today will "turn into gold" may unbalance our judgment. Through planning and fore thought we may find success, but it will not come about based solely on luck. This transit is future oriented, and good for furthering new projects, just avoid overextending yourself or your resources. There is also a fondness for taking risks and pushing beyond normal limitations of energy, impulsivity now will be paid for in the future, which may be less than pleasant, or it may result in accidents at this time. Also on the 22nd the Last Quarter Moon in Aquarius is challenged by the Sun, harmonizes with Uranus, and finds support from Mars which moves from having challenges to following a daily routine, to pleasant yet restless feelings craving emotional excitement to do something outside the daily routine, with which brings the energy for asserting ourselves in a positive manner and standing our ground if necessary. April 23rd is 11 - Lamat "la-maught" or Star or Rabbit: resolution through being grateful for abundant relationships, with Mars opposition Uranus and square Pluto which wraps up the exact alignments of the Cardinal Grand Cross, whose influence we will feel for some time into the future. Mars opposed by Uranus brings stress for a few days before and after the 23th, with pressure to make radical changes, and with Mars involved I would not rule out aggressive or violent methods to bring about revolutionary transformation. Although Mars may appear to be "playing nice" in Libra, and the expressions may be through passive aggression. Like most oppositions there are two sides to this story. On one side and most commonly, this could be a time when people act out rashly against people who have oppressed or held them back in the past, or consistently angered them over time. The other side of this transit is to suddenly have the impulse to escape the obligations being imposed. Basically this comes down to fight or flight. Most frequently this signifies an explosive release of tension through an angry exchange, usually with people close to you. At very least folks will be experiencing a great sense of impatience. On the positive side we may find that our efforts to liberate ourselves from unnecessary and limiting situations starts to succeed, where we feel we are becoming free of those bonds. This is also time to take care, as accidents are more likely. And Mars square Pluto on the 23rd continues to ramp up the intensity being the peak of this expression of aggression, unexpected rebellion, and transformation. This would be a time to release Martian energy constructively through physical activities and exercise. This brings a showdown between planet octaves and co-rulers of Scorpio. This could be about transforming the world around you or having fierce disagreements and power struggles. It arouses ambition and the desire to get ahead with high energy to back the drive with action, usually with opposition coming from others. This can be ruthless and underhanded in dealing with anyone who is an obstacle to achieving the goal. Definitely a time to avoid dangerous people and places. Also on the 23rd Mercury moves into Taurus which lasts two and a half weeks until Mercury goes into Gemini May 7th. In Taurus Mercury slows down communication and stabilizes thinking to be more practical and constructive. Also on the 23rd the Aquarius Moon is challenged by Saturn which brings a time period when people feeling lonely or isolated. The 24th is 12 - Muluc "moo-luke" or Offering: understanding through appreciating creation, with the Pisces Moon in harmony with Mercury and the Sun and merging with Neptune which influences the day as it moves from being very social and conservative, to later feeling balance between our inner and outer worlds, and finally feelings of empathy for those around us, including the possibility of clairvoyance and telepathic experiences for those of us who are sensitive by nature. April 25th is 13 - Oc "awk" or Dog: movement to the next stage through enjoying family and friends, with Venus trine Saturn bringing some reliability, stability and a clearer perspective on our relationships. People will recognize their loved one as human, and as long as we live up to our obligations they will likely do the same. Venus is also about money so this may have folks being more conservative with their limited resources. Relationships begun under this transit tend to be stable and sobering, more practical than romantic. And the Sun conjuncts Mercury, which illuminates communications of all kinds. It is positive for being able to get a point across but also to listen more carefully to the expressions of others. Moving toward the Taurus new moon energy, this may bring commitments and conversations about new resources. Excellent energy to start a business venture with Mercury ruling commerce in the sign of Taurus which is about material goods and practical applications of information. Also on the 25th the Moon in Pisces harmonizes with Pluto, finds support from Jupiter and Saturn, and merges with Venus which moves from experiencing deep emotions on a profound level, with people having a pleasant sense of wellbeing, then later settles into a more sober and realistic view of life, and finally feels cheerful, warm, gregarious, and wanting to go out and socialize.
So no matter what energies are affecting you during this 1 Flint trecena, take some time to be in the flow of the planet by being in nature, watching a sunrise or sunset, communing with the stars, being conscious of the moment through introspection, meditation or being with someone you love. Every day is a blessing no matter what dramas beckon to distract us. We are all giving the performance of a life time on this world stage, just take some time to observe the play as well as act your part. Remember you are a spiritual being having a human experience.
