This is the "Weekly Neutrino Forecast for February
28th to March 5th 2016."
On February 28th we have the Sun in Pisces and also in
the 37th hexagram. The Sun in the 37th
hexagram is mapped to an opening in an energy channel called a gate, which is
the 37th gate of "Friendship (The Family); The manifestation macro- and
micro-cosmically of the organic nature of communities." Located on the Solar Plexus center
in an Tribal energy path in the Ego Circuit, called the "Channel of Community: A design of a Part seeking a Whole" that connects to the 40th gate of "Aloneness (Deliverance);
The point of transition between struggle and liberation." I have found HD to be amazingly accurate in
describing the person, that I use it as my primary tool when I provide
readings. We have the following activated gates on February 28th; the
Sun in the 37th gate, the Earth in the 40th gate, North node in the 47th gate and the South Node in the 22, Mercury in the 49th
gate, Venus in the 13, Mars in the 14, Jupiter retrograde in the 47th, Saturn in the 5th, Uranus in the 51, Neptune in the 37, and Pluto in the 54th gate. Obviously not every
gate activation forms a channel, but this information can be very helpful if
you know your own Human Design chart, because some of these transits will form
channels with potentials in your personal body graph.
The neutrino forecast is just a weather
report, no matter what the weather an individual's strategy and authority is
the correct choice to have an authentic experience regardless of the program.
As Ra Uru Hu said "Whatever the weather is going to be, you have your
neutrino umbrella. As long as you are experimenting with your strategy and
authority, the weather is for your pleasure."
We begin the week with one
channel definition due to the transit field. With the Sun Earth axis in the 37-40 we
have the Channel of Community until March 1st.
This definition brings the energy where people will wonder where they belong in
the scheme of things and then try to live that out. It will be a time of
thinking about marriage and family as the foundation of community. Fairness
becomes more important under the influence of the Channel of Community. Balance
becomes important in all aspects of life. People will explore how they fit into
their community and on a mystical level, where they fit in the universe and
what their true purpose is. This impacts people as they think they need to be
supportive of those beings around them and they get pulled into things related
to community. With the defined Ego center, people
without a defined heart center may feel as if they have something to prove or want
to improve, and make promises or commitments that are not correct for them, and
the defined Solar Plexus, for those who do not have emotional definition
this channel, can bring the unfamiliar wave of emotions and perhaps lead to
acting confrontational.
We are going to look at the Sun's Rave I'Ching
line values daily because 70% of the neutrinos we receive come from the Sun and
as Ra said in "Living with the Program: The Lines of the Day" when
talking about these daily shifts of line values, he said "We can always
take advantage of the themes of the day." If your strategy and authority
does not lead you in that direction, you can always notice how the program is
affecting others in your environment. So let's get started.
February 28th begins with the Sun in the 4th line of the 37th hexagram, where the
Sun in the 37.4 is described as "Leadership by example: Any member of
the family may take on a leading role through exemplary behavior. exalted: The
manifestation of the highest principles in everyday practical affairs. The
possibility of the highest principles in all relationships resulting in a
leadership role. detrimented: A conservatism that generally only accepts the
leadership of the father, who may or may not be a valued role model. The
possibility of being insensitive to the leadership of anyone other than those
accepted by tradition." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change
from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal,
with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line
days are great for social interaction. Later on the 28th the Sun moves into the
into the 5th line of the 37th hexagram at 11:08 am EST. The Sun in the 37.5 is
described as "Love:
Natural and unaffected devotion to the family. exalted: Natural harmony and
perfect sharing. Natural harmony and sharing possible through friendship.
detrimented: Emotional dependency that often turns love into hatred. The
possibly of dependence turning love into hate." The Fifth line is about projection, first
positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic. Positive projection being
“they could do this…”, “they’re the perfect person to do…” whatever is the
projection, and if the person does not do it, can’t do it, does not want to do
it, they do not meet the expectation, then the projection changes from positive
to negative, the person gets punished, the heretic gets tied to the stake. The
fifth line day is heretical, a day of suspicion, also a day of
universalization. Something can leak out and spread very rapidly like a virus.
YouTube video where suddenly there's millions of viewings or a facebook post
that goes viral. But there is a great deal of suspicion and paranoia on a 5th
line day, which impacts the nature of relationships. Of course if they are
projecting on you and you are not meeting their expectations, and they want to
punish you, that’s not paranoia. Seduction is also a theme of a fifth line day.
On the 29th the Sun moves into the 6th line of the 37th
hexagram at 9:32 am EST. The Sun in the 37.6 is "Purpose: The energy to
maintain the family is enhanced by recognizing its values. exalted: The gift of
not only recognizing the inner meaning of the family but an appreciation for
its values. The possibility of extending friendships through the appreciation
of its value. detrimented: A need for diversity that may ignore the
achievements of the family in favor of withdrawal. The need for diversity that
despite appreciation will prefer casual friendships." The sixth line is on the roof of the hexagram. It’s the
Role Model. When I think about being on the roof of a building, I don’t tend to
look at the building, rather what’s around the building, what’s in the
neighborhood, what’s down the road, what’s on the horizon… Ra said sixth line
days are about "not to get stuck with your
head in the clouds because you'll end up having something bang into your
kneecaps." A day where there is a real lack of focus of
what's going on around you, because folks are looking beyond their immediate
environment. Like a 3rd line day there are certain dangers. Not seeing the car
coming. Not seeing a bill coming.
March 1st the Sun moves from the 37th, leaving Neptune, to the 63rd, and Earth moves from the 40th to the 64th Hexagram, and the Gate of
"Confusion (Before Completion); Transition, like birth, requires a
determined strength for the passage through." This shift happens at 7:57
am EST, with the Sun in the 63rd gate of "Doubt (After completion); In
the spiral of life, all ends are beginnings," and the Sun is exalted in the 63.1 as
"Composure: exalted: The quality of personality where achievement is
accepted with equanimity and where continued development is allowed to take its
natural course. Acceptance of achievement but doubt whether continued
development will take place." This
shift follows the definition of the Channel of Community. We'll likely see this
in the news, as the power of community and support breaks up, and with the Sun
in the 63 and the Earth in the 64, its replaced with doubt and confusion. In
the head center this is pressure and inspiration. Doubt and confusion can be
very powerful in moving us towards trying to make sense out of the experience
and finding solutions by looking at the patterns. This pressure in the form of
doubt and confusion is likely to be seen played out on the world stage. The
purpose of this information is not for your personal life, but to allow you to
see how the program effects the world, because in your life, you are here to
live out the uniqueness of being yourself through following your strategy and
honoring your authority. The first line is the
investigator. When the Sun is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days people look
inward and are absorbed with their own process. Lower trigram is a personal
process. The theme of a first line day is a fear or anxiety that needs to be
investigated. A day to study, not to act. Day to look into things, not jump.
Good day to deal with things you don't understand, can't make sense of or don't
know. With
the Earth in the 64 and Jupiter and the North Node in the 47 giving us the Channel of Abstraction: A design of Mental Activity mixed
with Clarity until
March 6th. The energy of this channel is about creating something new out of
something old. This is about abstract thought being brought into the collective
consciousness through the arts, philosophy, history and culture. This is
wonderful energy for telling stories about our experiences that inspire others,
but brings confusion when used to resolve our own issues. The defined head
center brings the pressure to think about things that don't matter, to those
without. The defined Ajna center can influence people to believe they are
certain of something, when they are not. Also on the 1st Mercury, moves from the 49th to the 30th hexagram. Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, is communication,
expansion of human consciousness through communication not just as words but
also music. What do you need to communicate in this
life? We communicate
the message of the design Mercury through the medium of the personality
Mercury. What might to be communicated with Mercury in the 30? Fate and
the fear that something is about to happen. This is the gate of "Recognition of
feelings (The clinging fire): Freedom recognized as illusion and limitation as
fate." In the first line it's "Composure: Balance in the face of
disorder. exalted: The maximization of limitation in all cases. Stability
through feelings, no matter what the situation. detrimented: The ability to
maintain composure but at the expense of progress. Balanced through feelings
but unable to let go of them."
On the 2nd the Sun moves into the into the
2nd line of the 63rd hexagram. This shift happens at 6:23 am EST. The Sun in
the 63.2 is "Structuring:
exalted: The establishing of a large framework through which achievement can be
expanded and shared, compensating others for their contributions while
maintaining control of direction. The pressure to share one's doubts with
others while still maintaining control. detrimented: Instability in
achievement, that when in positions of authority, leads to arrogance and the
desire to keep others away from the center of power. Doubts in achievement that
can lead to suspicion of others." The second line is the
Hermit. Second line days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called.
Called for their natural talents. People are stuck in their own trip. Not a
great day to have a party because no one will want to come.
On the 3rd the Sun moves into the 3rd line of the 63rd
hexagram, at 4:49 am EST. The Sun in the 63.3 is "Continuance: exalted: The
dedication to the new beginning that insists on maintaining its achieved
principals, despite having to interact with those who have not attained such a
state. Doubts that one can maintain one's principals when interacting with
others. detrimented: Success at any price. The pressure to eliminate the doubt
at any cost." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and
error process, bonds made and broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out
what doesn’t work. Things bump into you on a third line day, so be careful on
the roads. Be careful of swinging doors or swinging elbows. This is a day where
we might have bonds made or broken, or feel like we’re on trial. It's a good
material day. A good day to do business and work on the material plane, but you
also have to be careful because things can go wrong. Things that lead to
discovery. Also on the 3rd Venus moves
from the 13, into
the 49. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood according
to Ra. Venus is about values, morality, natural law in which we deal with the
other and the consequences of the world around us. What disturbs you at a moral level? Your design and
personality Venuses tell you the moral dilemma you're going to work with in
your life. If you do not act with moral clarity, Venus can be unkind in its
retribution. Venus is in the 49th Gate of "Principals
(Revolution): Ideally the transformation of forms based on the highest principals
and not simply for power," and
Venus in the 49.1 is
"The law of necessity, Revolution has no support unless it is perceived as
necessary. exalted: The understanding and application of this law to maximize
the expansion of support and thereby viability. The awareness that the
potential of a principle is based on it being acceptable as viable. detrimented:
The misuse of influence, to insist that necessity can be created out of
actions. The 'Helter Skelter' syndrome. To commit acts of disorder as proof
that disorder exists. Oversensitivity to rejection that can turn a principle
into a crusade."
On the 4th the Sun moves into the 4th line of the 63rd hexagram at 3:15 am EST, where
the Sun in the 63.4 is described as "Memory: exalted: The detailed
accounting of achievement process whose information base can prepare a new
order for the future. The pressure to explore the doubt in detail as a
foundation for eventual formulizing. detrimented: A willingness to forget in
the glow of victory, with a possible price to be paid later. The pressure and
risk to forget the details when the doubts have been answered." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change
from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal,
with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line
days are great for social interaction.
On the 5th the Sun moves into the 5th line of the 63rd hexagram at 1:43
am EST. The Sun is exalted in the 63.5 and described as "Affirmation:
exalted: The authority and sincerity of purpose to pursue the same values, in the
new beginning, that had allowed it to transcend the old. The understanding that
doubts are necessary and of value." The Fifth line is
about projection, first positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic.

continued support and engender prosperity. The potential to find the spirit through
cooperation with powerful forces. detrimented: The concentration on harmonic
relationships with powerful forces that provide for continuity but not
necessarily advancement. The potential to harmonize with powerful forces but
not necessarily for the benefit of spirit."
So no matter what energies
are conditioning you during the week, remember this experience is about being a
passenger riding in a vehicle driven by the magnetic monopole. So enjoy the
scenery, and let the vehicle take you where you need to go, through using your
strategy and authority. Every day is a blessing no matter what dramas beckon to
distract us. We are all giving the performance of a life time on this world
stage, just take some time to observe the play as well as act your part.
