Human Design Weekly Neutrino Forecast for February 14th to February 20th 2016

This is the "Weekly Neutrino Forecast for February 14th to February 20th 2016."

    On February 14th we have the Sun in Aquarius and also in the 30th hexagram. The Sun in the 30th hexagram is mapped to an opening in an energy channel called a gate, which is the 30th gate of "Recognition of Feelings (The Clinging Fire); Freedom recognized as an illusion and limitation accepted as a fate," Located on the Solar Plexus center in an Abstract Collective energy path in the Sensing Circuit, called the "Channel of Recognition: A design of focused energy (Feelings)" that connects to the 41st gate of "Contraction (Decrease): The limitation of resources which maximizes development of potential." I have found HD to be amazingly accurate in describing the person, that I use it as my primary tool when I provide readings. We have the following activated gates on February 14th; the Sun in the 30th gate, the Earth in the 29th gate, North node in the 47th gate and the South Node in the 22, Mercury in the 60th gate, Venus in the 61, Mars in the 43, Jupiter retrograde in the 47th, Saturn in the 5th, Uranus in the 51, Neptune in the 37, and Pluto in the 54th gate. Obviously not every gate activation forms a channel, but this information can be very helpful if you know your own Human Design chart, because some of these transits will form channels with potentials in your personal body graph.   

The neutrino forecast is just a weather report, no matter what the weather an individual's strategy and authority is the correct choice to have an authentic experience regardless of the program. As Ra Uru Hu said "Whatever the weather is going to be, you have your neutrino umbrella. As long as you are experimenting with your strategy and authority, the weather is for your pleasure."

We begin the week with no channel definitions due to the transit field.

We are going to look at the Sun's Rave I'Ching line values daily because 70% of the neutrinos we receive come from the Sun and as Ra said in "Living with the Program: The Lines of the Day" when talking about these daily shifts of line values, he said "We can always take advantage of the themes of the day." If your strategy and authority does not lead you in that direction, you can always notice how the program is affecting others in your environment. So let's get started.

February 14th begins with the Sun in the first line of the 30th hexagram, and the Sun is exalted in the 30.1 as "Composure: Balance in the face of disorder. exalted: The maximization of limitation in all cases. Stability through feelings, no matter what the situation." As we continue into the Rave New Year the shift of the Sun in the 30th gate, "The Clinging Fire" which is the closing stage of the opening of the new year cycle. This is the point according to Ra that "The power to get things going, that it really finds a point,... in a sense,... of direction." A few weeks ago we looked at a the Rave New Year, which begins with the Sun's entry into the 41st hexagram. The 30 is the harmonic gate that continues the life force that was initiated by the 41, in the Human Experiential Way, through the channel of recognition through feelings. The 30 is the gate of the fates. It's polarity is the 29th gate of saying "yes." Sometimes I think of the 30 as the gate of saying "no", or at very least, "not in the way you expect." It's seductive because it's a gate of emotional desire. Moving in a wave as a desire that burns to a desire that cools, as it rises and falls. This is the abstract process that doesn't follow a pattern, like its mirror image in the 58-18. This has the 41, under pressure from the root saying, "I'd really like to have this experience and I'm willing to do this and this and this to get it." And the 30 says "naw, that's not going to happen," which creates diversity. Because all that pressure pushes us out into the new cycle from the 41, and the 30 is an obstacle that stands in the way and says "find another way." Under the influence of the 30 it's important to "cut through the desire, and to see what is going to be in the way, to see the obstacles" according to Ra. Once we identify the obstacles, the 30th gate is how are we going to accept life, accept that it's not going to work the way we thought. In seeing what we have to deal with, we will find our way, even if it is not the way we thought we would go. Honoring our strategy and authority will provide the compose to navigate this transition with ease. The first line is the investigator. When the Sun is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days people look inward and are absorbed with their own process. Lower trigram is a personal process. The theme of a first line day is a fear or anxiety that needs to be investigated. A day to study, not to act. Day to look into things, not jump. Good day to deal with things you don't understand, can't make sense of or don't know. Later on the 14th the Sun moves into the into the 2nd line of the 30th hexagram. This shift happens at 12:05 pm EST. The Sun is exalted in the 30.2 and described as "Pragmatism: The balance between extremes. exalted: The productive application of energy without wastage. Not wasting energy on feelings." The second line is the Hermit. Second line days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their natural talents. People are stuck in their own trip. Not a great day to have a party because no one will want to come. Also on the 14th Venus moves from the 61, into the 60, joining Mercury. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. Venus is about values, morality, natural law in which we deal with the other and the consequences of the world around us. What disturbs you at a moral level? Your design and personality Venuses tell you the moral dilemma you're going to work with in your life. If you do not act with moral clarity, Venus can be unkind in its retribution. Venus is in the 60th Gate of "Acceptance (Limitation); The acceptance of limitation is the first step in transcendence,"  and Venus is exalted in the 60.1, but also detrimented by Mercury being in the 60, which is "Acceptance: exalted: The ability to maintain inner harmony when confronted by external limitations. Harmonic energy that can deal with external limitations. detrimented: The drive for diversity, that when limited can become restless and agitated. Restless energy when confronted with external limitations."

On the 15th the Sun moves into the 3rd line of the 30th hexagram, at 10:22 am EST. The Sun in the 30.3 is "Resignation: exalted: The awareness and manifestation of law of regeneration. The laws of Karma, reincarnation and resurrection. The feeling to accept what is. detrimented: The tendency by its very knowledge to encourage or avoid despair. The positive or negative feelings which come with the acceptance of what is." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and error process, bonds made and broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out what doesn’t work. Things bump into you on a third line day, so be careful on the roads. Be careful of swinging doors or swinging elbows. This is a day where we might have bonds made or broken, or feel like we’re on trial. It's a good material day. A good day to do business and work on the material plane, but you also have to be careful because things can go wrong. Things that lead to discovery. Also on the 15th Mercury, moves from the 60, leaving Venus, to the 41. Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, is communication, expansion of human consciousness through communication not just as words but also music. What do you need to communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design Mercury through the medium of the personality Mercury. What might be communicated with Mercury in the 41? The pressure to experience new emotional beginnings. This is the gate of "Contraction (Decrease): The limitation of resources which maximizes development of potential." Mercury is detrimented in the 41.1 as "Reasonableness: The appropriate delegation of responsibility. detrimented: A tendency in understanding, to assume capability, leading to strain. The hothead, the urge to release feelings". With Mercury in the 41 connected to the Sun in the 30, brings the Channel of Recognition until the 19th. This gives us a few days to dream, for the sake of the dream, without the expectation of the dream coming true or bringing lasting peace. This is part of the abstract collective circuitry, so sharing experiences about our hopes and dreams with others will have a profound ability to stir their feelings. I'd expect folks to be more restless in their experience of a connection between the Root and Solar Plexus, also for those who do not have emotional definition, this channel can bring the unfamiliar wave of emotions, perhaps lead to acting confrontational and/or yearning to feel in order to learn. For those without a defined Root Center, this transit definition can bring pressure which may have folks hurrying to get things done to release their stress.

 

On the 16th the Sun moves into the 4th line of the 30th hexagram at 8:38 am EST, where the Sun in the 30.4 is described as "Burnout: An unrealistic pace that begs misfortune. exalted: A compulsive and hyperactive nature that carries all the earmarks of burnout but doesn't necessarily arrive at it. A positive outcome is often assisted through analysis. Highly energized feelings that may lead to emotional collapse. detrimented: Uncontrollable expansion with the inevitable bursting of the bubble. Uncontrollable feelings and accompanying emotional outbursts." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal, with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line days are great for social interaction.

On the 17th the Sun moves into the 5th line of the 30th hexagram at 6:55 am EST. The Sun in the 30.5 is described as "Irony: Recognition and dedication to transitory goals. exalted: The strength derived from knowledge and experiences that two steps forward and one step back is still one step forward. Each new feeling brings back an old feeling before progress can take place. detrimented: The anger engendered by irony, frustration with its limitations and a desire to eliminate the entire process. Frustration and anger with old feelings brought into the emotional awareness with each new experience." The Fifth line is about projection, first positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic. Positive projection being “they could do this…”, “they’re the perfect person to do…” whatever is the projection, and if the person does not do it, can’t do it, does not want to do it, they do not meet the expectation, then the projection changes from positive to negative, the person gets punished, the heretic gets tied to the stake. The fifth line day is heretical, a day of suspicion, also a day of universalization. Something can leak out and spread very rapidly like a virus. YouTube video where suddenly there's millions of viewings or a facebook post that goes viral. But there is a great deal of suspicion and paranoia on a 5th line day, which impacts the nature of relationships. Of course if they are projecting on you and you are not meeting their expectations, and they want to punish you, that’s not paranoia. Seduction is also a theme of a fifth line day.

 

On the 18th the Sun moves into the 6th line of the 30th hexagram at 5:13 am EST. The Sun in the 30.6 is "Enforcement: The discipline to maintain right action. exalted: The assertiveness to purge the inferior while accepting to lead the weak. The strength to eliminate negative feelings. detrimented: An inherent peacefulness that all too often will abide the presence of inferior forces. A lack of strength in eliminating negative feelings." The sixth line is on the roof of the hexagram. It’s the Role Model. When I think about being on the roof of a building, I don’t tend to look at the building, rather what’s around the building, what’s in the neighborhood, what’s down the road, what’s on the horizon… Ra said sixth line days are about "not to get stuck with your head in the clouds because you'll end up having something bang into your kneecaps."  A day where there is a real lack of focus of what's going on around you, because folks are looking beyond their immediate environment. Like a 3rd line day there are certain dangers. Not seeing the car coming. Not seeing a bill coming. Also on the 18th Venus moves from the 60, into the 41, joining Mercury. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. Venus is about values, morality, natural law in which we deal with the other and the consequences of the world around us. On the 19th the Sun moves from the 30th, to the 55th and Earth moves from the 29th to the 59th Hexagram, and the Gate of "Sexuality (Dispersion); The ability to break down barriers to achieve union." This shift happens at 3:32 am EST, with the Sun in the 55th gate of "Spirit (Abundance); Abundance is strictly a question of spirit," and the Sun in the 55.1 is "Co-operation: exalted: The expansion of activity through cooperation with powerful forces through principled actions that guarantee continued support and engender prosperity. The potential to find the spirit through cooperation with powerful forces. detrimented: The concentration on harmonic relationships with powerful forces that provide for continuity but not necessarily advancement. The potential to harmonize with powerful forces but not necessarily for the benefit of spirit." With the Sun entering into the 55th hexagram and the Earth in the 59, we enter into the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix, along with the design 34 and the 20. Next week the Sun enters into the 37th hexagram and the Earth in the 40, which is the Cross of Planning. So this brings of a glimpse of the upcoming shift in global cycles, except in reverse. I'll explain more about the global cycles later in the report. The important thing to understand is how different the theme of the Cross of Planning is from the theme of the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix. This is where Human Design is very helpful, because we are living is a time of change of the background frequency, as we move through the breakdown of infrastructure that supports community and dependencies, and the emergence of empowered individuality. This week we are feeling the solar background frequency of deep individuality, and how different that is from the supportive tribal vibration of the 37. The breakdown of the Cross of Planning can be seen in the breakdown of all types of community infrastructure from roads, bridges, and highways, to social services, to education systems, and political, legal and policing organizations, whose purpose used to be "to serve and protect," becoming serving and protecting the fortunes of individuals. Ra said "like the Cross of Planning, the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix contains a definition, the 20-34. This enormously powerful manifesting generator potential. And this potential that is deeply, deeply, deeply individual. Its why Human Design is about the development of unique potential. Why strategy and authority is a navigating tool for operating on this plane in this time of extraordinary transition. You know, we live in a huge neutrino weather field. And in this weather field, it's not just simply about, recognizing whatever it is we have to deal with in our personal lives, but to understand the larger structures that are there, and what's at work. And what's at work, is truly a great change. It's a sign post every year, as I watch this transit. It's a reminder of what we are leaving behind, and where we are going." This is the gate of "Wanting (Approach): That all things are interrelated is apparent and manifested through the action of approach," and Mercury in the 19.1 is "Interdependence: exalted: The successful approach that does not lose its individual character in acceptance. The pressure of wanting without losing one's identity when accepted by others. detrimented: The tendency once an approach is accepted to get stuck in continued reflection at the expense of continued development. The pressure for acceptance which fears eventual rejection."

On the 20th the Sun moves into the into the 2nd line of the 55th hexagram. This shift happens at 1:51 am EST. The Sun in the 55.2 is "Distrust: Abundance hampered by slander or gossip. exalted: The gift of being able to penetrate to the center that may demonstrate effectively through its relating talents, that its trustfulness is genuine. Emotional stability and strength of the spirit is dependent on being trusted by others. detrimented: The direct challenge to the slanderers who always will have the advantage of quoting the Bard: 'Methinks he doth protest too much'. Only continued example can overcome distrust. The emotional drive to insist on trustworthiness that does not guarantee its acceptance by others or benefits the spirit." The second line is the Hermit. Second line days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their natural talents. People are stuck in their own trip. Not a great day to have a party because no one will want to come.

Let's talk about the 55th hexagram as Sun is transiting through its lines this week and into next week, because this is also the cross of the next Global Cycle, when the Precession of the Equinox retrogrades from the 37.1 to the 55.6 in February of 2027. The Precession of the Equinox is caused by the fact that the Earth has a slow wobble on its axis, which causes us to move through the themes of the zodiac and the hexagrams in reverse. This is a 25,772 year cycle to move through 360 degrees, and called the "Great Year" in astrology. Moving through the "Great Months" like the Age of Leo, then Cancer, then Gemini, then Taurus, then Aries, and currently Pisces. These ages are each 2,148 years long, and we experience 1 degree of movement through the Zodiac every 71.6 years. In Human Design this is called the Global Consciousness Program, which is different from the Planetary Program that we cover daily in the Neutrino Forecast. We have been in the 37th hexagram and the Cross of Planning in the Global Cycle since 1615, which was marked as the "Explosion of the Industrial age", and in the first line of the 37, since 1960, so we've been in the line of a secure foundation and investigation, and in the 37, it's about family, tribe, and community. But as we approach the 6th line of the 55th, we experience the breakdown of the supports for the tribe and community. We are experiencing the breakdown of the bargain. In 2027 we enter the 6th line of the 55. The 6th line is about mutation and transition, which we are already experiencing. And the foundation is disappearing. This can be alarming if you are not aware that this is an evolutionary process. We are currently in the 37.1 breakdown phase of support for the communities as we are moving from the Cross of Planning with the 37, 40, 9 and 16 to the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix with the with the 55, 59, 34, and 20. We will be moving from Tribal and Collective logic gates to predominately mutative Individual gates. So in 2027 we move to "Spirit (Abundance); Abundance is strictly a question of spirit" in the 6th line of the 55, which is "Selfishness: Acquisition obsession that though alienating, is still indirectly beneficial materially to others or not." This is the selfishness of the spirit. This is not negative, it's about putting integrity and your authentic self first, through strategy and authority. Gate 55 and it's corresponding DNA Codon Histidine, is where the mutation takes place, where the emotional spirit awakens. The children born with this mutation are the Rave children. They are the next evolution of our species. The solar plexus will change into a pure awareness center, like the Splenic and Ajna centers are currently, as it will no longer be a motor generating the emotional wave in children born with the mutation. This is movement from left brain strategic thinking to right brain receptive thinking. This is the emergence of a new kind of cognition. So this week, we experience a sign post of what's to come and next week what we are leaving behind.

    So no matter what energies are conditioning you during the week, remember this experience is about being a passenger riding in a vehicle driven by the magnetic monopole. So enjoy the scenery, and let the vehicle take you where you need to go, through using your strategy and authority. Every day is a blessing no matter what dramas beckon to distract us. We are all giving the performance of a life time on this world stage, just take some time to observe the play as well as act your part. Remember you are a spiritual being having a human experience.
