Human Design Weekly Neutrino Forecast for February 21st to February 27th 2016

This is the "Weekly Neutrino Forecast for February 21st to February 27th 2016."

    On February 21st we have the Sun in Pisces and also in the 55th hexagram. The Sun in the 55th hexagram is mapped to an opening in an energy channel called a gate, which is the 55th gate of "Spirit (Abundance); Abundance is strictly a question of spirit," Located on the Solar Plexus center in an Individual energy path in the Knowing Circuit, called the "Channel of Emoting: A design of Moodiness" that connects to the 39th gate of “the Provocateur (Obstruction); The value of obstruction in provoking analysis, assessment, and reevaluation.”  I have found HD to be amazingly accurate in describing the person, that I use it as my primary tool when I provide readings. We have the following activated gates on February 21st; the Sun in the 55th gate, the Earth in the 59th gate, North node in the 47th gate and the South Node in the 22, Mercury in the 19th gate, Venus in the 41, Mars in the 43, Jupiter retrograde in the 47th, Saturn in the 5th, Uranus in the 51, Neptune in the 37, and Pluto in the 54th gate. Obviously not every gate activation forms a channel, but this information can be very helpful if you know your own Human Design chart, because some of these transits will form channels with potentials in your personal body graph.   

The neutrino forecast is just a weather report, no matter what the weather an individual's strategy and authority is the correct choice to have an authentic experience regardless of the program. As Ra Uru Hu said "Whatever the weather is going to be, you have your neutrino umbrella. As long as you are experimenting with your strategy and authority, the weather is for your pleasure."

We begin the week with no channel definitions due to the transit field.

We are going to look at the Sun's Rave I'Ching line values daily because 70% of the neutrinos we receive come from the Sun and as Ra said in "Living with the Program: The Lines of the Day" when talking about these daily shifts of line values, he said "We can always take advantage of the themes of the day." If your strategy and authority does not lead you in that direction, you can always notice how the program is affecting others in your environment. So let's get started.

February 21st begins with the Sun in the 2nd line of the 55th hexagram. The Sun in the 55.2 is "Distrust: Abundance hampered by slander or gossip. exalted: The gift of being able to penetrate to the center that may demonstrate effectively through its relating talents, that its trustfulness is genuine. Emotional stability and strength of the spirit is dependent on being trusted by others. detrimented: The direct challenge to the slanderers who always will have the advantage of quoting the Bard: 'Methinks he doth protest too much'. Only continued example can overcome distrust. The emotional drive to insist on trustworthiness that does not guarantee its acceptance by others or benefits the spirit." The second line is the Hermit. Second line days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their natural talents. People are stuck in their own trip. Not a great day to have a party because no one will want to come. Later on the 21st the Sun moves into the into the 3rd line of the 55th hexagram, at 12:10 am EST. The Sun in the 55.3 is "Innocence: Here, 'I am only following orders', is a genuine defense. exalted: When the form is correct and attempts at actualization have been disciplined and within guidelines, failure cannot be personally attributed. The emotional possibility to recognize that despite one's best efforts, failure is possible and does not need to affect the spirit. detrimented: Where struggle against conformity or individual initiative can bring a superior to ruin while safely hiding behind a shield. The energy to selflessly protect one's spirit at the expense of others." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and error process, bonds made and broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out what doesn’t work. Things bump into you on a third line day, so be careful on the roads. Be careful of swinging doors or swinging elbows. This is a day where we might have bonds made or broken, or feel like we’re on trial. It's a good material day. A good day to do business and work on the material plane, but you also have to be careful because things can go wrong. Things that lead to discovery. Later on the 21st the Sun moves into the into the 4th line of the 55th hexagram at 10:31 pm EST, where the Sun in the 55.4 is described as "Assimilation: The establishment of a framework that balances principals with energy and leads inevitably to expansion and prosperity. The possible spirit that comes when emotional awareness and energy are balanced and principled. detrimented: Boundless energy that knows no restraint. Boundless energy that ignores awareness at the risk of spirit." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal, with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line days are great for social interaction. Also on the 21st Mars moves from the 43rd, into the 14th. Mars is in the gate of "Power skills (Possession in great measure): The accumulation and retention of power through skilled interaction, coupling grace with control," and Mars in the 14.1 is "Money isn't everything: The recognition that wealth has its own problems. exalted: The lust for lucre (lu-ker) tempered by higher principles. The key to manifesting power is higher principles. detrimented: The delusion that you can throw money at problems. Energy alone can never be the key." Ra spoke of Mars being an extraordinary and immature energy resource, that lacks refinement, and is subject to outbursts. Mars represents the warrior archetype. By following our strategy and authority we slowly refine the energy of our design and personality Mars from immaturity to wisdom.

On the 22nd the Sun moves into the 5th line of the 55th hexagram at 8:51 pm EST. The Sun in the 55.5 is detrimented and described as "Growth: detrimented: An integrative openness that in its broad acceptance of advice may be eventually eclipsed. An emotional openness where the spirit is at risk from conditioning." The Fifth line is about projection, first positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic. Positive projection being “they could do this…”, “they’re the perfect person to do…” whatever is the projection, and if the person does not do it, can’t do it, does not want to do it, they do not meet the expectation, then the projection changes from positive to negative, the person gets punished, the heretic gets tied to the stake. The fifth line day is heretical, a day of suspicion, also a day of universalization. Something can leak out and spread very rapidly like a virus. YouTube video where suddenly there's millions of viewings or a facebook post that goes viral. But there is a great deal of suspicion and paranoia on a 5th line day, which impacts the nature of relationships. Of course if they are projecting on you and you are not meeting their expectations, and they want to punish you, that’s not paranoia. Seduction is also a theme of a fifth line day.

 

On the 23rd the Sun moves into the 6th line of the 55th hexagram at 7:13 pm EST. The Sun in the 55.6 is "Selfishness: exalted: Acquisition obsession that though alienating, is still indirectly beneficial materially to others. The possibility of finding spirit through materialism. detrimented: Where the material abundance exists, but no one gets to share the light. The possibility that materialism becomes obsessive with a 'mean' spirit that will not share." The sixth line is on the roof of the hexagram. It’s the Role Model. When I think about being on the roof of a building, I don’t tend to look at the building, rather what’s around the building, what’s in the neighborhood, what’s down the road, what’s on the horizon… Ra said sixth line days are about "not to get stuck with your head in the clouds because you'll end up having something bang into your kneecaps."  A day where there is a real lack of focus of what's going on around you, because folks are looking beyond their immediate environment. Like a 3rd line day there are certain dangers. Not seeing the car coming. Not seeing a bill coming. Also on the 23rd Venus moves from the 41, into the 19, joining Mercury. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. Venus is about values, morality, natural law in which we deal with the other and the consequences of the world around us. What disturbs you at a moral level? Your design and personality Venuses tell you the moral dilemma you're going to work with in your life. If you do not act with moral clarity, Venus can be unkind in its retribution. Venus is in the 19th Gate of "Wanting (Approach): That all things are interrelated is apparent and manifested through the action of approach," and Venus in the 19.1 is "Interdependence: exalted: The successful approach that does not lose its individual character in acceptance. The pressure of wanting without losing one's identity when accepted by others. detrimented: The tendency once an approach is accepted to get stuck in continued reflection at the expense of continued development. The pressure for acceptance which fears eventual rejection." Later on the 23rd, Mercury moves from the 19, leaving Venus, to the 13. Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, is communication, expansion of human consciousness through communication not just as words but also music. What do you need to communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design Mercury through the medium of the personality Mercury. What might be communicated with Mercury in the 13? Secrets. This is the gate of "The Listener (The Fellowship of Man); Universal ideas and values in an ordered framework which inspires humanistic cooperation." Mercury in the 13.1 is "Empathy, The ability to relate and commune with equanimity. exalted: Harmony through affection. A role of openness in listening to others with affection. detrimented: The politician kissing babies. An openness that is never free of motives."

On the 24th the Sun moves from the 55th, to the 37th, joining Neptune,  and Earth moves from the 59th to the 40th Hexagram, and the Gate of "Aloneness (Deliverance); The point of transition between struggle and liberation." This shift happens at 5:35 pm EST, with the Sun in the 37th gate of "Friendship (The Family); The manifestation macro- and micro-cosmically of the organic nature of communities," and the Sun in the 37.1 is "The mother/father: A position of inherent respect that ensures a focus for the development of guidelines. exalted: Harmony is the key to successful maintenance of relationships. It is only through harmony that the beauty and values of the family can endure. Friendship that is rooted in sensitivity and ensures harmony. detrimented: No planet in detriment." The first line is the investigator. When the Sun is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days people look inward and are absorbed with their own process. Lower trigram is a personal process. The theme of a first line day is a fear or anxiety that needs to be investigated. A day to study, not to act. Day to look into things, not jump. Good day to deal with things you don't understand, can't make sense of or don't know. The 40-37, along with the 34-20 and the 43-23, is one of the three polarities that form a channel, and with the Sun Earth axis in the 37-40 we have the Channel of Community until March 2nd. This definition brings the energy where people will wonder where they belong in the scheme of things and then try to live that out. It will be a time of thinking about marriage and family as the foundation of community. Fairness becomes more important under the influence of the Channel of Community. Balance becomes important in all aspects of life. People will explore how they fit into their community and on a mystical level, where they fit in the universe and what their true purpose is. This impacts people as they think they need to be supportive of those beings around them and they get pulled into things related to community. With the defined Ego center, people without a defined heart center may feel as if they have something to prove or want to improve, and make promises or commitments that are not correct for them, and the defined Solar Plexus, for those who do not have emotional definition this channel, can bring the unfamiliar wave of emotions and perhaps lead to acting confrontational.

On the 25th the Sun moves into the into the 2nd line of the 37th hexagram. This shift happens at 3:57 pm EST. The Sun in the 37.2 is "Responsibility: exalted: The understanding of the principal of individual responsibility as the foundation for successful cooperation. The possibility of friendship through individual responsibility. detrimented: A tendency to point out the responsibility of others. The possibility that friendship will lead to pointing out the responsibilities of others." The second line is the Hermit. Second line days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called. On the 26th the Sun moves into the 3rd line of the 37th hexagram, at 2:20 pm EST. The Sun in the 37.3 is "Evenhandedness: The success of any group is dependent on maintaining order. exalted: The ability to judge what behavior is appropriate and react in a balanced manner to transgressions. The possibility to have the sensitivity to know what behavior is appropriate in a relationship. detrimented: An ironic tendency to either test incessantly the borders of acceptability or to respond to the very same tendency in others with severity. The possible lack of sensitivity to what behavior is appropriate." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and error process, bonds made and broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out what doesn’t work. On the 27th the Sun moves into the 4th line of the 37th hexagram at 12:44 pm EST, where the Sun in the 37.4 is described as "Leadership by example: Any member of the family may take on a leading role through exemplary behavior. exalted: The manifestation of the highest principles in everyday practical affairs. The possibility of the highest principles in all relationships resulting in a leadership role. detrimented: A conservatism that generally only accepts the leadership of the father, who may or may not be a valued role model. The possibility of being insensitive to the leadership of anyone other than those accepted by tradition." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal, with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line days are great for social interaction. Also on the 27th Mercury, moves from the 13 to the 49th hexagram and Venus moves from the 19, into the 13. Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, is communication, expansion of human consciousness through communication not just as words but also music. What do you need to communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design Mercury through the medium of the personality Mercury. What might be communicated with Mercury in the 49? The fear of nature or the fear of God. The 49 is Revolution, the gate of "Principals: Ideally the transformation of forms based on the highest principals and not simply for power." People will probably be communicating about redistribution of resources to support their tribes. Mercury in the 1st line which is "The law of necessity, Revolution has no support unless it is perceived as necessary. exalted: The understanding and application of this law to maximize the expansion of support and thereby viability. The awareness that the potential of a principle is based on it being acceptable as viable. detrimented: The misuse of influence, to insist that necessity can be created out of actions. The 'Helter Skelter' syndrome. To commit acts of disorder as proof that disorder exists. Oversensitivity to rejection that can turn a principle into a crusade." Also on the 27th Venus moves from the 19, into the 13. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. As we wrap up the week with the Sun transiting through the Gate of Spirit and into the Gate of Friendship, I thought we might discuss the upcoming change in the global cycle, as the precession of the equinoxes moves from the 37.1 to the 55.6 in 2027. The Earth experiences a slow wobble on its axis which over time moves the degree of the Sun during the vernal equinox backwards through the Zodialogical signs and the corresponding hexagrams. The spring equinox Sun has been in the 37th hexagram's 1st line since the early 1960's, and in 2027 it backs into the 6th line of 55th hexagram that brings a mutation to the 55th gate and the Solar Plexus. Currently the Solar Plexus is an awareness center along with the Splenic and Ajna centers, and a motor along with the Root, Sacral, and Ego centers, but after the mutation, the Solar Plexus in children born in 2027 and afterward will only be an awareness center. The motor that generates the emotional wave will remain in those born before the mutation, but those born with the mutation will only have an awareness center in the Solar Plexus. This new form of human being is called the Rave. This will mean that for those folks born with the mutation, the 22-12 and the 36-35 will be projector channels. We will also see an increase in the quad-right variable as humans continue to shift from being strategic left brain/mind thinkers to receptive right brain/mind thinkers. This shift is already evident in the increase of diagnosis's of Autism Spectrum disorders.  Overall this will be a major shift for humanity. We are currently experiencing the wrap-up of global cycle in the 37th hexagram as we see the decay of community, particularly in the support safety net programs that are being slowly dismantled as we move towards a new era of the individual. When Neptune's veil was transiting the 55, I believe most people were blinded to how extraordinary this change will be. This seems to be becoming much clearer now that Neptune has moved into the 37th hexagram and no longer bringing its veil to the gate where the mutation will occur. 

    When we look at the Cross of Planning associated with the gates of the 37, 40, 16, and 9, we have spoken about the 37-40 and its support for community, but what about the 16 and the 9? The 16th gate is the gate of skills and the 9th gate is the potential to be able to work with the energy for detail and focus. The 40-37 is the background frequency with the Sun Earth axis at the end of this week, where everything is dedicated to community. The 16 in the Cross of Planning brings us the skills for science and education that are shared to support the community, which has brought us the complex global community that we currently live in. As the breakdown of the Cross of Planning continues we are moving towards the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix, and the empowerment of individuals not as leaders but as guides, through acting as themselves. Ra said "the future is about the individual, it isn't about collective dependency. It's not about being able to trust that someone is going to be able to act on your behalf." We can see this as the infrastructure is decaying. Here in the US, and I suspect elsewhere, our government is underfunding education so it will collapse and be ripe for privatization, as has happened with the prison system. Citizens United has made individual fortunes more politically important than votes. Social Security and water rights are moving towards privatization. The transportation systems and their infrastructure is decaying and collapsing. Human Design is about using our strategy and authority to inspire our unique integrity regardless of what's going on in the macro-cosmism. Act as yourself and observe the global movie in this time of transition.

    So no matter what energies are conditioning you during the week, remember this experience is about being a passenger riding in a vehicle driven by the magnetic monopole. So enjoy the scenery, and let the vehicle take you where you need to go, through using your strategy and authority. Every day is a blessing no matter what dramas beckon to distract us. We are all giving the performance of a life time on this world stage, just take some time to observe the play as well as act your part. Remember you are a spiritual being having a human experience.
