This is the "Weekly Neutrino Forecast for July
24th to July 30th 2016."
On July
24th we have the Sun
in Leo and also in the 56th hexagram. The Sun in the 56th hexagram is mapped to
an opening in an energy channel called a gate, which is the 56th gate of "Stimulation (The Wanderer); Stability through movement. The
perpetuation of continuity through the linking of short term activity," located on
the Throat center in a collective abstract energy
path in the Sensing Circuit, called "The Channel of Curiosity: A design of a Seeker" that connects to the 11th Gate of "Ideas (Peace); A harmonic condition in the individual or
society that permits assessment before renewed action". I have found HD to be amazingly accurate in
describing the person, that I use it as my primary tool when I provide
readings. We have the following activated gates on July 24th; the
Sun in the 56th gate, the Earth in the 60th gate, North node in the 64th gate and the South Node in the 63, Mercury in the 4th gate, Venus in the 7, Mars in the 14, Jupiter in the 47th, Saturn retrograde in the 9th, Uranus, stationed
or at a standstill as it turn retrograde on the 29, in the 42, Neptune retrograde in the 63, and Pluto retrograde in the 54th gate. Obviously not every
gate activation forms a channel, but this information can be very helpful if
you know your own Human Design chart, because some of these transits will form
channels with potentials in your personal body graph.
The neutrino forecast is just a weather
report, no matter what the weather an individual's strategy and authority is
the correct choice to have an authentic experience regardless of the program.
As Ra Uru Hu said "Whatever the weather is going to be, you have your neutrino
umbrella. As long as you are experimenting with your strategy and authority,
the weather is for your pleasure."
We begin the week with two channel definitions
due to the transit field. With the North Node in the 64 and Jupiter in the 47
brings us the Channel of Abstraction: A design of Mental Activity mixed
with Clarity until
August 3rd. The energy of this channel is about creating something new out of
something old. This is about abstract thought being brought into the collective
consciousness through the arts, philosophy, history and culture. This is
wonderful energy for telling stories about our experiences that inspire others,
but brings confusion when used to resolve our own issues. The defined Head center brings the pressure to think
about things that don't matter, to those without. The defined Ajna center can
influence people to believe they are certain of something, when they are not. With Mercury in the 4 connected to Neptune and the South
Node in the 63, we have the Channel
of Logic
until the 27th. Which is about
mental ease mixed with doubt. None of us is designed to make decisions based on
our minds, and this channel brings mental gifts that should be used in the
service of others, rather than trying to understand our own lives. When your
strategy and authority presents you with someone who needs your clarity and
inspiration this transit can support the process. This is scientific thinking
through being skeptical and questioning whether the logic or patterns are
valid. It brings mental pressure to people without a defined head center, which
intern can bring doubt when trying to analyze your own life. The definition is
future oriented through looking at mental patterns and projecting them into
what lies ahead. This can bring worry, as any answers revealed by this process
will need to be tested and proved to determine if they have practical
applications. The best use of this definition is for research purposes and
testing of hypotheses, then recognizing that the results need to be invited before
they can be shared. With both
of these definitions, the defined Ajna center
can influence people to believe they are mentally certain even when they are
not, and the defined Head center bring pressure to think about things that
don’t matter.
We are going to look at the Sun's Rave I'Ching
line values daily because 70% of the neutrinos we receive come from the Sun and
as Ra said in "Living with the Program: The Lines of the Day" when
talking about these daily shifts of line values, he said "We can always
take advantage of the themes of the day." If your strategy and authority
does not lead you in that direction, you can always notice how the program is
affecting others in your environment. So let's get started.
July 24th begins with the Sun in the 6th line of the 56th hexagram. The Sun is exalted
in the 56.6 as "Caution: exalted: The prudence, when linkage has been
achieved, to honor its new commitments in order to secure its footing. Honesty
in expression. Living by one's word." The sixth
line is on the roof of the hexagram. It’s the Role Model. When I think about
being on the roof of a building, I don’t tend to look at the building, rather
what’s around the building, what’s in the neighborhood, what’s down the road,
what’s on the horizon… Ra said sixth line days
are about "not to get stuck with your head in the clouds because you'll
end up having something bang into your kneecaps." A day
where there is a real lack of focus of what's going on around you, because
folks are looking beyond their immediate environment. Like a 3rd line day there
are certain dangers. Not seeing the car coming. Not seeing a bill coming. Later on the 24th the Sun moves from the 56th to the 31st, and
Earth moves from the 60th Hexagram, to the 41st Hexagram, and
the Gate of "Contraction
(Decrease); The limitation of resources which maximizes development of
potential." This shift happens at 7:46
am EDT (11:46 UT), with the Sun in the 31st gate of "Leading (Influence);
The law of friction, whether active or passive, that engenders transference and
thus influence,"
and the Sun is exalted in the
31.1 and described as "Manifestation: Influence cannot exist in a vacuum.
exalted: The Sun does not/cannot hold back its light and thus its influence on
every life. The natural expression of leadership." As we move from the 56 to
the 31, we enter a gate of sharing collective expression. It brings influence
through form. The presence of the gate in someone's design influences others
simply by being in their aura. It's a throat gate of the collective voice of
behavior that says "I lead or I don't lead." The 31 is designed to be
influential by sharing patterns and understanding. And doing so in a way that
is unexpected. It's harmonic is the 7th gate in the G-Center, feeds influence
through logical direction in relationships. The not-self of the 31 tries to
have impact on someone else. Telling people what they should do, what they
shouldn't do, what corrections to make, how to behave... It's polarity is the
41st gate with its pressure for new experiences. The gate that begins the Rave
New Year, so with the Sun in the 31 we are half way through the Rave Year. The
31 is always moving towards the future. This is the quarter of civilizations'
variation of the cross of the unexpected, which challenges the king and the
tribal leader. This is leaders who are elected by the collective. Which can
bring unexpected leaders that come out of nowhere, claim power, and have
influence. Suddenly given authority due to unexpected events. Sometimes people
on this cross inherit early in life due to the unexpected passing of their
parents. When the Sun is in the 31 we have influence as the result of
unexpected leadership. The first line is the
investigator. When the Sun is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days people look
inward and are absorbed with their own process. Lower trigram is a personal
process. The theme of a first line day is a fear or anxiety that needs to be
investigated. A day to study, not to act. Day to look into things, not jump.
Good day to deal with things you don't understand, can't make sense of or don't
know. With the Sun in the 31 and Venus in the 7 we have the Channel of
the Alpha which is the design of leadership for good or bad, until the 27th.
This might be a time where folks are recognized as true leaders, but the more
reluctant they are to assume this responsibility the better leaders they
become. Being a logical collective channel this confers the ability to
understand patterns and trends which can be projected into the future. They
also can explain this information logically in a way others can understand. The
most important aspect is that these leaders are attuned to the rhythms of the
people they are to lead.
The defined G center could influence folks without,
to obsess about where they are headed and where they will find love, and
the defined Throat can influence those without to talk about being a leader or
not being a leader to attract attention.
On the 25th the Sun moves into the 2nd line of the 31st hexagram at 7:20 am EDT (11:20
UT). The
Sun in the 31.2 is described as "Arrogance: Independent action without
guidance. exalted: The dedication to higher principals that cannot wait for
consensus. Leadership that cannot wait for consensus. detrimented: A reasoned
arrogance that out of nervous tension jumps the gun and often misfires. The
drive for expression that cannot wait and may cost leadership." The second line is the Hermit. Second line
days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their
natural talents. People are stuck in their own trip. Not a great day to have a
party because no one will want to come.
On the 26th the Sun moves into the 3rd line of the 31st
hexagram, at 6:53 am EDT (10:53 UT). The Sun is exalted in the 31.3 as "Selectivity:
exalted: The ability to carefully assess and choose the proper influence and to
tailor one's behavior accordingly. The capacity to lead enhanced through
association with the proper influences." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and error process,
bonds made and broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out what doesn’t
work. Things bump into you on a third line day, so be careful on the roads. Be
careful of swinging doors or swinging elbows. This is a day where we might have
bonds made or broken, or feel like we’re on trial. It's a good material day. A
good day to do business and work on the material plane, but you also have to be
careful because things can go wrong. Things that lead to discovery.
On the 27th the Sun moves into the 4th line of the 31st hexagram at 6:26 am EDT
(10:26 UT). The
Sun is in the 31.4 is "Intent: The success of influence based on how it is
perceived. exalted: Public acknowledgement of a nurturing and protective
influence. External positive recognition of one's capacity to lead.
detrimented: Perceived ego aggrandizement and attempted manipulation. External
negative projection of one's capacity to lead." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change
from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal,
with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line
days are great for social interaction. Also
on the 27th Mercury moves from 4th Hexagram, to the 29th Hexagram, and Venus moves from the 7, to the 4, around 8 hours after
Mercury leaves the 4. Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, is
communication, expansion of human consciousness through communication not just
as words but also music. What do you need to
communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design Mercury through
the medium of the personality Mercury. This
is the gate of "Saying Yes (The Abysmal); The
deep within the deep. Persistence despite difficulties has inevitable rewards,"
and Mercury in the 29.1 of "The draftee:
The ability to adapt to struggle when necessary but not as a permanent state.
exalted: The innate nature to apply energy in times of war and peace. The power
to persevere when necessary but not generally. detrimented: A deep
impressionability whose mark, from times of struggle, may make a return to
normal conditions extremely difficult. Hesitation in making commitments based
on past experience." In
the program, Mercury is about expression through communication. It influences
the homogenized population to communicate about the themes of the gate and line
that transiting Mercury inhabits. It's primary impact is psychological. It
impacts the not-self mind. It distorts the way we look at things in a way that
leads to action. This conditions people to think and communicate about the same
things. In the 29th gate I expect to hear say “yes” even when they mean “no.”
Also on the 27th Venus moves from the 7, to the 4. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. Venus is
about values, morality, natural law in which we deal
with the other and the consequences of the world around us. What disturbs you at a moral level? Your design and
personality Venuses tell you the moral dilemma you're going to work with in
your life. If you do not act with moral clarity, Venus can be unkind in its
retribution. "Formulization
(Youthful folly); The energy to beguile and succeed despite ignorance. Freedom
from retribution,"
and Venus in the 4.1 is "Pleasure: Ultimate
pleasure cannot be achieved without perfect timing. exalted: The instinct to
know the right moment and circumstances where pleasure is rewarded and not
punished. The potential to recognize that there is a natural timing to the
understanding process. detrimented: Timing is not a product of discipline.
Exaggerated self-discipline leads to the abuse of pleasure. The potential to
recognize, but the urge to force the timing."In the program, Venus is about
control through maintaining the status quo, in the way in which we operate with
each other. We
experience the transiting planets through the Maia. We are not here to avoid
the Maia, but to embrace it, as yourself, through following your Strategy and
Authority.

On the 28th the Sun moves into the 5th line of the 31st
hexagram at 5:58 am EDT (9:58 UT). The Sun in the 31.5 is described as
"Self-righteousness: lack of external influence guaranteed by attitude.
exalted: A natural specialization that only develops in isolation. However,
when the development is complete, the extremely difficult and generally impossible
task of externalizing the influence. A specialization that demands that one
leads oneself. detrimented: A deep focus on personal experience that is
self-fulfilling and has no external ambitions. A lack of ambition where one is
content to lead oneself." The
Fifth line is about projection, first positive followed by negative. It’s the
Heretic. Positive projection being “they could do this…”, “they’re the perfect
person to do…” whatever is the projection, and if the person does not do it,
can’t do it, does not want to do it, they do not meet the expectation, then the
projection changes from positive to negative, the person gets punished, the
heretic gets tied to the stake. The fifth line day is heretical, a day of
suspicion, also a day of universalization. Something can leak out and spread
very rapidly like a virus. YouTube video where suddenly there's millions of
viewings or a facebook post that goes viral. But there is a great deal of
suspicion and paranoia on a 5th line day, which impacts the nature of
relationships. Of course if they are projecting on you and you are not meeting
their expectations, and they want to punish you, that’s not paranoia. Seduction
is also a theme of a fifth line day.
On the 29th the Sun moves into the
6th line of the 31st hexagram at 5:30 am EDT (9:30 UT). The Sun is exalted
in the 31.6 as "Application: exalted: Actions which match the words and
thus guarantee success. Leadership whose expression and action must be one and
the same." The sixth line is on the roof of the
hexagram. It’s the Role Model. When I think about being on the roof of a

(Approach); That all things are interrelated is apparent and manifested through
the action of approach." This
shift happens at 5:02 am EDT (9:02 UT), with the Sun in the 33rd gate of "Privacy (Retreat); Active withdrawal and
the transformation of a weak position into a strength," and the Sun is exalted in the 33.1 and described as "Avoidance:
exalted: The wisdom in a weak position to recognize that survival demands
complete withdrawal. Retreating when one realizes that they are in a weak
position." As
we move from the 31 to the 33, we enter a gate of sharing collective
expression. This is the last gate in the quarter of the form. The cross that
says there are 4 ways that we can move life. That that even in withdrawal, we
still move forward in evolution. As Bob Marley sang "He who fights and
runs away, lives to fight another day." It's a throat gate of the
collective voice of behavior that says "I remember or I don't
remember." It's an abstract collective gate that reviews the past
experiences, and may share them or not. The 33 is associated with a stop codon
in DNA, so the 33 can put an end to a conversation. It's harmonic is the 13th gate
in the G-Center, the behavior of listening, in the channel of the prodigal, the
design of being a witness. It's polarity is the 19th gate of needs, with its pressure
for territory and food resources. These are the needs of the form. So there is
a vulnerability in needing something and if the need cannot be met at this time
perhaps there is a need to retreat. This is the quarter of civilizations'
variation of the cross of the four ways, with the Sun in the gate of privacy.
It's about having your own space. In civilization people have their own rooms
or at least shelters for their family. So we complete the quarter of
civilization with the 33, taking us from womb to room. The first line is the investigator. When the Sun

with Mercury in the 59? I expect to hear people to talk about intimacy and

(Dispersion); The ability to break down barriers to achieve union," and Mercury
is detrimented in the 59.1 which is "The
preemptive strike: detrimented: In this position, the ability and intelligence
to recognize, but a deep indecisiveness about how and when to act. The potential
of fertility limited by uncertainty."
So
no matter what energies are conditioning you during the week, remember this
experience is about being a passenger riding in a vehicle driven by the
magnetic monopole. So enjoy the scenery, and let the vehicle take you where you
need to go, through using your strategy and authority. Every day is a blessing
no matter what dramas beckon to distract us. We are all giving the performance
of a life time on this world stage, just take some time to observe the play as
well as act your part. Remember you are a spiritual being having a human
experience.
