Human Design Weekly Neutrino Forecast for July 17th to July 23rd 2016

This is the "Weekly Neutrino Forecast for July 17th to July 23rd 2016."

    On July 17th we have the Sun in Cancer and also in the 62nd hexagram. The Sun in the 62nd hexagram is mapped to an opening in an energy channel called a gate, which is the 62nd gate of "Detail (Preponderance of the Small); Caution, patience and detail produce excellence out of limitation.” Located on the Throat center in a collective logic energy path in the Understanding Circuit, called the "The Channel of Acceptance: A design of an organizational being" that connects to its harmonic, the 17th gate of “Opinions (Following); The ancient law that those who wish to rule must know how to serve." I have found HD to be amazingly accurate in describing the person, that I use it as my primary tool when I provide readings. We have the following activated gates on July 17th; the Sun in the 62nd gate, the Earth in the 61st gate, North node in the 64th gate and the South Node in the 63, Mercury in the 31st gate, Venus in the 31, Mars in the 14, Jupiter in the 47th, Saturn retrograde in the 9th, Uranus in the 42, Neptune retrograde in the 63, and Pluto retrograde in the 54th gate. Obviously not every gate activation forms a channel, but this information can be very helpful if you know your own Human Design chart, because some of these transits will form channels with potentials in your personal body graph.   

The neutrino forecast is just a weather report, no matter what the weather an individual's strategy and authority is the correct choice to have an authentic experience regardless of the program. As Ra Uru Hu said "Whatever the weather is going to be, you have your neutrino umbrella. As long as you are experimenting with your strategy and authority, the weather is for your pleasure."       

We begin the week with one channel definition due to the transit field. With the North Node in the 64 and Jupiter in the 47 brings us the Channel of Abstraction: A design of Mental Activity mixed with Clarity until August 3rd. The energy of this channel is about creating something new out of something old. This is about abstract thought being brought into the collective consciousness through the arts, philosophy, history and culture. This is wonderful energy for telling stories about our experiences that inspire others, but brings confusion when used to resolve our own issues. The defined Head center brings the pressure to think about things that don't matter, to those without. The defined Ajna center can influence people to believe they are certain of something, when they are not. 

We are going to look at the Sun's Rave I'Ching line values daily because 70% of the neutrinos we receive come from the Sun and as Ra said in "Living with the Program: The Lines of the Day" when talking about these daily shifts of line values, he said "We can always take advantage of the themes of the day." If your strategy and authority does not lead you in that direction, you can always notice how the program is affecting others in your environment. So let's get started.

July 17th begins with the Sun in the 5th line of the 62nd. The Sun in the 62.5 is described as "Metamorphosis: When excellence is achieved, action is necessary. exalted: The reaching out to others to share, symbolized by the Moon's phases as it moves from darkness to eventual sharing fully its light. The understanding that only when the details are complete, can action or expression be initiated. detrimented: A tendency in metamorphosis to seek acclaim through dramatic presentation. When the details are organized, the need for attention demands expression." The Fifth line is about projection, first positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic. Positive projection being “they could do this…”, “they’re the perfect person to do…” whatever is the projection, and if the person does not do it, can’t do it, does not want to do it, they do not meet the expectation, then the projection changes from positive to negative, the person gets punished, the heretic gets tied to the stake. The fifth line day is heretical, a day of suspicion, also a day of universalization. Something can leak out and spread very rapidly like a virus. YouTube video where suddenly there's millions of viewings or a facebook post that goes viral. But there is a great deal of suspicion and paranoia on a 5th line day, which impacts the nature of relationships. Of course if they are projecting on you and you are not meeting their expectations, and they want to punish you, that’s not paranoia. Seduction is also a theme of a fifth line day. Later on the 17th the Sun moves into the 6th line of the 62nd hexagram at 10:43 am EDT (14:43 UT). The Sun in the 62.6 is "Self-discipline: exalted: A penny saved is a penny earned. Detail as a path to material success. The understanding that material success depends on the expression of detail. detrimented: The skills but not the discipline to succeed. The gift for, but not the discipline, to do the necessary detail work to succeed." The sixth line is on the roof of the hexagram. It’s the Role Model. When I think about being on the roof of a building, I don’t tend to look at the building, rather what’s around the building, what’s in the neighborhood, what’s down the road, what’s on the horizon… Ra said sixth line days are about "not to get stuck with your head in the clouds because you'll end up having something bang into your kneecaps."  A day where there is a real lack of focus of what's going on around you, because folks are looking beyond their immediate environment. Like a 3rd line day there are certain dangers. Not seeing the car coming. Not seeing a bill coming. Also on the 17th Mercury moves from 31st Hexagram, leaving Venus, to the 33rd Hexagram. Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, is communication, expansion of human consciousness through communication not just as words but also music. What do you need to communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design Mercury through the medium of the personality Mercury. This is the gate of "Privacy (Retreat); Active withdrawal and the transformation of a weak position into a strength," and Mercury in the 33.1 and described as "Avoidance: exalted: The wisdom in a weak position to recognize that survival demands complete withdrawal. Retreating when one realizes that they are in a weak position. detrimented: Where courage is just plain foolishness. Unable to retreat when overwhelmed by stimulation." In the program, Mercury is about expression through communication. It influences the homogenized population to communicate about the themes of the gate and line that transiting Mercury inhabits. It's primary impact is psychological. It impacts the not-self mind. It distorts the way we look at things in a way that leads to action. This conditions people to think and communicate about the same things. In the 33rd gate I expect to hear say “I remember or I don't remember.”

On the 18th the Sun moves from the 62nd to the 56th, and Earth moves from the 61st Hexagram, to the 60th Hexagram, and the Gate of "Acceptance (Limitation); The acceptance of limitation is the first step in transcendence." This shift happens at 10:19 am EDT (14:19 UT), with the Sun in the 56th gate of "Stimulation (The Wanderer); Stability through movement. The perpetuation of continuity through the linking of short term activity,” and the Sun in the 56.1 is described as "Quality: exalted: The practical sense that even short term activities should be of value. Expression of practical ideas that have value. detrimented: The ego drive to make an impression that will misuse energy in trivial pursuits. The drive to stimulate that will express any idea, no matter how trivial." As we move from the 62 to the 56, we enter the gate of sharing collective stimulation... the wanderer. An abstract throat gate that says "I believe or I don't believe." To stimulate with the past experiences or not. Could be boring with expressing the past experiences, as in the person who tells the same story over and over again, because the abstract process can get stuck with the same story, stuck with the same experience. The not-self of gate 56 tries to stimulate people with someone else's story, as opposed to a story that comes from its own experience. This is stability through movement, movement to the story that best stimulates the listener. The stories about experiences that made a difference in our lives are most stimulating when shared with others, especially when the audience relates to the story to something in their life. Its harmonic is the 11th gate of Peace, with its ideas from the past, that gate 56 turns into beliefs. Sometimes the beliefs become unchangeable, with the polarity gate of limitation the 60's pressure to mutate. This brings us to the second variation of the cross of laws. With the Sun in the 56 these are laws born out of beliefs. The first line is the investigator. When the Sun is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days people look inward and are absorbed with their own process. Lower trigram is a personal process. The theme of a first line day is a fear or anxiety that needs to be investigated. A day to study, not to act. Day to look into things, not jump. Good day to deal with things you don't understand, can't make sense of or don't know. Also on the 18th Venus moves from the 31, to the 33, joining Mercury. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. Venus is about values, morality, natural law in which we deal with the other and the consequences of the world around us. What disturbs you at a moral level? Your design and personality Venuses tell you the moral dilemma you're going to work with in your life. If you do not act with moral clarity, Venus can be unkind in its retribution. Venus is in the 33rd gate of "Privacy (Retreat); Active withdrawal and the transformation of a weak position into a strength," and Venus in the 33.1 and described as "Avoidance: exalted: The wisdom in a weak position to recognize that survival demands complete withdrawal. Retreating when one realizes that they are in a weak position. detrimented: Where courage is just plain foolishness. Unable to retreat when overwhelmed by stimulation." In the program, Venus is about control through maintaining the status quo, in the way in which we operate with each other. We experience the transiting planets through the Maia. We are not here to avoid the Maia, but to embrace it, as yourself, through following your Strategy and Authority.

On the 19th the Sun moves into the 2nd line of the 56th hexagram at 9:54 am EDT (13:54 UT). The Sun in the 56.2 is described as "Linkage: exalted: Isolated genius that will eventually find continuity through recognition and support. A genius for stimulating expression that will take time to mature and will need others to recognize it. detrimented: A superficiality which collapses under recognition and is eventually forced to move on. A gift for communicating but not enough depth." The second line is the Hermit. Second line days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their natural talents. People are stuck in their own trip. Not a great day to have a party because no one will want to come.

On the 20th the Sun moves into the 3rd line of the 56th hexagram, at 9:29 am EDT (13:29 UT). The Sun is exalted in the 56.3 as "Alienation: Determined self-sufficiency. exalted: A will and egoism that often proves overbearing and guarantees continued isolation. Here, this is acceptable given the Sun's intrinsic vitality. The drive to control and be the focus of expression." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and error process, bonds made and broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out what doesn’t work. Things bump into you on a third line day, so be careful on the roads. Be careful of swinging doors or swinging elbows. This is a day where we might have bonds made or broken, or feel like we’re on trial. It's a good material day. A good day to do business and work on the material plane, but you also have to be careful because things can go wrong. Things that lead to discovery. Also on the 20th Mercury moves from 33rd Hexagram, leaving Venus, to the 7th Hexagram. Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, is communication, expansion of human consciousness through communication not just as words but also music. What do you need to communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design Mercury through the medium of the personality Mercury. What might to be communicated with Mercury in the 7? I expect to hear people to talk about authority and leadership. This is the gate of "the Role of the Self (The Army); The point of convergence. By design, the need for leadership to guide and order society," and Mercury is detrimented in the 7.1 as "Authoritarian: The iron hand both enlightened and despotic. detrimented: The distorted intellect that believes only it knows best. The capacity of the Self to insist that its authority is best."

On the 21st the Sun moves into the 4th line of the 56th hexagram at 9:04 am EDT (13:04 UT). The Sun is in the 56.4 is "Expediency: exalted: The perfection of the superficial personality, that can mask, when essential, its true feelings to secure protection. The gift for stimulation as a role and for protection. detrimented: Expedient behavior whose price is a constant stressful alertness and nervous anxiety in fear of losing what has been grained. The role as reality. The fear of silence and of being uncovered." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal, with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line days are great for social interaction.

On the 22nd the Sun moves into the 5th line of the 56th hexagram at 8:38 am EDT (12:38 UT). The Sun in the 56.5 is described as "Attracting attention: exalted: Unusualness, innovation and sometimes genius as guarantees of eventually attracting attention and support. Stimulation at its most innovative and unusual. detrimented: All too often the tendency to attract attention that is self-defeating in its effects. The power of stimulation to provoke and disturb." On the 23rd the Sun moves into the 6th line of the 56th hexagram at 8:14 am EDT (12:14 UT). The Sun is exalted in the 56.6 as "Caution: exalted: The prudence, when linkage has been achieved, to honor its new commitments in order to secure its footing. Honesty in expression. Living by one's word." The sixth line is on the roof of the hexagram. It’s the Role Model. I expect to hear people to talk about logic and patterns but also doubts and suspicions. This is the gate of "Formulization (Youthful folly); The energy to beguile and succeed despite ignorance. Freedom from retribution," and Mercury in the 4.1 is "Pleasure: Ultimate pleasure cannot be achieved without perfect timing. exalted: The instinct to know the right moment and circumstances where pleasure is rewarded and not punished. The potential to recognize that there is a natural timing to the understanding process. detrimented: Timing is not a product of discipline. Exaggerated self-discipline leads to the abuse of pleasure. The potential to recognize, but the urge to force the timing." With Mercury in the 4 connected to Neptune and the South Node in the 63, we have the Channel of Logic until the 27th. Which is about mental ease mixed with doubt. None of us is designed to make decisions based on our minds, and this channel brings mental gifts that should be used in the service of others, rather than trying to understand our own lives. When your strategy and authority presents you with someone who needs your clarity and inspiration this transit can support the process. This is scientific thinking through being skeptical and questioning whether the logic or patterns are valid. It brings mental pressure to people without a defined head center, which intern can bring doubt when trying to analyze your own life. The definition is future oriented through looking at mental patterns and projecting them into what lies ahead. This can bring worry, as any answers revealed by this process will need to be tested and proved to determine if they have practical applications. The best use of this definition is for research purposes and testing of hypotheses, then recognizing that the results need to be invited before they can be shared. With the defined Ajna center, people are more likely to believe they are mentally certain, and the defined Head center bring pressure to think about things that don’t matter.

    So no matter what energies are conditioning you during the week, remember this experience is about being a passenger riding in a vehicle driven by the magnetic monopole. So enjoy the scenery, and let the vehicle take you where you need to go, through using your strategy and authority. Every day is a blessing no matter what dramas beckon to distract us. We are all giving the performance of a life time on this world stage, just take some time to observe the play as well as act your part. Remember you are a spiritual being having a human experience.
