This is the "Weekly Neutrino Forecast for June
26th to July 2nd 2016."
On June
26th we have the Sun
in Cancer and also in the 52nd hexagram. The
Sun in the 52nd hexagram is mapped to an opening in an energy channel called a
gate, which is the 52nd gate of "Inaction (Keeping Still (Mountain));
Temporary and self-imposed inaction for the benefit of assessment.” Located on the Root center in a collective logic energy
path in the Understanding Circuit, called the "The
Channel of Concentration: A design of Determination" that connects to its harmonic, the 9th gate of "Focus (The
Taming Power of the Small); Potential can be fulfilled through detailed
attention to all pertinent aspects." I have found HD to be amazingly accurate in describing the
person, that I use it as my primary tool when I provide readings. We have the
following activated gates on June 26th; the Sun in the 52nd gate, the Earth in the 58th gate, North node in the 64th
gate and the South Node in the 63, Mercury in
the 45th gate,
Venus in the 39,
Mars at a standstill or
stationed as it turns direct on June 29th, in the 43, Jupiter in the 64th, Saturn retrograde
in the 5th,
Uranus in the 42, Neptune retrograde in the 63, and Pluto retrograde
in the 54th gate.
Obviously not every gate activation forms a channel, but this information can
be very helpful if you know your own Human Design chart, because some of these
transits will form channels with potentials in your personal body graph.
The neutrino forecast is just a weather
report, no matter what the weather an individual's strategy and authority is
the correct choice to have an authentic experience regardless of the program.
As Ra Uru Hu said "Whatever the weather is going to be, you have your
neutrino umbrella. As long as you are experimenting with your strategy and
authority, the weather is for your pleasure."
We begin the week with no channel definitions
due to the transit field.
We are going to look at the Sun's Rave I'Ching
line values daily because 70% of the neutrinos we receive come from the Sun and
as Ra said in "Living with the Program: The Lines of the Day" when
talking about these daily shifts of line values, he said "We can always
take advantage of the themes of the day." If your strategy and authority
does not lead you in that direction, you can always notice how the program is
affecting others in your environment. So let's get started.
June 26th begins with the Sun in the 2nd line of the 52nd hexagram. The Sun in the 52.2
is described as "Concern: exalted: The pause that is initiated to benefit
others. The pressure to restrain energy for the benefit of others. detrimented:
A selfish and abrupt pause that may endanger others unnecessarily. The pressure
to selfishly restrain energy at the expense of others." The second line is the Hermit. Second line
days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their
natural talents. People are stuck in their own trip. Not a great day to have a
party because no one will want to come. Later on the 26th the Sun moves into the 3rd
line of the 52nd hexagram, at 7:16 pm EDT (23:16 UT). The Sun in the 52.3
is "Controls: External enforcement of inaction. exalted: The ability by
its very nature to understand restraint with the potential in acceptance, to
use the period to redefine strategies. The energy for acceptance in inaction.
detrimented: A deep dissatisfaction with controls that disturb tranquility, leads
to emotional withdrawal and affects vision. The pressure of restraint disturbs
tranquility." The third line is the
Martyr, with a trial and error process, bonds made and broken, and a system of
discovery by figuring out what doesn’t work. Things bump into you on a third
line day, so be careful on the roads. Be careful of swinging doors or swinging
elbows. This is a day where we might have bonds made or broken, or feel like
we’re on trial. It's a good material day. A good day to do business and work on
the material plane, but you also have to be careful because things can go
wrong. Things that lead to discovery. Also on the 26th Mercury moves from 45th Hexagram to the 12th Hexagram.
Mercury,
the Messenger of the Gods, is communication, expansion of human consciousness
through communication not just as words but also music. What do you need to communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design
Mercury through the medium of the personality Mercury. What
might to be communicated with Mercury in the 12? I expect to hear people say “I
try...” which is the voice of the 12, but it’s always a maybe. This is the gate of
"Caution (Standstill); The quality of restraint and the importance of
meditation and inaction in confronting temptation," and Mercury in the
12.1 is "The Monk: Withdrawal that can only be maintained with communal
support. exalted: The beauty and harmony possible beyond the reach of
temptation. The expression of social withdrawal and its value when supported by
others. detrimented: Simon the Stylite, total and often absurd withdrawal. The
absurd expression of social caution and extreme withdrawal from emotional
conflict." In the program, Mercury is about expression through
communication. It influences the homogenized population to communicate about
the themes of the gate and line that transiting Mercury inhabits. It's primary
impact is psychological. It impacts the not-self mind. It distorts the way we
look at things in a way that leads to action. This conditions people to think
and communicate about the same things. In the 12th gate it's about "trying".
On the 27th the Sun moves into the 4th line of the 52nd hexagram at 6:52 pm EDT (22:52 UT). The Sun is in the 52.4
is "Self-discipline: exalted: Perfected self-discipline and restraint that
deals easily and wisely with impulsive temptations. The energy for restraint
which recognizes the value of stillness and focus. detrimented: Though
responsive to the need of a principled control based on understanding of
conditions, there is a tendency due to its natural expansiveness, to doubt and
restlessness. Restless energy and doubt in the face of restraint." The Sun is
exalted in the 52.4 later in the day due to Saturn moving into the 9th gate. Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change
from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal,
with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line
days are great for social interaction. Also on the 27th retrograde Saturn moves from the
5 back into the
9th hexagram. Ra described Saturn
as "Yin in Yang clothing". Saturn is the judge. This is the place of vulnerability, where we deal with
the consequences of our actions. Strategy and authority are the best way to
avoid paying the Saturnian price. The 9th hexagram is "Focus (The taming
power of the small): Potential can be fulfilled through detailed attention to
all pertinent aspects,” and retrograde Saturn backs into the 6th line of the 9. Saturn in the 9.6 is "Gratitude: The joy which comes
with accepting small rewards for small victories. exalted: Where the power of
the small nourishes right perspective. The power to enjoy the concentrating
process. detrimented: No single step is of value until the journey is over. The
energy for expression that cannot find joy in the process until it is complete."
In
the program Saturn brings control through constraint. It holds us in our place
through restraint and limitation, to maintain our not-self relationships with
each other. We experience the transiting planets through the Maia. We are not
here to avoid the Maia, but to embrace it, as ourselves through following your
Strategy and Authority.
With the Sun in the 52nd gate and Saturn in the 9th
gate, we have the Channel of Concentration: A design of determination, until June 30th. Which brings
energy to be of service by improving something that will make a difference in
the world. Folks with this channel bring focus and determination to anything
they do individually or in a group through concentrating their being on their
process. This maybe a time where people have less tolerance for
"multi-tasking," preferring to focus on one activity at a time, as a
response to pressure. Wanting to find a quiet and still space where they can
concentrate their energy on the details of their process. For those without a defined Root Center, this
transit definition can bring pressure which may have folks hurrying to get
things done to release their stress. The Sacral definition also affects non-Generator types in feeling
busy and having the endurance to work. They may also think they know when
"enough is enough" which could lead to a premature or abrupt end to
something that needs more time.
On the 28th the Sun moves into the 5th line of the 52nd hexagram at 6:28 pm
EDT (18:28 UT). The
Sun in the 52.5 is described as "Explanation: In times of inaction, the
often important ability, to explain one's position. exalted: The often terse
but exceedingly accurate statement. Where inaction and focus can lead to
detail. detrimented: A convolution whose enigmatic nature is normally
misunderstood with unpredictable circumstances. Where too much inaction can
lead to a loss of focus, and not to detail." The Fifth line is about projection, first
positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic. Positive projection being
“they could do this…”, “they’re the perfect person to do…” whatever is the
projection, and if the person does not do it, can’t do it, does not want to do
it, they do not meet the expectation, then the projection changes from positive
to negative, the person gets punished, the heretic gets tied to the stake. The
fifth line day is heretical, a day of suspicion, also a day of
universalization. Something can leak out and spread very rapidly like a virus.
YouTube video where suddenly there's millions of viewings or a facebook post
that goes viral. But there is a great deal of suspicion and paranoia on a 5th
line day, which impacts the nature of relationships. Of course if they are
projecting on you and you are not meeting their expectations, and they want to
punish you, that’s not paranoia. Seduction is also a theme of a fifth line day.
Also on
the 28th Mercury moves from 12th
Hexagram
to the 15th Hexagram. Mercury, the
Messenger of the Gods, is communication, expansion of human consciousness
through communication not just as words but also music. What do you need to communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design
Mercury through the medium of the personality Mercury. What
might to be communicated with Mercury in the 15? I expect to hear people talk
about their love or hatred of humanity. This is the gate of "Extremes
(Modesty); The quality of behavior which expresses the proper balance between
extremes," and Mercury in the 15.1 is "Duty: The ability to confront
any challenge without expectations. exalted: Harmonic relationships which give
support for the fulfillment of any task. The capacity of the self to confront
any challenges through extreme and harmonic relationships. detrimented:
Alienation engendered through exaggerated claims. The capacity of the Self to
alienate others through extremes."
On the 29th the Sun moves into the
6th line of the 52nd hexagram at 6:03 pm EDT (22:03 UT). The Sun in the 52.6
is "Peacefulness: exalted: A harmonic and balanced attunement that is at
ease regardless of the situation. The lack of pressure in times of stillness.
detrimented: Delusion as a substitute for genuine tranquility. Given the
positive nature of this position, the delusion may be just as effective as the
'real thing'. Where the pacification of the energy is extreme, pressure real or
imagined does not disturb the stillness." The sixth line is on the roof of the hexagram. It’s the Role
Model. When I think about being on the roof of a building, I don’t tend to look
at the building, rather what’s around the building, what’s in the neighborhood,
what’s down the road, what’s on the horizon… Ra said sixth line days are about "not to get stuck with your head in
the clouds because you'll end up having something bang into your
kneecaps." A day where there is a real lack of focus of
what's going on around you, because folks are looking beyond their immediate
environment. Like a 3rd line day there are certain dangers. Not seeing the car
coming. Not seeing a bill coming. Also
on the 29th Venus moves from the 39 to the 53. In
HD, Venus is very powerful
and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. Venus is about values,
morality, natural law in which we deal with the other and the consequences of
the world around us. What disturbs you at a
moral level? Your design and personality Venuses tell you the moral dilemma
you're going to work with in your life. If you do not act with moral clarity,
Venus can be unkind in its retribution. Venus
is in the 53rd gate of "Beginnings (Development); Development as a
structured progression that is both steadfast and enduring,” and Venus is detrimented in the 53.1 and is
described as "Accumulation: detrimented:
Development hampered by criticism and the tendency to withdraw rather than make
use of these experiences. The difficulty in starting something new because of
the criticism that accompanied the old." In the program, Venus is about control
through maintaining the status quo, in the way in which we operate with each
other. We
experience the transiting planets through the Maia. We are not here to avoid
the Maia, but to embrace it, as yourself, through following your Strategy and
Authority. With
Venus in the 53rd gate connects with Uranus in the 42nd gate, giving us the Channel of
Maturation: A design of balanced development, until July 4th. Which brings
energy to be cautious about starting something new, although I'm not sure how
this will effect folks as a transit, for people who have this in their birth
chart making a commitment must be followed to its conclusion. So I'd be careful
about making a commitment, because this makes it very difficult to "get
out of it" later. Its energetic is that we get the same experience over
and over again, if we try to abort it before completion, which may take seven
years. This may be a time that feels like the movie "Groundhog Day"
with experiences of repeating cycles that slowly bring us to a state of
maturity and wisdom. The wisdom that "all life is a journey that never
ends." We may all feel more deeply attuned to the cycles of life for a few
days as we are more apt to notice planetary cycles, body cycles, historical
cycles... For those without a
defined Root Center, this transit definition can bring pressure which may have

they know when "enough is enough" which could lead to a premature or
abrupt end to something that needs more time.
On the 30th the Sun moves from the 52nd, to the 39th and Earth moves from the 58th
Hexagram, to the 38th Hexagram,
and the Gate of "the Fighter (Opposition); The
ability to preserve individual integrity through opposition to detrimental
forces." This shift happens at 5:39
pm EDT (21:39 UT), with the Sun in the 39th gate of "The
Provocateur (Obstruction); The value of obstruction in provoking analysis,
assessment and reevaluation,” and
the Sun
in the 39.1 is described as "Disengagement: exalted: The determination
when confronted by obstacles to withdraw but only temporarily. The energy to
provoke by refusing to confront obstacles. detrimented: Disengagement, with an
accompanying indecision as to when to reengage. The refusal to confront
obstacles without the capacity to know when to engage. The indecision is also
provocation." As we move from the 52 to
the 39, we enter the gate of obstruction to provoke evaluation and assessment.
It's a root gate, so we have pressure, in this case, to find love. As an
individual gate it is here to empower. It's acoustic. It's mutative. It's
melancholic. It fuels the stream of passion in the channel of emoting connected
to the 55th gate of spirit. With the 38 and the 61, the 39 is a gate of
mystery. The 38 brings the pressure to find purpose, and the 61 brings the
pressure to know. The 39 is about the form's pressure to find empowering
individual love. We are conditioned to find love even if it's homogenized, but
the 39 yearns for true love that expands the individual spirit within the form.
The Sun's entry into the 39th hexagram brings us to the quarter of
civilization's cross of tension. The 39 is looking for the 55, so this is
emotional tension, moodiness. Moodiness related to romance and art. It can be
provocative by teasing or by ignoring, by approaching or by avoiding, looking
for the right spirit. So we are provoked through people pushing our buttons,
with the Sun in the 39. The first line is the
investigator. When the Sun is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days people look
inward and are absorbed with their own process. Lower trigram is a personal
process. The theme of a first line day is a fear or anxiety that needs to be
investigated. A day to study, not to act. Day to look into things, not jump.
Good day to deal with things you don't understand, can't make sense of or don't
know. Also on the 30th Jupiter moves from the 64th hexagram, into the 47. In HD Jupiter is generalized law. The electromagnetic central operating theater
for the way in which the solar system operates. Living by the law can gain
great good fortune. Activations in our HD chart tell the law we must live by.
To benefit from the generosity only comes from deep obedience to honoring
your own law. Your individual strategy and authority. Jupiter in the 47th gate of "Realizing (Oppression); A restrictive and
adverse state as a result of internal weakness or external strength or both," and Jupiter in the 47.1 is "Taking stock: exalted: The ability in
times of hardship to concentrating on eradicating the negative factors that
have led to oppression. Realizing that negative thoughts have to be eradicated.
detrimented: The delusion of seeing oppression as an exclusively external
phenomenon with disastrous results. The sense that the world is against
you." In
the program, Jupiter is about expression through bringing out the general rules
of the program. We are all being conditioned to follow the same rules, to abide
by those rules, to drive you to action. Follow your strategy and authority, not
the rules of the program. With the North Node in
the 64 and Jupiter in the 47 brings us the Channel of
Abstraction: A design of Mental Activity mixed with Clarity until August 3rd. The
energy of this channel is about creating something new out of something old.
This is about abstract thought being brought into the collective consciousness
through the arts, philosophy, history and culture. This is wonderful energy for
telling stories about our experiences that inspire others, but brings confusion
when used to resolve our own issues. The defined Head center brings the
pressure to think about things that don't matter, to those without. The defined
Ajna center can influence people to believe they are certain of something, when
they are not.
July 1st the Sun
moves into the 2nd line
of the 39th hexagram at 5:14 pm EDT (21:14 UT). The Sun in the 39.2 is described as
"Confrontation: exalted: The instinctual and direct assault of obstacles.
The energy to provoke through direct assault. detrimented: The principal of
preservation that tempts one to go around an obstacle that should be tackled
head on. An emotional discomfort when direct assault is essential." The second line is the Hermit. Second line
days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their

energy to provoke through self-sacrifice. detrimented: The often disastrous
assumption that others are more at risk if an obstacle is not confronted. The
energy to provoke through the failure to make sacrifices." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and
error process, bonds made and broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out
what doesn’t work. Things bump into you on a third line day, so be careful on

what dramas beckon to distract us. We are all giving the performance of a life
time on this world stage, just take some time to observe the play as well as
act your part. Remember you are a spiritual being having a human experience.
