Human Design Weekly Neutrino Forecast for April 17th to April 23rd 2016

This is the "Weekly Neutrino Forecast for April 17th to April 23rd 2016."

    On April 17th we have the Sun in Aries and also in the 3rd hexagram. The Sun in the 3rd hexagram is mapped to an opening in an energy channel called a gate, which is the 3rd gate of "Ordering (Difficulty at the beginning); The fundamental challenge of initiation is to transcend confusion and establish order." Located on the Sacral center in an Individual energy path in the Knowing Circuit, called the "Channel of Mutation: A design of Energy which initiates and fluctuates" that connects to its harmonic, the 60th gate of "Acceptance (Limitation); The acceptance of limitation is the first step in transcendence." I have found HD to be amazingly accurate in describing the person, that I use it as my primary tool when I provide readings. We have the following activated gates on April 17th; the Sun in the 3rd gate, the Earth in the 50th gate, North node in the 47th gate and the South Node in the 22, Mercury in the 2nd gate, Venus in the 21, Mars at a standstill or stationed as it turns retrograde later on the 17th, in the 9, Jupiter retrograde in the 64th, Saturn retrograde in the 5th, Uranus in the 42, Neptune in the 37, and Pluto at a standstill or stationed as it turns retrograde on the 18th in the 54th gate. Obviously not every gate activation forms a channel, but this information can be very helpful if you know your own Human Design chart, because some of these transits will form channels with potentials in your personal body graph. 

The neutrino forecast is just a weather report, no matter what the weather an individual's strategy and authority is the correct choice to have an authentic experience regardless of the program. As Ra Uru Hu said "Whatever the weather is going to be, you have your neutrino umbrella. As long as you are experimenting with your strategy and authority, the weather is for your pleasure."       

We begin the week with one channel definition due to the transit field. With Jupiter in the 64 and the North Node in the 47 brings us the Channel of Abstraction: A design of Mental Activity mixed with Clarity until June 7th. The energy of this channel is about creating something new out of something old. This is about abstract thought being brought into the collective consciousness through the arts, philosophy, history and culture. This is wonderful energy for telling stories about our experiences that inspire others, but brings confusion when used to resolve our own issues. The defined head center brings the pressure to think about things that don't matter, to those without. The defined Ajna center can influence people to believe they are certain of something, when they are not.

We are going to look at the Sun's Rave I'Ching line values daily because 70% of the neutrinos we receive come from the Sun and as Ra said in "Living with the Program: The Lines of the Day" when talking about these daily shifts of line values, he said "We can always take advantage of the themes of the day." If your strategy and authority does not lead you in that direction, you can always notice how the program is affecting others in your environment. So let's get started.

April 17th begins with the Sun in the 2nd line of the 3rd hexagram. The Sun in the 3.2 is described as "Immaturity: The unrestrained acceptance of guidance. exalted: The unrelenting energy for growth will eventually triumph. The energy and potential for individual mutation. detrimented: Internal instability which both accepts and rejects authority simultaneously. Energy and potential that is conditioned by others leading to instability." The second line is the Hermit. Second line days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their natural talents. People are stuck in their own trip. Not a great day to have a party because no one will want to come. Later on the 17th the Sun moves 3rd line of the 3rd hexagram, at 4:29 pm EDT. The Sun in the 3.3 is "Survival: The ability to recognize and distinguish between fertile and sterile in their various manifestations. exalted: In reproduction, the ability to choose the best mate. An innate knowing of what is sterile and what is fertile where the mutation is specifically biological  and dependent on collaboration with others. detrimented: The perverse denial of evolutionary standards. An innate contrariness which refuses to mutate." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and error process, bonds made and broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out what doesn’t work. Things bump into you on a third line day, so be careful on the roads. Be careful of swinging doors or swinging elbows. This is a day where we might have bonds made or broken, or feel like we’re on trial. It's a good material day. A good day to do business and work on the material plane, but you also have to be careful because things can go wrong. Things that lead to discovery. Also on the 17th Venus moves from the 21, to the 51. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. Venus is about values, morality, natural law in which we deal with the other and the consequences of the world around us. What disturbs you at a moral level? Your design and personality Venuses tell you the moral dilemma you're going to work with in your life. If you do not act with moral clarity, Venus can be unkind in its retribution. Venus is in the 51st Gate of "Shock (The Arousing); The ability to respond to disorder and shock through recognition and adaption," and Venus is detrimented in the 51.1, which is "Reference: The advantage of previous crisis experience. detrimented: A tendency to emotional withdrawal after a shock. The weakness of the ego in times of challenge."

On the 18th the Sun moves into the 4th line of the 3rd hexagram at 3:31 pm EDT, and is described as "Charisma: Innate quality which attracts valued guidance. exalted: Physic attunement that magnetizes nurturing. A psychic energy which attracts nourishment and ensures ordering. detrimented: Where demands of the ego lead to rejection. Confused energy that needs nourishment but is generally rejected." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal, with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line days are great for social interaction. Also on the 18th Mercury moves from 2nd Hexagram, to the 23rd Hexagram. Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, is communication, expansion of human consciousness through communication not just as words but also music. What do you need to communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design Mercury through the medium of the personality Mercury. What might to be communicated with Mercury in the 23? I expect to hear people say “I know (whether they do or not).” This is the gate of "Assimilation (Splitting Apart); Amorality. The awareness and understanding which leads to acceptance of diversity", and Mercury in the 23.1 is "Proselytization: The attempt to undermine one set of values for another. exalted: The sage, who in the extreme can defend evil as part of the greater good. The powerful expression of an insight which will undermine established values. detrimented: The missionary whose very light will bring darkness. The powerful expression of an insight which will produce negative effects."

On the 19th the Sun moves into the 5th line of the 3rd hexagram at 2:33 pm EDT. The Sun in the 3.5 is "Victimization: When actions designed to overcome confusion alienate others. exalted: The courage to stand by one's convictions. The unique energy of individuality to withstand confusion. detrimented: Where victimization leads to appeasement and suffering. Confused energy which is dominated by the ordering powers of others." The Fifth line is about projection, first positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic. Positive projection being “they could do this…”, “they’re the perfect person to do…” whatever is the projection, and if the person does not do it, can’t do it, does not want to do it, they do not meet the expectation, then the projection changes from positive to negative, the person gets punished, the heretic gets tied to the stake. The fifth line day is heretical, a day of suspicion, also a day of universalization. Something can leak out and spread very rapidly like a virus. YouTube video where suddenly there's millions of viewings or a facebook post that goes viral. But there is a great deal of suspicion and paranoia on a 5th line day, which impacts the nature of relationships. Of course if they are projecting on you and you are not meeting their expectations, and they want to punish you, that’s not paranoia. Seduction is also a theme of a fifth line day.

On the 20th the Sun moves into the 6th line of the 3rd hexagram at 1:37 pm EDT. The Sun is exalted in the 3.6 as "Surrender: The ultimate maturity to recognize when struggle is futile. exalted: As light sustains, so life goes on. The innate acceptance that ordering is a process, not a problem." The sixth line is on the roof of the hexagram. It’s the Role Model. When I think about being on the roof of a building, I don’t tend to look at the building, rather what’s around the building, what’s in the neighborhood, what’s down the road, what’s on the horizon… Ra said sixth line days are about "not to get stuck with your head in the clouds because you'll end up having something bang into your kneecaps."  A day where there is a real lack of focus of what's going on around you, because folks are looking beyond their immediate environment. Like a 3rd line day there are certain dangers. Not seeing the car coming. Not seeing a bill coming.

On the 21st the Sun moves from the 3rd, to the 27th, and Earth moves from the 50th to the 28th Hexagram, and the Gate of "the Game Player (Preponderance of the Great); The transitoriness of power and influence." This shift happens at 12:41 pm EDT, with the Sun in the 27th gate of "Caring (Nourishment); The enhancement of the quality and substance of all activities through caring," and the Sun is exalted in the 27.1 of "Selfishness: exalted: The ego-driven first law of caring for oneself which is not necessarily at the expense of others. The power to care for oneself first." As we move from the 3 to the 27, we enter the gate of Nourishment. This is a Sacral gate that is about caring. The fertility for caring or not. The gate of altruism. It's part of the defense circuit and can be deeply homogenizing of children through caring. Pointing toward the Splenic center, caring about their forms. Feeding them, protecting them from harm, keeping them safe from dangers, making sure they are clothed and have shelter. With the "not-self" homogenization of children by not knowing when enough is enough, when there is too much caring, too much food, too much control, being overprotective, too much worry, coddling the child and arresting their development, which is detrimental. Pointing towards it's harmonic the 50th gate of laws and rules as to how to raise children. It's about protecting the tribe, and in doing so homogenizing children through the values of gate 50 and the channel of preservation bringing the relationship between nurturing and law. This is the cross of the Unexpected, which Ra called the "oddest of right angle crosses" because with the Sun in the 27, as we get to know these folks the unexpected emerges. Their lives are also marked with unexpected events, uncertainty in life, chaos... Those unexpected events can change the laws. An example of this would be in the 1970's when middle class white kids got arrested for smoking marijuana in the United States, the more sever laws, that was designed to oppress people of color, were changed. When the middle class white tribe was impacted, parents used influence to have the laws and punishments become more lenient, at least for their children. The unexpected can be positive or negative in the 27th gate of caring. The first line is the investigator. When the Sun is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days people look inward and are absorbed with their own process. Lower trigram is a personal process. The theme of a first line day is a fear or anxiety that needs to be investigated. A day to study, not to act. Day to look into things, not jump. Good day to deal with things you don't understand, can't make sense of or don't know.

On the 22nd the Sun moves into the 2nd line of the 27th hexagram at 11:46 am EDT. The Sun in the 27.2 is described as "Self-sufficiency: The obvious law that to give, one must have. exalted: The Mother. The great nourisher. The strength to nurture and the power to care. detrimented: The child depleting the resources of others. Weakness that can sap the strength and power of others." The second line is the Hermit. Second line days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their natural talents. People are stuck in their own trip. Not a great day to have a party because no one will want to come. Also on the 22nd Venus moves from the 51, to the 42 joining Uranus. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. Venus is about values, morality, natural law in which we deal with the other and the consequences of the world around us. Venus is in the 42nd Gate of "Growth (Increase); The expansion of the resources which maximizes the development of full potential," and Venus is detrimented in the 42.1 and while in the 42 also determents Uranus in the 42.1, and is "Diversification: detrimented: A tendency when surplus resources are available to centrifugal application. Decadence. Too much expansion can lead to decadence."

On the 23rd the Sun moves into the 3rd line of the 27th hexagram, at 10:51 am EDT. The Sun in the 27.3 is "Greed: The obsession with having much more than one needs. exalted: Here, the psychological manifestation. The obsession and dependency on knowing what is hidden. The secret policeman. The power derived in having more than one needs, whether sexually, mentally, or materially. detrimented: Mundane and wholly without redeeming value, greed, a lust that inevitably cripples. The lust for power to get more than one needs." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and error process, bonds made and broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out what doesn’t work. Things bump into you on a third line day, so be careful on the roads. Be careful of swinging doors or swinging elbows. This is a day where we might have bonds made or broken, or feel like we’re on trial. It's a good material day.     So no matter what energies are conditioning you during the week, remember this experience is about being a passenger riding in a vehicle driven by the magnetic monopole. So enjoy the scenery, and let the vehicle take you where you need to go, through using your strategy and authority. Every day is a blessing no matter what dramas beckon to distract us. We are all giving the performance of a life time on this world stage, just take some time to observe the play as well as act your part. Remember you are a spiritual being having a human experience.
