This is the "Weekly Neutrino Forecast for October
16th to October 22nd 2016."
On October
16th we have the Sun in Libra, and also in the 32nd hexagram. The Sun in the 32nd hexagram is mapped to an opening in
an energy channel called a gate, which is the 32nd gate of "Continuity (Duration); The only thing
that endures is change." Located on the Splenic center in a tribal energy
path in the Ego Circuit, called the "Channel
of the Transformation: a design of Being Driven"
that connects to the 54th Gate of "Ambition (The Marrying Maiden);
Interaction in its mundane social context but also one's mystical and cosmic
relationships." I have
found HD to be amazingly accurate in describing the person, that I use it as my
primary tool when I provide readings. We have the following activated gates on October
16th; the Sun
in the 32nd gate,
the Earth in the 42nd gate, North node in the 64th
gate and the South Node in the 63, Mercury in
the 57th gate,
Venus in the 14th gate, Mars in the 38, Jupiter in the 18th, Saturn in the 5th, Uranus retrograde in the 42, Neptune retrograde in the 37, and Pluto in the 38th gate. Obviously not
every gate activation forms a channel, but this information can be very helpful
if you know your own Human Design chart, because some of these transits will
form channels with potentials in your personal body graph.
The neutrino forecast is just a weather
report, no matter what the weather an individual's strategy and authority is
the correct choice to have an authentic experience regardless of the program.
As Ra Uru Hu said "Whatever the weather is going to be, you have your
neutrino umbrella. As long as you are experimenting with your strategy and
authority, the weather is for your pleasure."
We begin the week with no channel definitions
due to the transit field.
We are going to look at the Sun's Rave I'Ching
line values daily because 70% of the neutrinos we receive come from the Sun and
as Ra said in "Living with the Program: The Lines of the Day" when
talking about these daily shifts of line values, he said "We can always take
advantage of the themes of the day." If your strategy and authority does
not lead you in that direction, you can always notice how the program is
affecting others in your environment. So let's get started.
October 16th begins with the Sun in the 3rd line of the 32nd hexagram. The Sun in the 32.3 is "Lack of continuity: exalted:
Indecision and persistent reevaluation, that only because of its basic
intelligence manages to endure. Indecision in times of transformation. detrimented: An overreliance on traditionally legitimized
standards that in times of change can be totally out of step and suffer
unexpected humiliation. A lack of instinct in times of transformation." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and
error process, bonds made and broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out
what doesn’t work. Things bump into you on a third line day, so be careful on
the roads. Be careful of swinging doors or swinging elbows. This is a day where
we might have bonds made or broken, or feel like we’re on trial. It's a good
material day. A good day to do business and work on the material plane, but you
also have to be careful because things can go wrong. Things that lead to
discovery. Later on the 16th the Sun moves into the 4th line of the 32nd
hexagram at 8:15 am EDT (12:15 UT). The Sun in the 32.4 is described as "Right is might: exalted: Even
in times of change certain underlying principals endure. The instinct to
maintain one' principals in times of change. detrimented: Inner strength and
endurance as long as it is not threatened from the outside. The instinct to
maintain one's principals as long as one's security is not threatened." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change
from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal,
with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line
days are great for social interaction.
On the 17th the Sun moves into the 5th line of the 32nd hexagram at 6:56 am
EDT (10:56 UT). The Sun in the 32.5 is described as "Flexibility: Easy adaptation to
circumstances. exalted: Where superficiality is a valuable tool that while
masking the inner light permits adaptation to prevailing conditions. An
instinct for adaptation in times of change. detrimented: The urge to express
oneself in direct and often violent rejection of conformity. The potential of
the instinct to reject adaptation and conformity in times of change." The Fifth line is about projection, first
positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic. Positive projection being
“they could do this…”, “they’re the perfect person to do…” whatever is the
projection, and if the person does not do it, can’t do it, does not want to do
it, they do not meet the expectation, then the projection changes from positive
to negative, the person gets punished, the heretic gets tied to the stake. The
fifth line day is heretical, a day of suspicion, also a day of
universalization. Something can leak out and spread very rapidly like a virus.
YouTube video where suddenly there's millions of viewings or a facebook post
that goes viral. But there is a great deal of suspicion and paranoia on a 5th
line day, which impacts the nature of relationships. Of course if they are
projecting on you and you are not meeting their expectations, and they want to
punish you, that’s not paranoia. Seduction is also a theme of a fifth line day.
On the 18th the Sun moves into the 6th line of the 32nd hexagram at 5:37 am EDT
(9:37 UT). The Sun in the 32.6 is "Tranquility: The need to calmly face
impermanence. exalted: An underlying acceptance of change that may or may not
lead to tranquility. The instinctive awareness to accept change and
transformation. detrimented: Impermanence as proof of meaninglessness with its
attendant manifestations, depression, delusion, and in the extreme,
self-destruction. The fear engendered when change is experienced as
impermanence, and the potential for depression." The
sixth line is on the roof of the hexagram. It’s the Role Model. When I think
about being on the roof of a building, I don’t tend to look at the building,
rather what’s around the building, what’s in the neighborhood, what’s down the
road, what’s on the horizon… Ra said sixth line days
are about "not to get stuck with your head in the clouds because you'll
end up having something bang into your kneecaps." A day
where there is a real lack of focus of what's going on around you, because
folks are looking beyond their immediate environment. Like a 3rd line day there
are certain dangers. Not seeing the car coming. Not seeing a bill coming. Also on the 18th Venus moves from the 14th, to the 34th. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. Venus is
about values, morality, natural law in which we deal
with the other and the consequences of the world around us. What disturbs you at a moral level? Your design and
personality Venuses tell you the moral dilemma you're going to work with in
your life. If you do not act with moral clarity, Venus can be unkind in its
retribution. Venus in 34th gate of "Power (The
Power of the Great); Power is only great when its
display or use serves the common good," and Venus in the 34.1 is "The
bully: The indiscriminate use of power. exalted: The less negative, the resort
to power as a manifestation of frustration. The energy to display power as a
response to frustration. detrimented: The comeuppance that is the inevitable
destiny of the bully. The ever present risk of retaliation to power
displays." In
the program, Venus is about control through maintaining the status quo, in the
way in which we operate with each other. We experience the transiting planets
through the Maia. We are not here to avoid the Maia, but to embrace it, as
yourself, through following your Strategy and Authority. With Venus in the 34th hexagram and the
Mercury in the 57, we have the Channel of Power,
which is the design of an Archetype, which will be with us until October 19th.
This channel brings an attunement to the body to have an acute early warning
system to anything in the immediate environment. This increases intuitive
awareness through the power of a sacral response in those who have this channel.
This may affect folks to feel on guard and alert to any dangers in the moment.
This is an animal instinct to engage in battle or jump out of the way with a
split second response, from our attunement to sound and vibration. People will
be more in tune to what is being said from the tone of voice of the speaker
rather than the words spoken. Sometimes this is experienced as coolness by
others, but this individual channel of survival represents the archetype of
what it is to be human. The defined Splentic Center brings intuition and wellbeing.
Ra warned that non Splentic people may let go of something that is good for
them during a transit defining the Splenic Center. The
Sacral definition also affects non-Generator types in feeling busy and having
the endurance to work. They may also think they know when "enough is
enough" which could lead to a premature or abrupt end to something that
needs more time. As individual circuitry,
this definition brings melancholy that is best used in creative activities.
On the
19th the Sun moves from the, 32nd to the 50th and Earth moves from the 42nd Hexagram, leaving
Uranus, to the 3rd
Hexagram, in the Gate of "Ordering (Difficulty at the
beginning); The fundamental challenge of initiation is to transcend confusion
and establish order." This shift happens
at 4:16 am EDT (8:16 UT), with the Sun in the 50th gate of "Values (The
Cauldron): The values of historical continuity whose traditional values serve
and enrich the present and the future.” The Sun in the 50.1 of "The
Immigrant: Humbleness of origin that benefits rather than restricts destiny. exalted:
The desire to be effective and successful, that
builds on the most fundamental strengths while it refines its nature. The
awareness that the growth and refinement of values will benefit destiny.
detrimented: A dissatisfaction with/or embarrassment with origins, that makes
an obsession of refinement. A dissatisfaction with original values that demand
refinement." As we move from the 32 to the 50, we enter a Splenic tribal
gate, in the defense circuit, of supporting tribal laws. The 50th gate of laws and rules as to how to raise
children. It's a gate of rigidity. It's about protecting the tribe, and in
doing so homogenizing children through the values of gate 50 and gate 27 Nourishment,
a Sacral gate, that is about caring. The fertility for caring or not, connected
to gate 50 by the channel of preservation bringing the relationship between
nurturing and law. The defense circuit and can be deeply homogenizing of
children through caring. Caring about their forms. Feeding them, protecting
them from harm, keeping them safe from dangers, making sure they are clothed
and have shelter. With the "not-self" homogenization of children by
not knowing when enough is enough and holding on to thing that are not good for
us or them, when there is too much caring, too much food, too much control,
being overprotective, too much worry, coddling the child and arresting their
development, which is detrimental. The 50th gate has the fear of responsibility
for nurturing others, fear of marriage bonds. It's looking for the right king
of caring, taking responsibility for family, community, nation, and planet. It's
a source of intelligence, the guardian, that de-codifies it's awareness into taste,
instinct, and intuition. One of the 8 profiling gates, the 50 is about security.
It's polarity is the 3rd, a sacral gate of empowering individual mutation. The
gate of Ordering, difficulty at the beginning. The start of life is difficult.
It's difficult to be born. Gate 3 is a sacral gate that responds to life. It's
individual, and thus is about empowerment. This is potentially very creative,
in creating rules and laws, as if creating art. The 50 is tribal, so the rules,
are regarding how we deal with each other and within a society. The 3rd gate is
about the fulfillment of mutation. The 50 grounds the 3 with its laws that are
essential for the tribe and particularly the protection of the young. Of course
over time the laws change, they mutate, under the influence of the individual.
The law that tribes are most concerned with relate to food and sex. What is
allowed to bring nourishment to the tribe, is in the Cauldron. The first line is the investigator. When the Sun
is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days people look inward and are absorbed with
their own process. Lower trigram is a personal process. The theme of a first
line day is a fear or anxiety that needs to be investigated. A day to study,
not to act. Day to look into things, not jump. Good day to deal with things you
don't understand, can't make sense of or don't know. Also on the 19th Mercury moves from the 57,
to the 32, around and hour and a half after the Sun departs the 32, and Mars moves from the 38th, leaving Pluto, into the 54th hexagram. Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, is
communication, expansion of human consciousness through communication not just
as words but also music. What do you need to
communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design Mercury
through the medium of the personality Mercury.
This is the gate of "Continuity
(Duration); The only thing that endures is change"
and Mercury in the 32.1 is "Conservation:
exalted: A life sustaining respect and attention to all aspects of a process.
The potential to develop the instinct through detailed attention to the
process. detrimented: The uncontrollable urge to bypass essentials which
inevitably leads to the disruption of continuity. The fear of lack of
potential, and the corresponding lack of attention." In the program,
Mercury is about expression through communication. It influences the
homogenized population to communicate about the themes of the gate and line
that transiting Mercury inhabits. It's primary impact is psychological. It
impacts the not-self mind. It distorts the way we look at things in a way that
leads to action. This conditions people to think and communicate about the same
things. In the 32nd gate, I expect people talk about survival on the material
plane or the fear that there may not be enough resources for the tribe. Also on the 19th Mars moves from
the 38th, leaving Pluto, into
the 54th hexagram. Mars in the 54th gate of "Ambition (The Marrying Maiden);
Interaction in its mundane social context but also one's mystical and cosmic relationships," and Mars in the 54.1 is "Influence:
exalted: The ability to achieve through secret relationships, anywhere from the
private advisor to the Satanist. Ambition energized through secret
relationships which fuel influence. detrimented: A socially misguided
insistence on formal recognition of a relationship, that in terms of influence,
will diminish power. Ambition which demands formal recognition limiting
influence." Mars represents the warrior archetype. By following our
strategy and authority we slowly refine the energy of our design and
personality Mars from immaturity to wisdom. Mars in the program is about expression through a mutation. This plays
out in the mundane plane as change. These are changes that take hold in the
homogenized world as fads or trends. This is an illusion, because the
population is ready for the same changes at the same time because of transiting
Mars. With Mercury in the
32nd and Mars in the 54th gate, brings us the Channel
of Transformation: A design of being driven, until the 22nd. Which
brings tribal energy to support our drive to attain a distant goal. This
channel definition is a projected channel that must wait for the correct
allies. This will influence us to transform raw energy into something that
endures, to turn hard work into success. The themes of this definition are
time, money, value, business and bargaining. As a conditioning force I'd expect
we will see people wanting to be recognized for their hard work through
material success. For those who don't value themselves or their place in the
community, they may become workaholics under this influence. For those without a defined Root Center, this
transit definition can bring pressure which may have folks hurrying to get
things done to release their stress. The defined Splentic Center brings
intuition and wellbeing. Ra warned that non Splentic people may let go of

On the 20th the Sun
moves into the 2nd line of
the 50th hexagram at 2:55 am EDT (6:55 UT). The Sun is exalted in the 50.2 and
described as "Determination:
exalted: The strength of purpose that can enjoy overcoming adversity to achieve
its goals. The strength derived from maintaining one's values in the face of
opposition of conditioning." The second line is the Hermit. Second line days everyone is
waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their natural talents.
People are stuck in their own trip. Not a great day to have a party because no
one will want to come.
On the 21st the Sun moves into the 3rd line of the 50th hexagram, at 1:33 am
EDT (5:33 UT). The
Sun in the 50.3 is "Adaptability:
exalted: When unable to make it alone will naturally align itself with
nurturing and protective forces. The awareness that to maintain one's
principles and values, the support of others is necessary. detrimented: A
resentment when its natural mental gifts are ignored and is forced to curry
favor in order to survive. Discomfort with the awareness that one cannot stand
alone by one's principles." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and error process,

the Opportunist and change from inward perspective to looking outward, from

principles should not be abandoned casually. detrimented: A perverse reaction
to rebel against the methodology of one's very success. When effectively
stimulated, the drive to rebel against basic principles." The

So no matter what energies
are conditioning you during the week, remember this experience is about being a
passenger riding in a vehicle driven by the magnetic monopole. So enjoy the
scenery, and let the vehicle take you where you need to go, through using your
strategy and authority. Every day is a blessing no matter what dramas beckon to
distract us. We are all giving the performance of a life time on this world
stage, just take some time to observe the play as well as act your part.
