This is the "Weekly Neutrino Forecast for December
21st to December 27th 2014".
On December 21st we have the Sun in Sagittarius before moving into
Capricorn later in the day and also in the 10th hexagram. The Sun in the 10th hexagram is mapped to an
opening in an energy channel called a gate, which is the 10th gate of "Behavior
of the Self (Treading); The underlying code of behavior which ensures
successful interaction despite circumstances." Located on the G center in a Individual energy
path in the Centering Circuit, called the "Channel of Exploration: A design of Following One's Convictions" that connects to the 34th
Gate of "Power
(The Power of the Great); Power is only great when its
display or use serves the common good." Being part of the integration
channels the 10th also forms "The Channel of Perfected Form: A design of
an Survival" with the 57th Gate of "Intuitive Insight (The
Gentle)"; and
"The Channel of Awakening: A design of Commitment to Higher
Principals" with the 20th Gate of "The Now (Contemplation)." I have found HD to be so amazingly accurate in
describing the person, that I use it as my primary tool when I provide
readings. We have the following activated gates on December 21st; the
Sun in the 10th gate, the Earth in the 15th gate, North node in the 57th gate and the South Node in the 51, Mercury in the 58th gate, Venus in the 38, Mars in the 19, Jupiter retrograde in the 4th, Saturn in the 14th, Uranus at a standstill as it turns direct on
the 21st in the 21, Neptune in the 55, and Pluto in the 38th gate. Obviously not every gate activation forms a channel, but this
information can be very helpful if you know your own Human Design chart,
because some of these transits will form channels with potentials in your

The neutrino forecast is just a weather report,
no matter what the weather an individual's strategy and authority is the
correct choice to have an authentic experience regardless of the program. As Ra
Uru Hu said "Whatever the weather is going to be, you have your neutrino
umbrella. As long as you are experimenting with your strategy and authority,
the weather is for your pleasure."
We begin the week with one channel definition due to the transit
field. With
the Sun in the 10 and the North Node in the 57 we have the Channel of the Perfected Form
until the 25th. This is a design for survival where behavior becomes art. The
defined Splentic Center brings intuition and wellbeing. Ra warned that non
Splentic people may let go of something that is good for them during a transit
defining the Splenic Center. The influence as a transit may be that folks need
to perfect their form, however they define that, whether it is their bodies,
their work, their home, their art... whatever form means to them. This brings
the love for art that is created simply for the enjoyment of the artist. Folks
may find they have more of an ability to "think on their feet" under
this influence. As individual circuitry,
this definition brings melancholy that is best used in creative activities.
We are going to look at the Sun's Rave I'Ching
line values daily because 70% of the neutrinos we receive come from the Sun and
as Ra said in "Living with the Program: The Lines of the Day" when
talking about these daily shifts of line values, he said "We can always
take advantage of the themes of the day." If your strategy and authority
does not lead you in that direction, you can always notice how the program is
affecting others in your environment. So let's get started.
On December 21st begins
with the Sun in the 2nd line of the 10th hexagram. The Sun in the 10.2 is described
as "The
hermit: The successful sidestepping of behavioral requirements through
isolation. exalted: Where mental functions enrich aloneness. Independent
behavior through isolation. detrimented: The angry exile. Isolation to preserve
independent behavior in the face of conditioning." Second line days everyone is waiting for
something. Waiting for the call. People are stuck in their own trip. Not a
great day to have a party because no one will want to come. Later on the 21st the
Sun moves into the 3rd line of the 10th hexagram, at 8:59 pm EST. The Sun in
the 10.3 is "The
martyr: The futile rejection of standards based on a just awareness. exalted: The
martyr as an enduring example whose behavior is ultimately enshrined. Behavior that
is ultimately challenged by others. detrimented: The martyr complex. The active
pursuit of martyrdom for personal aggrandizement. Behavior as a way to attract
attention.” Third line days, be
careful on the roads. Be careful of swinging doors or swinging elbows. This is
a day where we might have bonds made or broken. 3rd line day is about trial and
error and things bump into you. It's a good material day. A good day to do
business and work on the material plane, but you also have to be careful
because things can go wrong. Things that lead to discovery. Also on the 21st Mars
moves from the 19 hexagram into the 13. Mars in the gate of "The Listener
(The Fellowship of Man); Universal ideas and values in an ordered framework
which inspires humanistic cooperation." Mars in the 13.1 is "Empathy:
The ability to relate and commune with equanimity. exaltation: Harmony through
affection. A role of openness in listening to others with affection. detrimented:
The politician kissing babies. A role of openness that is never free of
motives." Ra spoke of Mars being an
extraordinary and immature energy resource, that lacks refinement, and is
subject to outbursts. Mars represents the warrior archetype. By following our
strategy and authority we slowly refine the energy of our design and
personality Mars from immaturity to wisdom.
On the 22nd the Sun moves into in
the 4th line of the 10th hexagram at 7:04 pm EST where the Sun is described as "The
opportunist: The acceptance of norms until a successful transformation can be
engendered. exalted: Transformation that is transcendence to a higher code. The
maintaining of behavioral patterns until the right moment and opportunity for
transformation. detrimented: Opportunism as a game and/or mental exercise.
Altering one's behavioral patterns in order to take advantage of opportunities."
Fourth line days change
from inward perspective to looking outward. Themes of friendship, of
companionship, of networking. Fourth line days are great for social
interaction. People are more open to networking, to being friendly and social. Also
on the 22nd Mercury moves from the 58 to the 38 joining Pluto, and earlier Venus moves from 38 leaving Pluto, into the 54. Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, is communication,
expansion of human consciousness through communication not just as words but
also music. What do you need to communicate in this life? We communicate
the message of the design Mercury through the medium of the personality
Mercury. What might be communicated with Mercury in the 38? The pressure to
challenge threats to our integrity. This is the gate of "The fighter
(Opposition): the ability to preserve individual integrity through opposition
to detrimental forces," and
Mercury in the 38.1 is "Qualification:
Tempering opposition based on circumstances. exalted: The psychic attunement
that guarantees proper action. The psychic gift of knowing when and how to
fight. detrimented: The tendency to oppose as a general rule. The drive to
fight as a general rule." Also
on the 22nd Venus moves from the 38th
gate leaving Pluto, to
the 54th hexagram. In HD, Venus
is very powerful and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. It brings morality,
natural law in which we deal with the other and the consequences of the world
around us. What disturbs you at a moral level? Your design and personality
Venuses tell you the moral dilemma you're going to work with in your life. If
you do not act with moral clarity, Venus can be unkind in its retribution.
Venus is in the 54 Gate of "Ambition (The Marrying Maiden);
Interaction in its mundane social context but also one's mystical and cosmic
relationships." Venus is detrimented in
the 54.1 as "Influence:
detrimented: A socially misguided insistence on formal recognition of a
relationship, that in terms of influence, will diminish power. Ambition which
demands formal recognition limiting influence."
On the 23rd the Sun moves into the
5th line of the 10th hexagram at 5:09 pm EST. The Sun in the 10.5 is described
as "The
heretic: Direct and overt challenge to the norms. exalted: The ability to
succeed through the understanding and expression of higher principles. Principled
behavior which directly challenges tradition. detrimented: The burning at the
stake. Behavior which directly challenges behavior and is eventually
punished." Fifth line day is
heretical, a day of suspicion, also a day of universalization. Something can
leak out and spread very rapidly like a virus. YouTube video where suddenly
there's millions of viewings or a facebook post that goes viral. But there is a
great deal of suspicion and paranoia on a 5th line day, which impacts the
nature of relationships. Projection or seduction are themes of a fifth line
day.
On the 24th the Sun moves into the
6th line of the 10th hexagram at 3:14 pm EST. The Sun in the 10.6 is "The role
model: The perfect expression of norms through action rather than words. exalted:
The constant example that refocuses the complacent on the basic integrity of
set behavior. The enduring value of the expression of the Self through action
rather than words. detrimented: The hypocrite. Do as I say, not as I do.
Behavior restricted to words rather than actions." Sixth line day
"not to get stuck with your head in the clouds because you'll end up
having something bang into your kneecaps." A day where there is a real lack of focus of what's going on
around you, because folks are looking beyond their immediate environment. Like
a 3rd line day there are certain dangers. Not seeing the car coming. Not seeing
the bill coming. Also on the 24th Saturn moves from the 14 to the 34. Ra
described Saturn as "Yin in Yang clothing". Saturn is the judge. This
is the place of vulnerability, where we deal with the consequences of our
actions. Strategy and authority are the best way to avoid paying the Saturnian
price. The
34th hexagram is "Power (The power of the great):
Power is only great when its display or use serves the common good." Saturn is
exalted in the 1st line of "The
bully: The indiscriminate use of power. exalted: The less negative, the resort
to power as a manifestation of frustration. The energy to display power as a
response to frustration." With Saturn in the
34th hexagram, and the North Node in the 57, we have the Channel of Power, which is the design of an Archetype,
which will be with us until January 2nd. This channel brings an attunement to
the body to have an acute early warning system to anything in the immediate
environment. This increases our intuitive awareness through the power of a
sacral response. This may affect folks to feel on guard and alert to any
dangers in the moment. This is an animal instinct to engage in battle or jump
out of the way with a split second response, from our attunement to sound and
vibration. People will be more in tune to what is being said from the tone of
voice of the speaker rather than the words spoken. Sometimes this is
experienced as coolness by others, but this individual channel of survival
represents the archetype of what it is to be human. The defined Splentic Center brings intuition and
wellbeing. Ra warned that non Splentic people may let go of something that is

circuitry, this definition brings melancholy that is best used in creative
activities.
With Saturn in the 34th hexagram, and the Sun in the 10, we have the Channel of Exploration: A design of
Following One's Convictions, which will be with us until the 25th. This
may influence people to be more centered by loving themselves and trusting
their inner convictions. This is a creative channel where people are here to do
what they love in life when they trust their own convictions. The difficulty of
this definition as a conditioning force is that we are likely to see people
trying to impose their own way on others. This channel is individual and can be
empowering when people are more independent and less reliant on others, thus
centered in themselves. This may be seen as selfish, but as long as you follow
your strategy and authority, you need not feel guilty about your behavior, even
if others question your actions. This also affects non-Generator types in
feeling busy and having the endurance to work, but don't get used to it. Being
individual circuitry, expect cloudy weather as melancholy may be present under
this influence. Remember this energy is “the Muse,” so it is great for
creativity.
On the 25th the Sun moves from the 10th to the 58, and Earth moves from the 15th
to the 52nd Hexagram and the Gate of "Inaction (Keeping Still (Mountain));
Temporary and self-imposed inaction for the benefit of assessment." This shift happens at 1:19 pm EST, with the Sun
in the 58th gate of "Aliveness
(The Joyous): Stimulation is the key to joy," and the Sun in the 58.1 is "Love of life:
exalted: The very stimulation of the world is the basis of an aesthetic
appreciation of its beauty and wonder. Alone or shared with others, this
profound inner realization is the key for a joyous harmony with the process of
being. The energy which fuels the love of life. detrimented:
The cyclical energy which intermittently fuels the love of life." The Sun is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days
people look inward and are absorbed with their own process. The theme of a
first line day is fear. Anxiety that needs to be investigated. A day to study,
not to act. Day to look into things, not jump. Good day to deal with things you
don't understand, can't make sense of or don't know.
On the 26th the Sun moves into 2nd
line of the 58th hexagram. This shift happens at 11:23 am EST. The Sun in the
58.2 is described as "Perversion:
exalted: No polarity. No exaltation. detrimented: A genius for perverse stimulation
that afflicts oneself and others by promoting degeneracy and reducing joy to
indulgence and decadence. The energy which fuels the drive for perverse
stimulation." Second line days
everyone is waiting for something. Waiting for the call. People are stuck in
their own trip. Not a great day to have a party because no one will want to
come. Also on the 26th Mercury moves from the
38 leaving Pluto, to
the 54 joining
Venus. Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, is communication,
expansion of human consciousness through communication not just as words but

move up the ladder to gain resources for the tribe. This is the gate of "Ambition (The

the 54 and described as "Influence:
detrimented: A socially misguided insistence on formal recognition of a
relationship, that in terms of influence, will diminish power. Ambition which
demands formal recognition limiting influence."
On the 27th the Sun moves into the
3rd line of the 58th hexagram, at 9:28 am EST. The Sun in the 58.3 is "Electricity: exalted:
The individual whose electric vitality creates its own stimulation and is not
dependent on others. The energy to fuel independent stimulation. detrimented:
The quality of fire is dependent of its fuel and subject to its influence, good
or bad. The energy for aliveness that is dependent on others for stimulation."
Third line days, be
careful on the roads. Be careful of swinging doors or swinging elbows. This is

universal underlying principals." Venus is detrimented in the 61.1 as "Occult knowledge: detrimented:
Where a reliance on secret knowledge increasingly demands ascetic withdrawal
and leads eventually to obscurity. Where the pressure to know the mysteries can
be so strong that one can be eventually incapable of handling exoteric
realities."
This
week we have the Sun moving through the 10th, 58th, 38th, and 54th hexagrams which
are the gates associated with the Vishnu god's head, which is the third face of
the Quarter of Mutation. Mutation is about purpose being fulfilled through
transformation and accepting death. In Hinduism, Vishnu reclines floating in
the cosmic sea, and out of his navel a lotus blossom emerges and opens to
reveal Brahma, the creator deity. Brahma opens his eye and the Universe comes
into being, and closes his eye the Universe goes out of being, he opens his eye
another Universe comes into being then closes his eye the Universe goes out of
being and so on through eternity. But the creator Brahma does not exists
without Vishnu, making Vishnu the supreme deity, without which the entire
pantheon of Hindu gods would not exist. So Vishnu represents the one supreme
god head that eventually leads to monotheism. If you’ve been following these
reports for a while, you’ll recognize where the role of one supreme god will
play in the theme of mind believing it is superior to form. Vishnu is the ruler
of all others. One of Vishnu's avatars is Buddha and the consciousness that
life is suffering, that to be in form brings sacrifice. This is the concept of
reincarnation, where we are reborn life after life until we eventually “get it
right” so we can get off the merry-go-round of being incarnated. These concepts,
the existence is suffering and the one true god, have been used throughout
history to perpetuate suffering, oppress people, and gives license to mind. In
the Quarter of Mutation we begin to address our mortality. We have seen in the
past faces the theme of the mind running the form, and in the Realm of Sirius,
the mind recognizes that the form is going to die and loses its identification
with its immortality. When we look at the hexagrams associated with Vishnu, the
10th is behavior (Treading), the 58th is aliveness (The Joyous), the 38th is
the fighter (Opposition), and the 54th is ambition (The Marrying Maiden). In
the 10th gate we have the love of living, of being alive, and individual
survival. The 58th gate is collective logic's pressure for
improvement. The 38th gate is the fuel to fight, struggle, and
possibly suffer to achieve individual purpose. The 54th gate is
tribal ambition to rise up through the ranks in hopes of having a better life,
but of course there is suffering at every station in life. The first noble truth
of the Buddha is "life is suffering" and the second is "the root
of all suffering is attachment." Which is to say "the root of all
suffering is mind." Human Design gives us freedom from mental attachment
through following our strategy and honoring our authority. We will still
experience pain, but suffering is optional when your living your design.
So no matter what energies
are conditioning you during the week, remember this experience is about being a
passenger riding in a vehicle driven by the magnetic monopole. So enjoy the
scenery, and let the vehicle take you where you need to go, through using your
strategy and authority. Every day is a blessing no matter what dramas beckon to
distract us. We are all giving the performance of a life time on this world
stage, just take some time to observe the play as well as act your part.
