Human Design Neutrino Forecast for January 22nd 2016 Rave New Year

This is the "2016 Rave New Year Neutrino Forecast."

    On January 22nd we have the Sun in Aquarius when it enters the 41st hexagram at 9:37 am EST. At that time we have the Sun in the 41.1, the Earth is detrimented in the 31.1, the Moon is in the 39.5, North node in the 6.1 and the South Node in the 36.1, Mercury is retrograde and exalted in the 54.1, Venus in the 10.1, Mars is exalted in the 44.3, Jupiter retrograde in the 6.1, Saturn in the 5.3, Uranus in the 51.2, Neptune in the 37.3, and Pluto is exalted in the 54.1. 

The 64 hexagrams of the I'Ching have corresponding codons in DNA, and the 41st is the only initiating codon; that begins every string of genetic information. Every genetic sentence begins with the 41st codon, which is the gate of “Decrease”, which begins the stream of "The Human Experiential Way", through the 30 "Fate", then the 36 "Crisis", and finally the 35 "Expectations". This is the stream of desire for experience. Entry of the Sun in the 41st gate initiates a new human cycle on this plane. The 41 comes out of the root, which is a pressure center, so we have the pressure to start something. When the Sun enters in the gate of decrease, in the channel of desire, we have the RAVE NEW YEAR. This influences all forms of life, at the beginning of a new solar cycle. "Decrease" is like the gardener who cuts the plant back so that it can sprout anew.

Over the past few weeks we’ve looked at the stages leading up to the Rave New Year. During the Gregorian New Year we had the Sun in the 38(opposition), and the Earth in the 39(obstruction), bringing us to question did we fulfill our purpose, and fulfill our spirit in the past year. This is the beginning of closing down the cycle leading to the Rave New year. Was there a purpose? Then the Sun in the 54 (ambition) and the Earth in the 53 (beginnings) brought us to look forward, who are the correct allies to fulfill our ambition for transformation and new beginnings? Who can I work with? Who can I trust and rely on? Then the 61 (inner truth) and 62 (details) brought us to look within ourselves for inspiration, based on facts. Based on what is possible. Then the Sun in the 60 (limitation) to just let go, closes out the year. Letting go of the seduction of the mind. Letting go of insecurities driving us to believe we need to make something happen. Closing the book on the past to be ready to step forward into a new cycle. To get clean. This is about transcending limitation through acceptance. 

So let look at this year’s Rave New Year chart which occurs at 9:37 am EST on January 22nd. I’ve been looking at these Rave New Year charts since 2011, and this is the first year since then, where the chart is without any definition, most frequently having the 41-30 Channel of Recognition defined. This year the transits do not define a channel and centers, we have a chart of a reflector. Some other things I find interesting about the chart are the number of first lines, even taking into account the Sun-Earth will always be first lines during the Rave New Year, out of the remaining 11 hexagrams 6 are first lines, with 1 second, 3 third, 0 forth, 1 fifth, and 0 sixth lines. There are more first lines than the rest combined. So I think the upcoming cycle will have an emphasis on investigation, or research, that gets triggered by an anxious sense that there is information that needs to be known and understood. 

Another interesting aspect is the number of tribal gates with 6 out of 11 without counting the Sun Earth, with 3 individual and 2 collective (one each logic and abstract). This global imprint emphasizes the tribe and the themes of support. Who do you support? Who supports you? Do we have the resources to support the tribe?

Also of interest are Jupiter and the North Node in the 6.1 and Mercury and Pluto in the 54.1. These are tight conjunctions with Jupiter at 22 degrees 54 minutes Virgo and the North Node at 22 degrees 59 minutes Virgo. Along with Mercury at 15 degrees 41 minutes Capricorn and Pluto at 15 degrees 47 minutes Capricorn. Even though the North Node represents environment, it gets filtered through Jupiter.

We always start with the Sun in the 41.1, which brings the imagination to make the very best out of very little. With the Sun in the 41st gate of "Contraction (Decrease); The limitation of resources which maximizes development of potential", and the Sun in the 41.1 is "Reasonableness: The appropriate delegation of responsibility. exalted: Imagination to make the best out of very little. Coolness, where the energy to release feelings is selective. detrimented: A tendency in understanding, to assume capability, leading to strain. The hothead, the urge to release feelings." The Earth is in the 31 st hexagram and gate of "Leadership(Influence); The law of friction, whether active or passive, that engenders transference and thus influence" and always detrimented in the Rave New Year chart in the 31.1 as "Manifestation: Influence cannot exist in a vacuum. detrimented: The absorption of light, that in darkness can only promise manifestation. The unnatural expression of leadership." With the Sun Earth always being the same on the Rave New Year, I read the chart like I would a solar return chart with only personality activations. Which means this interpretation is like being a reverse "soothsayer" where following your strategy and authority gives you a way to navigate these possibilities. But for the majority of people on this planet, living "not-self" lives, they have no choice but to be conditioned by these energies, and potentially make decisions based on that conditioning.

Next to the Sun in the 41.1, we have the Moon in the individual pressure gate of provocation. The Moon, the reflective light to carry out the message of that Sun, to embody the Sun's message, not as input, as direction, as force, as drive. Inner nature brought to the surface and put on display. Guiding us to the material acceptance of life. Where is the moon pulling humanity to stand up and be on display? It's in the 39th hexagram of "The Provocateur (Obstruction); The value of obstruction in provoking analysis, assessment and reevaluation.” and in the fifth line of "Single-mindedness: The rare ability not to overcome but to bypass obstacles. exalted: The imagination to establish new patterns that make obstacles irrelevant. The imaginative energy to provoke through bypassing obstacles. detrimented: Simple hardheadedness. Though less exalted, it can often result in success and gather support by its very determination. The energy to provoke through hardheadedness." The 39th gate connects to the 55th gate were the mutation is taking place as we progress towards 2027, bringing the next stage in human evolution and the rave. Also adding to the Rave New Year pressure, are Mercury and Pluto in the 54.1, in the hexagram of "Ambition (The Marrying Maiden); Interaction in its mundane social context but also one's mystical and cosmic relationships," and in the 54.1, were they are exalted in the line of "Influence: exalted: The ability to achieve through secret relationships, anywhere from the private advisor to the Satanist. Ambition energized through secret relationships which fuel influence," in the realm of communication and personal subjective truth. The pressure to achieve resources for the tribe, through communicating "truth" through secret and perhaps covert means.

The solar plexus brings awareness through the 6th, 36th, and 37th hexagrams and their corresponding fears of intimacy, inadequacy, and tradition. The nodes are openings for neutrino energy from outside our solar system and representative of our environment. The south node is in the 36.1, in the hexagram of "Crisis (The Darkening of the Light); The rule of cycles in which decline is a natural but not enduring stage," and first line of "Resistance: exalted: The energy and determination to persevere in the face of opposition. The emotional power to handle crisis. detrimented: An over-principled resistance that rather than being selective in resistance, and thus less at risk, will maintain normal patterns and incur opposition. A resistance to change that will always bring crisis".  So in the upcoming year, crisis is an environmental theme. When Ra spoke about the Nodes in 36 and 6, he spoke about it being a "difficult environment to find one's purpose" and being an "uncomfortable environment in which to develop," as it brings crisis and inexperience, yet it "is the precise environment necessary for the fulfillment of whatever the purpose happens to be in its Cross and Profile structure." And then we have both Jupiter and the North Node in the 6.1, in the gate of "Friction (Conflict); The fundamental design component of progress. The law that growth cannot exist without friction," and in the first line of "Retreat: The realization that wasting one's resources against overwhelming odds is not courage but folly. exalted: The power of regeneration that can embrace retreat as a phase and not a failure. The emotional stability to accept conflict. detrimented: The inferiority complex, where retreat is experienced as personal weakness. Emotional instability in times of conflict." So we are looking at an environment of Conflict and Crisis, with Jupiter expanding the law of friction and intimacy. This is an emotional environment. Growth cannot exist without friction. The 6 connects to the 59th gate of sexuality, which is being affected by the mutation as we move towards 2027, altering fertility and the reproductive capacity of humanity. The 6th gate is related to whether we are open or closed to intimacy. This brings an environment where people are caught up in friction, an environment where human beings are in conflict, where there is crisis, an environment that is full of tension. Neptune in the 37.3, in the gate that is closing out the Global Cycle as we move toward 2027. Neptune brings a veil, and doesn't let us see what things are all about. So for the majority of people are blind to the fact that the tribal supports, that have been in place for hundreds of years, are breaking down, not do to this political party or that, but because we are coming to the end of a major cycle. Neptune is in the hexagram of "Friendship (The Family); The manifestation macro- and micro-cosmically of the organic nature of communities," and in the 37.3 is "Evenhandedness: The success of any group is dependent on maintaining order. exalted: The ability to judge what behavior is appropriate and react in a balanced manner to transgressions. The possibility to have the sensitivity to know what behavior is appropriate in a relationship. detrimented: An ironic tendency to either test incessantly the borders of acceptability or to respond to the very same tendency in others with severity. The possible lack of sensitivity to what behavior is appropriate."

Saturn is in the undefined Sacral motor in the third line of the 5 hexagram, bringing consequences to the "not-self" world in the gate of "Fixed Rhythms (Waiting): The fundamental attunement to natural rhythms. Waiting as an active state of awareness," and the third line of "Compulsiveness: The fear engendered by the sense of helplessness resulting in unnecessary stress and activity. exalted: Compulsiveness can be limited in its negative effect through flights of imagination. Though still stressful, they do not lead to action. A surrender to the limitations of a fixed rhythm through the empowerment of the imagination. detrimented: Unable to surrender and at odds with one's own rhythm." So from the awareness of crisis and conflict in the environment, the homogenized world will respond to feeling helpless by taking compulsive actions. Mars in the Splenic Center brings the awareness of the 44.3 in the gate of "Alertness (Coming to Meet): The success of any interaction is based on the absence of any preconditions," and exalted in the third line of "Interference: The failure to interact based on circumstances. exalted: The ability to recognize the threat of interference and to prepare for its effects. The alertness and instinct to handle the ego of others." So in the "Not-self" world Mars brings an immature energy resource, that lacks refinement, subject to outbursts to interfere, and in an undefined Splenic Center to let go a what is good for the tribe. We have the mythical god of war triggering the fear of extinction.

We have Uranus in the 51st gate of "Shock (The Arousing); The ability to respond to disorder and shock through recognition and adaption," and 51.2 is described as "Withdrawal: exalted: The recognition of the mechanics of shock that indicates when withdrawal is the only logical action. The instinctive withdrawal when the power of the ego is threatened. detrimented: Being too smart for one's own good and rejecting withdrawal in the vain belief that one can outsmart natural forces. The egoism to reject withdrawal and face possible defeat." Venus is in the G center 10th gate of "The behavior of the Self (Treading): The underlying code of behavior which ensures successful interaction despite circumstances," and Venus is in the 1st line of "Modesty: An innate sense to know and accept one's place. exalted: A valued sense of purpose no matter what the position. The ability to know one's place and how to act despite circumstances. detrimented: The affliction of oversensitivity and hurt feelings. Oversensitivity to external conditioning of behavior." Venus represents values and in this Rave New Year, what the homogenized world values is accepting one's place 10, during this time of conflict 6, crisis 36, shock 51, fear of extinction 44, helplessness 5, as people in power test the borders of what is acceptable 37, and use covert communication to gain power 54, and provoke confrontations 39.

But that’s the dark side. There is a struggle over resources. We cannot change the ignorance of the “not-self” world, but we can make a difference in our own lives. There is not much you can do about the madness of the world, so take care of yourself and the ones you love. No matter what happening in the world, good, bad, indifferent, take care of yourself and the ones you love. You can find your way, by navigating as yourself. This about not being homogenized. This is weather that doesn’t have to negatively impact your life. As Ra said "That’s the beautify to understand how to operate as yourself, is that you’re out of the program."

And of course we are moving towards 2027 and the end of the "Cross of Planning", as the background frequency is going to insist that we have our own authority to guide us, because we will not have an infrastructure to support us. We are all seeing this as basic support structures that have been in place through governments and institutions continue to dwindle. As Ra has said in the past "Never mind this year. It isn't going to track any better over the years building up to 2027, because we have the slow breakdown of the 40-37 community infrastructure. It's not about waiting for a new year's forecast that's going to be full of light and brightness. Because it's not what's happening. You have to see that the counter point of the dissolving of the infrastructure is the empowering of the individual. This is the only counterpoint, what your strategy and authority offers you is the empowerment of you as an individual. To align yourself to the frequency that is truly you...
