Human Design Weekly Neutrino Forecast for September 25th to October 1st 2016

This is the "Weekly Neutrino Forecast for September 25th to October 1st 2016."

    On September 25th we have the Sun in Libra, and also in the 46th hexagram. The Sun in the 46th hexagram is mapped to an opening in an energy channel called a gate, which is the 46th gate of "Determination of the Self (Pushing Upwards); Good fortune that may be perceived as a result of serendipity but derives from effort and dedication." Located on the G center in a collective abstract energy path in the Sensing Circuit, called the “Channel of Discovery: A design of succeeding where others fail and failing were others succeed" that connects to the 29th Gate of "Saying Yes (The Abysmal); The deep within the deep. Persistence despite difficulties has inevitable rewards." I have found HD to be amazingly accurate in describing the person, that I use it as my primary tool when I provide readings. We have the following activated gates on September 25th; the Sun in the 46th gate, the Earth in the 25th gate, North node in the 64th gate and the South Node in the 63, Mercury newly direct, in the 64th gate, Venus in the 50th gate, Mars in the 10, Jupiter in the 46th, Saturn in the 9th, Uranus retrograde in the 42, Neptune retrograde in the 37, and Pluto at a standstill or stationed as it turns direct on the 26th, in the 38th gate. Obviously not every gate activation forms a channel, but this information can be very helpful if you know your own Human Design chart, because some of these transits will form channels with potentials in your personal body graph.       

The neutrino forecast is just a weather report, no matter what the weather an individual's strategy and authority is the correct choice to have an authentic experience regardless of the program. As Ra Uru Hu said "Whatever the weather is going to be, you have your neutrino umbrella. As long as you are experimenting with your strategy and authority, the weather is for your pleasure."       

We begin the week with no channel definitions due to the transit field. 

We are going to look at the Sun's Rave I'Ching line values daily because 70% of the neutrinos we receive come from the Sun and as Ra said in "Living with the Program: The Lines of the Day" when talking about these daily shifts of line values, he said "We can always take advantage of the themes of the day." If your strategy and authority does not lead you in that direction, you can always notice how the program is affecting others in your environment. So let's get started.

September 25th begins with the Sun in the 5th line of the 46th hexagram. The Sun in the 46.5 is described as "Pacing: exalted: The maintenance of proper rhythm, that in its instinctive practically, avoids radical divergence from successful patterns. The determination to stay with the rhythm which brings success. detrimented: An irrational rejection of the very patterns that have proven successful. Determined to say no to the very rhythm that brings success." The Fifth line is about projection, first positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic. Positive projection being “they could do this…”, “they’re the perfect person to do…” whatever is the projection, and if the person does not do it, can’t do it, does not want to do it, they do not meet the expectation, then the projection changes from positive to negative, the person gets punished, the heretic gets tied to the stake. The fifth line day is heretical, a day of suspicion, also a day of universalization. Something can leak out and spread very rapidly like a virus. YouTube video where suddenly there's millions of viewings or a facebook post that goes viral. But there is a great deal of suspicion and paranoia on a 5th line day, which impacts the nature of relationships. Of course if they are projecting on you and you are not meeting their expectations, and they want to punish you, that’s not paranoia. Seduction is also a theme of a fifth line day. Later on the 25th the Sun moves into the 6th line of the 46th hexagram at 10:19 am EDT (14:19 UT). The Sun in the 46.6 is "Integrity: exalted: The wisdom to secure one's identity through careful consideration of the restrictive potential of commitment. The determination to say no to restrictive commitments. detrimented: Deceiving oneself and others by overextending one's resources and eventually being in the position of having to break promises. A drive for success that will not say no, and will end up breaking promises." The sixth line is on the roof of the hexagram. It’s the Role Model. When I think about being on the roof of a building, I don’t tend to look at the building, rather what’s around the building, what’s in the neighborhood, what’s down the road, what’s on the horizon… Ra said sixth line days are about "not to get stuck with your head in the clouds because you'll end up having something bang into your kneecaps."  A day where there is a real lack of focus of what's going on around you, because folks are looking beyond their immediate environment. Like a 3rd line day there are certain dangers. Not seeing the car coming. Not seeing a bill coming. Also on the 25th Venus moves from the 50th, to the 28th. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. Venus is about values, morality, natural law in which we deal with the other and the consequences of the world around us. What disturbs you at a moral level? Your design and personality Venuses tell you the moral dilemma you're going to work with in your life. If you do not act with moral clarity, Venus can be unkind in its retribution. Venus in 28th gate of "The Game Player (Preponderance of the Great): The transitoriness of power and influence," and Venus is detrimented in the 28.1 of "Preparation: detrimented: The aesthetic appreciation of planning that may have no real application. An intuition for detail without the potential for application." In the program, Venus is about control through maintaining the status quo, in the way in which we operate with each other. We experience the transiting planets through the Maia. We are not here to avoid the Maia, but to embrace it, as yourself, through following your Strategy and Authority. With Venus in the 28, and Pluto in the 38 we have the Channel of Struggle which will be affecting us until the 29th. This brings experiences where people struggle against overwhelming odds. It is through this archetypal "hero's journey" of fighting for our purpose that empowers others to stubbornly fight for what holds meaning for them. This is about empowerment that comes from being who we are meant to be instead of following the conditioning of our families, schools, religions and governments. They are said to be deaf, so they don't hear the other and become distracted from their authentic path. For those without a defined Root Center, this transit definition can bring pressure which may have folks hurrying to get things done to release their stress. The defined Splentic Center brings intuition and wellbeing. Ra warned that non Splentic people may let go of something that is good for them during a transit defining the Splenic Center. As individual circuitry, this definition brings melancholy that is best used in creative activities.

On the 26th the Sun moves from the 46th, leaving Jupiter, to the 18th and Earth moves from the 25th Hexagram, to the 17th and the Gate of "Opinions (Following); The ancient law that those who wish to rule must know how to serve." This shift happens at 9:16 am EDT (13:16 UT), with the Sun in the 18th gate of "Correction (Work on what has been spoilt); The vigilance and determination to uphold and defend basic and fundamental human rights." The Sun is in the 18.1 of "Conservatism: The adherence to traditional patterns despite and/or in spite of changing circumstances. exalted: Gradual modification to avoid eventual upheaval. The potential to correct through gradual modification. detrimented: The patriarch whose rigidly guarantees deterioration. The potential to refuse to correct."As we move from the 46 to the 18, we enter a collective logic gate of sharing perfection, of seeing patterns and what needs correction. Not necessarily knowing how to fix the problem, but that there is an issue that is not working correctly. Gate 18 brings the fear of authority, but also challenging authority. This is in the quarter of duality, and often the first authority we challenge is our parents. Many people who have the 18th gate, it is the opposite sex parent that had more influence in their lives. Even for a woman whose father was absent, the absent of the father has a greater impact than the mother who raised her. Authority can be unreasonable. This is in the stream of taste. It's harmonic is the 58th gate, in the Root center, of joyous stimulation of perfection. Together they form the channel of judgment. Because this is collective, this is constructive criticism for the benefit of society. It's polarity is the Ajna center 17th gate of organizing through opinions. This is another collective logic gate. The 17 has opinions that seek the details. The Sun in the 18 is here to question authority and offer correction, for the good of the collective, for humanity. To organize society. This bring us to the third variation of the cross of service. Which is the most logical cross. Logic is future oriented and looks at patterns. Some that come in on this cross use it to criticize their family or friends. They can be deeply dissatisfied, but through that dissatisfaction they become of service. The first line is the investigator. When the Sun is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days people look inward and are absorbed with their own process. Lower trigram is a personal process. The theme of a first line day is a fear or anxiety that needs to be investigated. A day to study, not to act. Day to look into things, not jump. Good day to deal with things you don't understand, can't make sense of or don't know.  

On the 27th the Sun moves into the 2nd line of the 18th hexagram at 8:12 am EDT (12:12 UT). The Sun in the 18.2 is described as "Terminal disease: The recognition that what has been spoilt is irreversible. exalted: Acceptance and strength derived from faith in spiritual regeneration. The acceptance that there is no potential for correction. detrimented: The futile raging against the wind. The refusal to accept that there is no potential for correction." The second line is the Hermit. Second line days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their natural talents. People are stuck in their own trip. Not a great day to have a party because no one will want to come. Also on the 27th Mercury moves from 64th Hexagram, leaving the North Node, to the 47th Hexagram, Jupiter moves from the 46th hexagram, into the 18th, joining the Sun, and Saturn moves from the 9 to the 5. Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, is communication, expansion of human consciousness through communication not just as words but also music. This is the gate of "Realizing (Oppression); A restrictive and adverse state as a result of internal weakness or external strength or both," and Mercury in the 47.1 is "Taking stock: exalted: The ability in times of hardship to concentrating on eradicating the negative factors that have led to oppression. Realizing that negative thoughts have to be eradicated. detrimented: The delusion of seeing oppression as an exclusively external phenomenon with disastrous results. The sense that the world is against you." In the program, Mercury is about expression through communication. It influences the homogenized population to communicate about the themes of the gate and line that transiting Mercury inhabits. It's primary impact is psychological. It impacts the not-self mind. It distorts the way we look at things in a way that leads to action. This conditions people to think and communicate about the same things. In the 47th gate, I expect people talk about having oppressive experiences. Also on the 27th Jupiter moves from the 46th hexagram, into the 18th, joining the Sun. In HD Jupiter is generalized law. The electromagnetic central operating theater for the way in which the solar system operates. Living by the law can gain great good fortune. Activations in our HD chart tell the law we must live by. To benefit from the generosity only comes from deep obedience to honoring your own law. Your individual strategy and authority. Jupiter in the 18th gate of "Correction (Work on what has been spoilt); The vigilance and determination to uphold and defend basic and fundamental human rights," and Jupiter is detrimented in the 18.1 as "Conservatism: The adherence to traditional patterns despite and/or in spite of changing circumstances. detrimented: The patriarch whose rigidly guarantees deterioration. The potential to refuse to correct."In the program, Jupiter is about expression through bringing out the general rules of the program. We are all being conditioned to follow the same rules, to abide by those rules, to drive you to action. Follow your strategy and authority, not the rules of the program.  Also on the 27th Saturn moves from the 9 to the 5. Ra described Saturn as "Yin in Yang clothing". Saturn is the judge. This is the place of vulnerability, where we deal with the consequences of our actions. Strategy and authority are the best way to avoid paying the Saturnian price. The 5th hexagram is "Fixed Rhythms (Waiting): The fundamental attunement to natural rhythms. Waiting as an active state of awareness." Saturn is in the 1st line of "Perseverance: If the captain must, he goes down with the ship. exalted: Courage in the face of adversity. The power to maintain one's own rhythm. detrimented: The premature and often disastrous urge to cut one's loses. Weakness in maintaining one's rhythm when challenged." In the program Saturn brings control through constraint. It holds us in our place through restraint and limitation, to maintain our not-self relationships with each other. We experience the transiting planets through the Maia. We are not here to avoid the Maia, but to embrace it, as ourselves through following your Strategy and Authority. With the North Node in the 64 and Mercury in the 47, we have the Channel of Abstraction: A design of Mental Activity mixed with Clarity until October 2nd. The energy of this channel is about creating something new out of something old. This is about abstract thought being brought into the collective consciousness through the arts, philosophy, history and culture. This is wonderful energy for telling stories about our experiences that inspire others, but brings confusion when used to resolve our own issues. The defined Ajna center can influence people to believe they are mentally certain even when they are not, and the defined Head center brings pressure to think about things that don’t matter.

On the 28th the Sun moves into the 3rd line of the 18th hexagram, at 7:07 am EDT (11:07 UT). The Sun in the 18.3 detrimented by Jupiter in the 18, as "The zealot: The energetic obsession to clean house. detrimented: Rigid judgment that creates as many problems as it solves. An obsession with correction that does not bring satisfaction." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and error process, bonds made and broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out what doesn’t work. Things bump into you on a third line day, so be careful on the roads. Be careful of swinging doors or swinging elbows. This is a day where we might have bonds made or broken, or feel like we’re on trial. It's a good material day. A good day to do business and work on the material plane, but you also have to be careful because things can go wrong. Things that lead to discovery.

On the 29th the Sun moves into the 4th line of the 18th hexagram at 6:01 am EDT (10:01 UT). The Sun in the 18.4 is "The incompetent: Difficulties as a result of inadequacies that cannot be resolved because of inadequacies. exalted: Given this negative position, survival through suffering. The inability to correct and its potential for suffering. detrimented: Indecision and anxiety and no escape from misfortune. The demands of correction and its potential to generate anxiety." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal, with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line days are great for social interaction. Also on the 29th Venus moves from the 28, to the 44th. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. Venus is about values, morality, natural law in which we deal with the other and the consequences of the world around us. What disturbs you at a moral level? The failure of the instinct out of the need for harmony."

On the 30th the Sun moves into the 5th line of the 18th hexagram at 4:54 am EDT (8:54 UT). The Sun in the 18.5 is described as "Therapy: The strength to recognize a problem and to accept that it is beyond one's power to solve alone. exalted: The wisdom to both seek and provide guidance. The potential for correction and judgment through relationships.  detrimented: The mental patient. Chronic instability and potential madness. Where relationships cannot assist in correction the potential of mental instability."  The Fifth line is about projection, first positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic. October 1st the Sun moves into the 6th line of the 18th hexagram at 3:47 am EDT (7:47 UT). The Sun in the 18.6 is "Buddhahood: The perfected form. exalted: The Buddha state of the eternal child and the energy to find new horizons to avoid stasis. The potential of the perfected form through correction. detrimented: The mundane application of the above. The ability to tap public opinion and share methodology. The potential to share the values of the correction with others." The sixth line is on the roof of the hexagram. It’s the Role Model. We are all giving the performance of a life time on this world stage, just take some time to observe the play as well as act your part. Remember you are a spiritual being having a human experience.
