Human Design Weekly Neutrino Forecast for March 27th to April 2nd 2016

This is the "Weekly Neutrino Forecast for March 27th to April 2nd 2016."

    On March 27th we have the Sun in Aries and also in the 17th hexagram. The Sun in the 17th hexagram is mapped to an opening in an energy channel called a gate, which is the 17th gate of "Opinions (Following); The ancient law that those who wish to rule must know how to serve." Located on the Ajna center in an Collective Logic energy path in the Understanding Circuit, called the "Channel of Acceptance: A design of an Organizational Being" that connects to its harmonic, the 62nd gate of “Detail (Preponderance of the Small); Caution, patience and detail produce excellence out of limitation.” I have found HD to be amazingly accurate in describing the person, that I use it as my primary tool when I provide readings. We have the following activated gates on March 27th; the Sun in the 17th gate, the Earth in the 18th gate, North node in the 47th gate and the South Node in the 22, Mercury in the 21st gate, Venus in the 22, Mars in the 9, Jupiter retrograde in the 64th, Saturn retrograde in the 5th, Uranus in the 51, Neptune in the 37, and Pluto in the 54th gate. Obviously not every gate activation forms a channel, but this information can be very helpful if you know your own Human Design chart, because some of these transits will form channels with potentials in your personal body graph. 

        

The neutrino forecast is just a weather report, no matter what the weather an individual's strategy and authority is the correct choice to have an authentic experience regardless of the program. As Ra Uru Hu said "Whatever the weather is going to be, you have your neutrino umbrella. As long as you are experimenting with your strategy and authority, the weather is for your pleasure."

We begin the week with one channel definition due to the transit field. With Jupiter in the 64 and the North Node in the 47 brings us the Channel of Abstraction: A design of Mental Activity mixed with Clarity until June 7th. The energy of this channel is about creating something new out of something old. This is about abstract thought being brought into the collective consciousness through the arts, philosophy, history and culture. This is wonderful energy for telling stories about our experiences that inspire others, but brings confusion when used to resolve our own issues. The defined head center brings the pressure to think about things that don't matter, to those without. The defined Ajna center can influence people to believe they are certain of something, when they are not.

We are going to look at the Sun's Rave I'Ching line values daily because 70% of the neutrinos we receive come from the Sun and as Ra said in "Living with the Program: The Lines of the Day" when talking about these daily shifts of line values, he said "We can always take advantage of the themes of the day." If your strategy and authority does not lead you in that direction, you can always notice how the program is affecting others in your environment. So let's get started.

March 27th begins with the Sun in the 4th line of the 17th hexagram, where the Sun in the 17.4 is described as "The personnel manager: exalted: The ability to probe and discover the underlying motivation and resources of those who wish to follow. The possibility of opinions based on the understanding of others. detrimented: The overgenerous and often misguided acceptance of would-be followers, often with disastrous results. The possibility of opinions attracting others." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal, with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line days are great for social interaction. Later on the 27th the Sun moves into the into the 5th line of the 17th hexagram at 5:09 pm EDT. The Sun in the 17.5 is described as "No human is an island: The recognition, however understood, that there is no end to hierarchies. exalted: The ultimate creative expression of interdependency, whether God's will or global synthesis. Opinions that can express the value of being organized whether mundane or spiritual. detrimented: The arrogance, despite all the evidence, to claim that the buck stops here! The possibility of opinions that refuse to see the value of being organized." The Fifth line is about projection, first positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic. Positive projection being “they could do this…”, “they’re the perfect person to do…” whatever is the projection, and if the person does not do it, can’t do it, does not want to do it, they do not meet the expectation, then the projection changes from positive to negative, the person gets punished, the heretic gets tied to the stake. The fifth line day is heretical, a day of suspicion, also a day of universalization. Something can leak out and spread very rapidly like a virus. YouTube video where suddenly there's millions of viewings or a facebook post that goes viral. But there is a great deal of suspicion and paranoia on a 5th line day, which impacts the nature of relationships. Of course if they are projecting on you and you are not meeting their expectations, and they want to punish you, that’s not paranoia. Seduction is also a theme of a fifth line day.

On the 28th the Sun moves into the 6th line of the 17th hexagram at 3:54 pm EDT. The Sun in the 17.6 is "The bodhisattva: Perfected following, one with and the same as, perfected leading. exalted: The great nurturer. The nature of this position is always positive. The possibility in understanding the nature of interdependency to express opinions of value to others. detrimented: The tendency on the perfected path, to believe it is a straight line that ends rather than a circle. Where understanding is achieved, the possibility of having the opinion that there is nothing else to learn." The sixth line is on the roof of the hexagram. It’s the Role Model. When I think about being on the roof of a building, I don’t tend to look at the building, rather what’s around the building, what’s in the neighborhood, what’s down the road, what’s on the horizon… Ra said sixth line days are about "not to get stuck with your head in the clouds because you'll end up having something bang into your kneecaps."  A day where there is a real lack of focus of what's going on around you, because folks are looking beyond their immediate environment. Like a 3rd line day there are certain dangers. Not seeing the car coming. Not seeing a bill coming.

On the 29th the Sun moves from the 17th, to the 21st, as Mercury leaves the 21st for the 51st seven hours earlier in the day,  and Earth moves from the 18th to the 48th Hexagram, and the Gate of "Depth (The Well): The necessary and qualitative foundation that is a prerequisite to establish the common good." This shift happens at 2:40 pm EDT, with the Sun in the 21st gate of "The Hunter/Huntress (Biting Through); The justified and necessary use of power in overcoming deliberate and persistent interference," and the Sun in the 21.1 is "Warning: The use of force as a last resort. exalted: The fierceness to be respected without recourse to action. The will power and ego to ensure respect. detrimented: An inherent peacefulness that all too often turns a necessary warning into a plea. A lack of will power that is forced to ask for respect." As we move from the 17 to the 21, we enter the gate of “Biting Through” and the cross of tension. This is the gate of control, control of will power. Its tribal circuitry so this about control of the tribe. The hunter, the huntress, the chief, the president, the leader of the tribe. The "Iron Will" that is not meant to break. Vanity gets in the way of accepting hierarchy. Tension to maintain hierarchies or rise up against them. To maintain one's authority one must be on guard and have control. Part of the Ego circuit that is vulnerable to the pressure of "need." The polarity of the 21 is the 48, the gate of depth, meaning that leadership of the tribe is rooted in the need for depth. The 48 is "black magic," which is about finding a way of making everyone afraid of the consequences of not following a certain model, pattern, understanding... The 48 is in the steam of taste, so 21 controls taste, so it is control of what everyone in the tribe or society eats, what they do or not do, how they dress... uniformity within the tribe. The 21 is in the channel of the Money Line, where price is established, with its polarity in logic, feelings cannot be afforded in "biting through." It's an organizational channel, that isn't just about organizing the tribe from within, but also how the various tribes interact with each other. What tribes are enemies, what tribes are allies, what tribes does your tribe trade with, and support in peace and war, and what tribes are threats to resources that support your tribe. Biting through is the justified use of power to overcome interference. Part of a manifestor channel. Actually the only manifestor channel for those born with the mutation in 2027 and afterword. In the "not self" mind, the 21 imposes its will on anyone who has anything to do with you... to impose your understanding, patterns, fears... The cross of tension seeks to release tension by passing it on to someone else. Tension is necessary to maintain authority over the tribe, with the threat of punishment if members don't follow the tribal expectations. The 21st hexagram brings control. The first line is the investigator. When the Sun is in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line days people look inward and are absorbed with their own process. Lower trigram is a personal process. The theme of a first line day is a fear or anxiety that needs to be investigated. A day to study, not to act. Day to look into things, not jump. Good day to deal with things you don't understand, can't make sense of or don't know. Also on the 29th Mercury moves from 21st Hexagram seven hours before the Sun enters, to the 51st Hexagram joining Uranus. Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, is communication, expansion of human consciousness through communication not just as words but also music. What do you need to communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design Mercury through the medium of the personality Mercury. What might to be communicated with Mercury in the 51? Shocking information and stories. This is the gate of "Shock (The Arousing); The ability to respond to disorder and shock through recognition and adaption," and Mercury in the 51.1 is "Reference: The advantage of previous crisis experience. exalted: The gift of re-examination that is the foundation of preparedness. The power of the ego conditioned by experience. detrimented: A tendency to emotional withdrawal after a shock. The weakness of the ego in times of challenge."

On the 30th the Sun moves into the 2nd line of the 21st hexagram at 1:27 pm EDT. The Sun in the 21.2 is keynoted as "Might is right: The legitimacy of action in response to flagrant and persistent interference. exalted: Powerful and extreme reaction. Here, the severest action will be the most successful. The legitimate rejection of interference on the material plane. detrimented: A tendency to regret severity, no matter how legitimate. The ego uncomfortable with severity." The second line is the Hermit. Second line days everyone is waiting for something. Waiting to be called. Called for their natural talents. People are stuck in their own trip. Not a great day to have a party because no one will want to come. Also on the 30th Venus moves from 22, leaving the South Node, into the 36. In HD, Venus is very powerful and deeply misunderstood according to Ra. Venus is about values, morality, natural law in which we deal with the other and the consequences of the world around us. What disturbs you at a moral level? Your design and personality Venuses tell you the moral dilemma you're going to work with in your life. If you do not act with moral clarity, Venus can be unkind in its retribution. Venus is in the 36th Gate of "Crisis (the darkening of the light); The rule of cycles in which decline is a natural but not enduring stage", and Venus in the 36.1 is "Resistance: exalted: The energy and determination to persevere in the face of opposition. The emotional power to handle crisis. detrimented: An over-principled resistance that rather than being selective in resistance, and thus less at risk, will maintain normal patterns and incur opposition. A resistance to change that will always bring crisis."

On the 31st the Sun moves into the 3rd line of the 21st hexagram, at 12:14 pm EDT. The Sun in the 21.3 is "Powerlessness: Where the just are condemned to a futile confrontation with superior forces. exalted: Defeat as a survivable humiliation often acceptable through the abuse of drugs and alcohol. Unless one follows one's own material path, the breaking of the ego by superiors. detrimented: Total withdrawal. A lack of will for the material path in order to protect the ego." The third line is the Martyr, with a trial and error process, bonds made and broken, and a system of discovery by figuring out what doesn’t work. Things bump into you on a third line day, so be careful on the roads. Be careful of swinging doors or swinging elbows. This is a day where we might have bonds made or broken, or feel like we’re on trial. It's a good material day. A good day to do business and work on the material plane, but you also have to be careful because things can go wrong. Things that lead to discovery.

April 1st the Sun moves into the 4th line of the 21st hexagram at 11:02 am EDT, where the Sun in the 21.4 is described as "Strategy: Careful appraisal of opposing forces to establish a proper response. exalted: Success in action through clarity. The ego to succeed on the material plane and the instinct to use will power effectively in response to conditions. detrimented: A tendency, when in the right to misjudge the power of one's opponents. The drive when in the right to follow one's ego rather than one's instincts." Fourth line days are the Opportunist and change from inward perspective to looking outward, from personal to trans-personal, with the themes of friendship, of companionship, of networking. Fourth line days are great for social interaction. Also on the 1st Mercury moves from 51st hexagram leaving Uranus, to the 42nd. Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, is communication, expansion of human consciousness through communication not just as words but also music. What do you need to communicate in this life? We communicate the message of the design Mercury through the medium of the personality Mercury. What might to be communicated with Mercury in the 42? The experience of completion through maturation. This is the gate of "Growth (Increase); The expansion of the resources which maximizes the development of full potential," and Mercury in the 42.1 is described as "Diversification: exalted: The ability, when surplus resources are available, to extend one's activities beyond their normal scope. Growth through expansion particularly when defined to a root. detrimented: A tendency when surplus resources are available to centrifugal application. Decadence. Too much expansion can lead to decadence."

On the 2nd the Sun moves into the 5th line of the 21st hexagram at 9:50 am EDT. The Sun in the 21.5 is described as "Objectivity: The use of force must be based on impartiality and not emotionally motivated. exalted: A principled and legal character that ensures objectivity. The balanced ego whose will power is applied objectively. detrimented: The drive for elimination is so powerful that objectivity is related purely to cause and not effect. The ego whose will power is applied subjectively." The Fifth line is about projection, first positive followed by negative. It’s the Heretic. We are all giving the performance of a life time on this world stage, just take some time to observe the play as well as act your part. Remember you are a spiritual being having a human experience.
